The employees at this store are amazing. They answer any questions I have when I ask without womaning me which as a girl who prefers working on her own car I appreciate more than they know. I've never had a bad experience at this location which is why I drive out of my way to go to this store when I need something. You guys are awesome!

I had called and talked to a gentleman named John Parker about getting parts for my son's car. John went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I needed. When I came in to pick up my merchandise everything I needed was there waiting on me already and John even came from the back of the store when I was checking out to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you John for showing that you take passion in your job. You Sir are a Rock Star! Your customer service skills are exceptional.

I would like to thank the manager and associate that were at the store on Mother s Day. I just moved to the area recently and I needed a fuse for my air conditioner. I had to make 3 trips they were just as nice each time. They were helpful, friendly and patient. They even told me about the rewards program. Great service!!!

Very helpful staff, their KDM and some JDM parts are lackluster, can usually be found at other locations on the Gulf Coast however.

John Parker was extremely helpful. I was sold the wrong wiper blades the first time in. John exchanged the correct ones, and made sure they fit correctly. His service was fantastic!

I went to auto zone right after they stole my car to get oil and mark the manager helped me with everything from oil to helping me put it in and etc I just left auto zone due to my first experience with them I went back and barely able to scrape two nickels together I went in to get a headlight mark as usual came outside to look at my car told me to pop my hood and fixed it lol it was just lose didn t have to pay anything but thanks to this wonderful man who goes way and beyond is a A true blessing I we ll definitely be coming back thank u mark

I had a great experuence with Danta, might not be spelled right, replacing my brake light. It seemed to have a short and he still got it to work. Great customer service skills. He's a keeper for Gautier Auto Zone.

I gave them a 5 star because the man behind the counter jumped through alot of whoops for me. He read the check engine light code, pulled up what's all wrong with the vehicle, searched for wiper blades on my Toyota, and headlights and taillights for my chevy. He seemed like he was kinda having a bad day, just trying to go through the motions, but he was nice and polite. I appreciate the service and parts!

I went to the Gautier, Ms. Auto Zone this morning and was helped by Bryce. He went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with my car, and finally fixed it! Thank you so much for your time and effort, it's greatly appreciated!! (not to mention braving the heat) :)

I needed a marine deep cycle battery. Auto Zone carries a Duracell that is rated very high as marine batteries go. The help there was very understanding because I have a bad back. She grabbed a cart,,, retrieved my old battery,,, placed the new one in my truck . She gave me a 10% military discounted and treated me like a valuable customer. Excellent AutoZone store!!! This is how you buy a battery!!!

I didn't appreciate watching my friend Tony Goodin spend over 352.00 here last night. Go back today for more parts and not have any points in the rewards program. Last night the clerk said he got points. Today the other clerk says he's not in the rewards program. I've been an autozone customer since 1987. This decline in customer service is becoming the norm and I'm considering taking my business elsewhere. The clerk should have made this right but didn't. The clerk from last night was obviously new or untrained. I bought spark.pljgs for my 6 cylinder truck, and wires and fuel pump and other items. I got 4 spark plugs and 6 spark plug wires, making me return for the remaining 2 spark plugs. This is unacceptable. I could understand it if I was buying from Walmart, but from an auto parts store?? Please!!!!

The guy ran a diagnostic and then went straight to the product I needed. He must have been right because the check engine light went out as soon as I put it in. I will go back in the future for sure.

Just left the Autozone in Gautier Mississippi nd the Manager I believe, anyways his name is Rob Y. He helped me find out how to fix my change oil light when Wallmart and other places said I had other problems. Thankyou Rob for your excellent service. It's going to extra mile for people that attracks business and you do that for Autozone!

I am so thankful these guys could get a Porsche alternator in one day. Car broke down leaving me stranded. The part came in as said and I was back on the road to Florida the next day. Thank you
