James picked me up on the shoulder of I20 and assisted me in getting to Texas quickly as my father-in-law had only hours left to live. I was scared to be broke down on I20 not knowing where I was but James rescued me from the shoulder of I20 and left me in good hands with the Forest Police Dept until my ride to Conroe arrived. I can't say enough about the kindness shown to me by James and everyone I came in contact with in Forest.

James is one of a kind. Apart from his professionalism and southern hospitality, he is truly an angel with a genuine heart to serve and help people. James and his team provide excellent care and service in unlocking and towing my car as well as replacing my alternator so I can travel again in a safe and secure manner. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs help and encouragement!

WOW - Reggie did a Fantastic job on my daughter's Kia! He fixed an issue that even the dealer (Bulldog Kia, Athens Ga) couldn't pinpoint. Great job James Auto Repair!!!

Outstanding!!!James Towed my RV as if it were his own. He was very fast getting to my location and courteous the entire time. After the tow they even came back to assist. I think he had some free time so they drove me to get a much needed hose and then returned me to my RV. The next day, I received a call to follow up. Pretty damn rare to have customer care of this quality in this day and age. Well done James. God bless!! And Thank you again!

James was a God send for us after we found ourselves stranded on the side of the road for the second time in one day. He took great care of our truck and us! Our original drop off location wasn t open so he also help us locate a second drop off locations! He was also a trooper when it came to transporting the whole family. (2 adults and a golden doodle!) you were a blessing James and we are so very grateful!

If you're broken down on the side of the road: James went out of his way to help my wife and I with 2 dogs get off the highway, into town and settled in a motel and dropped our vehicle at a shop that was able to get us fixed and back on the road the next day.. We appreciated the care and follow up!!!

Amazing people! Had issues just outside Forest, Ms while passing thru on the way to AZ. James picked us up, we told him we would drop it at a hotel to work on it ourselves. He took it to his shop & let us work under the shelter there in case it rained. Even offered to drive me to parts store, but he got another call for towing...so he called his wife to pick me up! Absolutely amazing people, and the prices were very very reasonable. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!

James was amazing - he helped my daughter and I in a panicked and unexpected bind on a road trip, and went the extra mile to take care of us and make sure we were okay and got everything we needed done. His kindness and patience with us, as a complete stranger who didn t owe us any more than a tow, will never be forgotten. James even checked up on us to make sure we were okay throughout the rest of our trip and offered to help again if needed. Would recommend his company 100%! So appreciative we met him.

This by far has been a pleasant experience despite of having car troubles. JAYLON was awesome, the young man was respectful, professional, and most important on time. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure my car was properly hitched and secure. I would recommend James Auto Repair shop for all of your car needs. Thanks again!

Broke down in Forest Mississippi 2 years ago. James Auto Repair towed my truck, and gave me information on who could fixed it for me. I still talk to him from to time. Great guy!

Definitely go to James Auto for all your car repairs. He is more than fair in price for labor and trustworthy as well. I can't say anything bad about my experience with his services on fixing my A/C.

The owner is a God send.My car broke down he towed me got me to a safe destination. Is very polite curious and fair and good reasonable services too. If you are ever in the Forrest, Mississippi area look him up

We were out of town and vehicle would not start......James was dispatched by AAA originally....he went to great lengths to fix problem on site but had to be towed..he provided excellent service.

Was very pleased with their towing service. The young man who picked me up was so polite. The wrecker was very clean inside. I would definitely recommend their services!

My car has been in their possession for a little over a year now because it needs a new motor . Everytime i call they say that they havent found a motor for it yet. But i had somone else call and they said that they scrapped it because they found a motor but couldnt reach us although we have tried for countless updates about the car. Now that we alled yet again after that, they said that they moved it to a different lot but didnt scrap it. Why is there different stories everytime we call about my car? Why cant it be upfront and honest?....not to mention the day brought it into them, they beat around the bush about telling us what was wrong with it...said numerous things were wrong with it simply because they were too lazy to check it and and finally when they did, they said it was supposedly the motor that was the issue....im tired of the games and the shady work. From now on i know not to ever bring any of my stuff here to be fixed nor do i recommend anyone else to because all you're going to get is the run around
