Called Order my part said it would be in at 1:00Pm I came to store paid for my part waited for it to come in go back in the store the guy got my receipt went to get my part can't find it said the girl signed for it but can't find my part so I have to sit and wait til truck comes back to see if it was left on the truck and wait til 3:30

My O'REILLY'S experience was great. The guy actually installed everything for me. I had to have a headlight and 2 wiper blades. I am so grateful for the service.

They were helpful. I'm new to the area and Forest is out in the country and so I had hard time understanding the sales associate but that's nobody's fault. They took care of me very quickly.
