If I could give this place a 0 star I would, worst place ever. I am very upset with the way I was treated at this place. I feel like I was scammed, because I was told one price when I took my car in and when I picked it up they had me pay almost $2000. I am very unsatisfied with this dealership and my car is still not fixed even after I paid a little under $2000!

My husband and I were leaving Minden, Louisiana on Friday, June 2, 2023 traveling to Christiansburg, Virginia for the funeral of his sister. We were driving a 2023 F150 that was just purchased about a month prior and had approximately 800 miles on it. After about 3 hours into our 15 hour drive, we noticed our air conditioner wasn't working properly. My husband looked and saw the AC was freezing up. After contacting our dealership back in Minden, LA, they advised us that it could just be low on freon. I googled the nearest Ford Dealership and called FOREST FORD. Kandi Slover answered and became our angel of the day! She advised us to bring it in and they would take a look at it (after the technician returned from lunch). The technician hooked it up to a machine and was told the freon was "contaminated". While they drained and replaced the freon, we met some of the local folks and also Mr. Jimmie Stedman. Everyone was so nice and friendly! Within a couple of hours of arriving, we were back on the road with a very cold AC! Thank your FOREST FORD - Kandi, Jimmie, and the technicians! - for taking care of us while traveling through your town! I have told many people about the excellent service y'all provided to us! We will be forever grateful!

Dropped a Ford escape off late Wednesday. Friday the pulled it in the shop, said they would call. Friday afternoon I called they said they would call Monday morning. No call so I called them. Was told they would call back that afternoon. Didn't call so I called them. Was told they would know by Tuesday morning. Once again no call back, when I called said for sure they would call Tuesday afternoon. Once again no call from them. Called Wednesday morning, they said it was a module, they were looking to find the price. Wednesday afternoon they called said pinch wire that blowed the fuse. Price of fuse was $4. $250 in labor to replace fuse and un pinch wire!! $20 for shop supplies? Total bill. $293.14 Total rip off!!! I've got no problem in paying a good mechanic, but with them saying 1 thing, then deciding it was a blown fuse!!

I was time for a oil change and tire rotation. They also repaired a check engine light that was under warranty. Stopped by in the morning around 8:15 and they had me finished by 9:00. Great service.

Our engine light came on while on a trip. Thankfully Forest Ford was only about 10 miles away. The service clerk and mechanic, Sylvester, were very helpful and got the car up and running very quickly. We feel super lucky to have been near this location.

We had broke down in Forest. Found Forest Ford had some trucks we were interested in. Erick picked us up and showed us what we were interested in and had us in a new to us truck by the end of the day. Was honest and thorough.

The worst parts and service department I've ever dealt with. The price after warranty changed on us 3 times. Oh yeah. Always went up. Will NEVER do business there again. Tell your friends.

Absolute worst dealership ever!! Horrible body shop!!!! General manager is arrogant and not worth the price of a 2cent piece of used bubble gum!! Service counter help are jokes! Closest Ford dealership to my house, so when i needed body work done on my truck, had it brought there on 10-3-20, went and picked up 1-21-21 and taken to another body shop. These people will lie to your face with a smile on theirs!! Ford should not allow them to sell match box cars or trucks!! They SUCK!!!

Forest Ford made buying a new vehicle a wonderful process. Jennifer was our sells rep and Tom Cooper was excellent by finding us the best interest rate and best price for the vehicle. They had hands down the best prices after going to multiple dealerships around the Jackson Metro area, and they were extremely helpful through the whole process! Couldn't of asked for a better experience.

Amazing staff! Was having some Transmission issues and traveling through the area, was being told I wouldn t be able to be seen for a day or two but Britney, victor and Chris all jumped in right away to help me!! They had me back on the road in few hours!! One of the best service experiences I have had! Would highly recommend their service department to anyone! Thank you Brittney, Victor and Chris!! Sal

Top notch vehicle service and friendly people. People complaining need to realize that a mechanic is not a psychic. They can't predict the next part to fail on a vehicle and fix it before it happens. Mechanics fix the current problem and put you back on the road again.Thanks Chris, Victor and others, keep up the good work!

We have purchased three trucks from Forest Ford over the years & have always been so impressed with their customer service. They have a great selection too. We have used their service department as well with great results. They are well worth the drive!

Took my Ford truck in for repair and they hit a yellow pole while taking it to there shop. The initial repair was suppose to be about 2 hours, but it took a week for me to get the truck back. They did fix the damage to the fender but "still". Did not even get a apology for the damage and I still paid for the original repair that I got done.

I will never ever take my car back to this place. My power steering had a recall on it and went out well they came and got it because it was not driveable at all. And all they did was REPROGRAM it!! Got it back drove it maybe 2 hours and my power steering popped back up thankful I was almost home with it. So again we had to take it by a trailer cause it won't turn at all and they could have had that part order 2 weeks ago. I am furious because they won't even give me a rental when I'm a college student!!! They aren't nothing but a joke!

Safety switch messed up on my 2001 dodge. Paid them $116 for them to tow it from Vowells groc to their shop (less than .25 of a mi) and tell me to insert key lick it then unlock it. They put my battery cable on but didn't tighten it back up. For that amount of money I believe there should of been better service.

Absolutely the best service..these went above and beyond for my daughters first new car purchase..highly recommend shopping here. David Kennedy was awesome. They all where but hes the real mvp!

Bought a truck that had a break down in forest ms that drove to the dealership with a radiator problem and customer said on a Tuesday at 1pm that I could leave for them to check maybe by Friday... I am sorry but when u are broke down out of town and a Ford product I expect more than that...Had to tow it. To meridian and fixed next day.....will not go back

I want to start by saying that the sales mgr. Greg Kinard isn't ethical at all. We made a deal on a f250. They sent a copy of buyers order and title app to my bank where I secured financing. When I returned the next morning, as agreed, they didn't want to sell me the truck because supposedly it was promised to someone else. If that's the case why did they let me go though with everything at the bank and why did no one tell me. When I confronted Greg he didn't want to talk about and just looked down, a honest man looks you in the eye. I got a hold of Richard Smith and he made them do the right thing. BUYER BE WARE!!!

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. They have had my car for 3 weeks and have yet to fix the problem and not including the fact they lied about the car being in an accident before I purchased it. Will never purchase another vehicle from them used or new.

I had been in contact via phone calls with salesman Dane Cauthan ab a vehicle. I told him i was driving 3 hrs to come see the vehicle. When i got there it had already been sold. He then proceeded to try to show me another vehicle. I will never do buisness with them ever. Horrible customer service

Went there to buy a f350, nice people, they found a truck at another dealership went and bought it to there store I like the truck with the exception of the radio had no GPS or xmradoi I was told no problem we can get that changed iu, even after I specify what I needed it they failed to change it I really dont like being told one thing and they do as they please , so I would not recommend dealing with this dealership based on what they tell u before hand if purchased.. they will sale u down the river.

After all my years of hating car salesmen and their games. This is how it should be. Forest Ford no changing prices total time in and out an hour and half. I will go back to this dealership
