I was traveling through I20 coming from Arlington Texas in my semi and had a hawk fly into my windshield. These guys were able to replace my windshield in my 2024 Freightliner Cascadia. They had about 4 guys working on it even the Office manager assisted in the replacement of the windshield. The ladies in the office were polite and professional. I was in and out in about an hour. Very small parking lot so if you are bringing a semi please bring a tractor only! "No Trailers" Thanks guys for getting me back on the road in a timely manner.

In the recent storms a large limb went through my windshield. Mid State was able to fix my windshield at a competitive price that was $50 dollars higher than the cheapest quote I received. Difference being they guaranteed they could get it done the same day and the competition said they could not get to me till After the weekend on Monday despite being able to get the glass from the same place on the same truck run from the same company. I guess you get what you pay for I just hope mid State can graduate to price matching one day.

On our way to an educational presentation this morning (for the Central MS Turtle Rescue), we got dinged by a couple of rocks. On our way home, we stopped by Mid State Glass Company Inc. We were greeted by the most friendly staff (who all love turtles!) and they had our turtle wagon in and out of there in fifteen minutes. And our tortoise, Sueshi, really enjoyed their brand new lawn! We highly recommend Mid State!

These folks definitely took care of me, (26 y/o female). I was having a problem with rainwater coming into my Ford Escape, particularly under the dash. I didn t understand this since I just had my windshield replaced three months prior by a different company.So I asked Mid State Glass to take a look since they have such a great reputation. When they did a pressure check, they discovered the passenger side of my windshield was hardly glued down !!! The last company that did my windshield screwed me by not doing their job properly AND they left shards of glass and black smudges everywhere inside my car!!... but not Mid State Glass! Seriously. I only found some tiny glass underneath my floor mat (nothing like the last place tho) and talked to them about it. They vacuumed it out happily with no problem at all! AND whipped down the inside of my car (from where the last company made smudges)! That just made me feel so awesome.These folks are incredibly nice people and made me feel comfortable with my car. Their waiting area was pleasant with complementary coffee and snack machine. For the first chip on my new windshield, they ll cover the cost of fixing it. And they even dropped the pressure check charge, so our bill only consisted of the new glass replacement. What a blessing!Don t waste your time, energy or MONEY with any other glass company like I did. You ll get screwed and regret it. From now on, my husband and I will always call Mid State Glass! I was passing through town, and our windshield was hit by a rock. Extremely great customer service, and a very clean and professional building. I had barely sat down in the waiting area just a few minutes and they told me my repair was done. The technician explained the work in detail.

These guys are great!The front office staff was very helpful and accommodating. The window replacement looks great. They even vacuumed the broken glass that had fallen into my backseat, and folded my towels that I used to catch the broken glass.The best part was that they were able to repair my window the day after I called.Most other places I called had at least a 3-4 day wait.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I had something hit my windshield around lunch on my way to an appointment. They were able to get me in immediately following the appointment, and the repair was extremely quick. We were there less than 10 minutes total, and I can hardly see the mark anymore

These guys super hit out of the park! Southern hospitality and kindness abound here.We were driving cross country and experienced an unfortunate smashed sunroof. The lovely folks at this shop took care of everything and did it with such kindness. The work is terrific and I can't complain about the price.So lucky we happened upon them.

Highly recommend, stopped in for a quote without an appointment. They looked at the problem with tge back sliding window on my truck, diagnosed it in minutes. Said if I had 30 - 40 mins could fix it in. They did it in the time frame and price was very reasonable. Staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you again!

Phenomenal place to fix chipped glass. I was in and out in 20 minutes to fix a rock chip on my windshield. Both ladies and the technician were super nice. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I had my windshield replaced in my 2000 Ranger and they did an awesome job. We originally thought my wrap would have to come off part of my truck but when I picked it up, it was still on. Everyone there is super friendly and easy to talk to. Mid-State auto glass replaced my windshield in 2022. Since it was replaced I've noticed moisture in my car. Assuming my windshield was leaking I called Mid-State. They got me right in no questions asked. They found and fixed the issue while I waited. Both times it didn't have anything to do with the windshield. They were kind enough to fixed the issues at no change. Great company I won't go anywhere else to have my windshield replaced.

I must say that this is the place for your windshield concerns. My car was hit by a rock one morning and by the time I got off work their was a line about 14 inches long on my windshield. By the next day it had curved and spreader. I just knew I had to replacement and was not feeling the $500 deductible. I took it to Mid State and even though I put the nail hardner on the line making it challenging to repair they were able to repair it. Great Service by great people.Service: Auto windshield repair

This morning I googled searched windshield replacement (still being new to the area). This company populated and after reading reviews I decided to drive there about 8:30a to get my windshield replaced. There were little to no cars there at that time. I was ask the year and model of you vehicle and what service was I looking for. I told them a windshield replacement. He searched the availability of the glass and asked will I be waiting. I stating yes! I have no one to drop me off! He then stated the windshield will be there about 11:30a and to come back. I came back at 12noon and again he asked will you be waiting. I stated yes!! He says it will take a long while and I expressed I do not have anyone to drop me off. He said come back early in the morning and he can get my windshield replacement. This interaction felt very weird to the fact that you asked me to come back for service only to hear I still can t receive service. Is this a good business practice? I was a woman ( no sympathy needed) looking for a service and received nothing. I should have been told from the beginning that I could not wait, but this is after I seen a gentleman sitting outside waiting. Very disappointed and feel like my patronage was not wanted. I will not be returning in the morning. By the way the bathroom is still out 2yrs later, this was stated in a previous review.

Had a nick in glass in my class A motorhome but before safelight could find time come fix it we had 2 day freeze and nick became a crack! Called Mid State in panic as safelight doesn't replace RV glass as of 6 months ago so I'm in new state looking for help...the person answered phone was most helpful and after giving vin# was able start process of ordering glass, took my # and info arrange call me when had estimated delivery date for glass, when they called in 5 days ( there was 3 day weekend) later on Tues I made appointment for drop off RV for couple days and actually got it back next day after dropping in morning! They are great, friendly professionals start to finish! Ooh they do cars mostly but didn't shy away from big jobs like most glass companies now days? I highly recommend Mid State glass for any services they provide.

Great staff. Very friendly. Great service. Great prices, compared to several other local glass companies. True to their quotes and service discussed over the phone. I waited there while my cracked sunroof was repaired, and they got it fixed quickly and perfect. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. Had my side window shattered by a rock thrown from a lawnmower. They got the glass and replaced it in one business day. I stopped by Midstate Glass to check on the price of a small repair I needed for my windshield. The friendly staff were able to do the repair right away. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, and their price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the service I received.
