My daughter and I were on a road-trip from SC to OK, and about 400 miles into our trip from home we had truck problems. At an off-ramp we searched maps and Dorsey Garage was the first and closest number we called. Ms. Farris answered my phone call that morning and guided us in. The efforts that Nicky, Scotty, and Dan went through to get us on our way to our successful destination that same day was a true blessing that we will never forget. They made us feel like family and treated us as such while in a tight pinch. Loved that solid gold Kudzu Country too playing in the shop!

I received great service here. They were very fast as well as courteous. I bought two good used tires and had them mounted at a good price. I inquired about a tune-up on my ford f150 and will be dropping it off tomorrow. More reviews coming and I expect they will be good also.

Needed a tire repair on a Saturday night and they only charged $100 for a call out and tire repair was $57. Plus had tax. Really not bad for a night call out. People were very friendly.

I am so thankful for you guys. We got my son's tires rotated last week in Georgia, and the mechanic did not tighten four of the five lugnuts with an air wrench. My son's wheel began wobbling 5 hours into his 6 hour drive back to college, so he pulled off the highway in Mentachie. One of the lugnuts and bolt had sheared off. Had he kept driving, he would have had a major accident. I found Dorsey on Google, and they were there within an hour, having picked up a part from an auto parts store. When I called them they were in the middle of responding to a 911 call where a parent had locked their baby in the car accidentally. They still made it within an hour and treated my kid like their own. They communicated very clearly and often throughout the whole ordeal. Very highly recommended. Good people!

They told me it was my starter and battery and it was fix. The same day I went to pick it up would not crank. So now they saying it's the motor and they only have one mechanic a whole lot of excuses

Our attendant was really nice. We got there close to closing but they was still nice to us. We got a tire put on in less than 30 min. And at a reasonable price. Will recommend !

Very thankful for this business!! Coming home to Atlanta from Arkansas, suddenly the serpentine belt broke on our van- these dear people towed the van and got our family to their shop and then showed us great hospitality as they fixed our van! We are very grateful as we had no idea where we were as we pulled off of the interstate onto the exit! Made it home safely. Great business!!Service: Car towing

I got fast wrecker response time today and great service in the garage and in the office (staff).I checked around before calling them and I'm glad I did.Fair and reasonable costs and they kept me informed as to what they were doing.I will definitely be back to see them. We were heading to Florida for an emergency and everything that could go wrong did. I had 2 bad tires and desperately needed new ones to make our trip. No one had the tire size I needed or was even open for that matter. We decided to chance it and just go, we really had no other choice. It was late Tuesday night and we got about a hour down the road from our home and had a major blow out. I thought we were screwed and all hope was lost. Something told me to Google tire places near me and this business popped up. We called and they came out immediately to help our family and had three tires in the size I needed. They were a true blessing. Very professional and friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you so much for your amazing service. It was a pleasure meeting you and your wife and will never forgot what you did in our desperate time of need. Highly recommend their business.Service: Tire change

My adult son and his coworker were headed home from out of State job.He messaged me at 2 AM to let me know the car they are traveling in had broken down .They made it off Interstate and were parked In Walmart parking lot.They have parts to repair however, needed a special tool to begin repair.Of course being in a different State broken down at 2AM desperately wanting to be home after hours of traveling and working out of town, they were exhausted & nervous.I let him know to be calm, to give me a few minutes to think of the best way to handle situation.I searched 24 hour shops in the location they were at.Sent him number for the first shop I came across.He immediately sent message back they couldn t assist.I continued searching, the first 24 hour shop I called, a lady with the voice of an Angel answered. Nikki. From the beginning, she assured me they were in a safe area.Asked them to relax the best they could until opening.The night maintenance guy was out due to scheduled surgery the following day. She would send AM worker as soon as he arrived to provide them with service.She contacted me the first thing upon opening, to let me know, the car was being towed for repairs, as the car couldn t be repaired in parking lot.After car had been repaired, I asked her the amount the guys were charged,I was shocked and thankful, the price charged for them to continue trip home.Dorsey Garage not only went above and beyond to make sure these young men were back in the road, they were made to feel comfortable during repair wait.The charge was phenomenal!Seemed they were practically charged a towing fee for repairs It seemed such a small cost for a major repair.As a Mother, I can t begin to tell you from the beginning that this young lady assured me these guys would be safe, maybe a little uncomfortable until later when she could send assistance.I will be forever grateful to Dorsey Garage for there concern and service!Thank you doesn t seem enough.Kim WardAuburn, AlService: Car towing

We broke down at the rest area while traveling through blink through this place I called them right at 5 o'clock he came and got me with the tow truck loaned me a car to go to a motel and then had the pickup truck repaired by check out time in the morning very reasonable prices very nice people I recommend stopping here even if you're not breaking down when traveling through this placeService: Car towing

Scotty and his team are exceptional folks. Their Mobile service was just amazing even drove hours away to pick up a part our tractor needed to get us back on the road. My wife and I were traveling through Fulton MS. When our tire suddenly got a flat, it was late at night and we called Dorsey Garage and wrecker service, being that they are a 24 hour facility, and they promptly answered, met us at their shop and fixed the tire! Awesome service, great people! They are an older couple, but hard working.-Blessed.

Do NOT take a vehicle here for repair! Kept vehicle for months and would call and say it was fixed. Continually lied about issues and charged me for things they didn't fix. Then gave excuse after excuse. After 3 return trips for vehicle not being fixed they broke all contact and would not refund money paid.. Do NOT use these people!

This place has cut me slack when i needed it. They dont beat around the bush but are really respectful communication wise. There is an older gentleman who drives the tow truck and is very nice.

We had to put our spare tire on the car due to a flat on the last day of vacation. We were traveling home to Memphis and desperately needed to put a real tire on our car to make it home. All tire places were closed on Sunday. After calling numerous places, Dorsey Tire was the one that answered. They quickly replaced our spare with a great tire to get us home. It was so nice of the Dorsey folks to open up their shop to help us on Sunday during our emergency!

I found myself with a flat tire while traveling through Fulton, MS on the weekend. These guys fixed the flat quickly at a very fair price. Friendly folks...great service!

we were stranded in Amory, MS yesterday with a busted coolant line and boy.... when i say this guys went above and beyond, i mean it. Scotty drove over 200 miles to get the parts we needed for this repair then in the morning got to work and eventually got us on the way home.Those giving 1 star need to stop hating on probably the best roadside assistance you can get across all of AMERICA!!!
