Took my truck in for a leaking power steering pump. They gave me a preferred and inexpensive option before doing any work. and the service was done quickly the same day. An issue that was not originally found in the repair popped up after some mileage and I took it back. They quickly found the issue and repaired it at no additional cost. The entire time they were friendly, communicative, and made the ordeal very easy to deal with.I highly recommend this store location as the staff there is A+ and the customer really is their priority.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Tracy and the mechanic (sorry, I forgot his name- knows about European vehicles)- they got to work on my issue right away, very knowledgeable and pleasant- and probably saved me money in repairs. I was so grateful.. ;-)

Very friendly and service was quick. Very honest and will not try to rip you off or sell you something you don't need. I would go there again. They also do military discount.

Living in Minnesota I had a very reliable shop I went to. After I moved here I searched around and found Car Care Clinic. Excellent service! I went inside and was greeted by Tracy, she's very nice. I got my oil changed with no problem. I also inquired about tires. Tracy checked the tire size and gave me a price but also told me I could wait a bit for tires because mine were still good. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Stopped in this morning for a quick oil change and tire rotation. Charles at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. Phil the manager talked to me about needing new tires. He wasn t pushy at all and just informed me it was time as all four had very little tread left. I told them I would have to come back in a week or two when I got paid again and he wrote me up a quote to take with me. They didn t even charge me for a rotation since my tires needed replacing. Other places would have still charged for the rotation just to make the extra money. I really appreciate their honesty and their ethical way of doing business. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone!

I must say, I was surprised to see the negative comments. I m new to this area and need a few fixes every once in while. Every time I enter this place I m greeted and given the best information, thorough, and beyond expectation. The wait is never unbearable (some people are impatient and think their vehicle should have royal treatment). I do recommend this place to family and friends when stopping through and in need. There s only so much a place of business can do for you and parts are just hard to come by these days. As well as other businesses.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Great service! Phil (the manager) is so nice and helpful and they try to have your car done as quickly as possible. You re able to schedule routine maintenance appointments online, and when you do, you receive a coupon for $5 off. If they don t have the capabilities to fix a problem, they will direct you to the right people. Sometimes it s hard to find an honest mechanic, but I ve had nothing but good experiences here.

I had a flat tire and the staff took great care of me as always. Great people, great value! They are the largest privately owned care care place in the state. I know the owner and they really take care of their employees and their employees take care of their customers. No appointments needed. Service is first come. Lobby to wait is clean. Repairs were prompt as can be. Discount for AAA and they do have financing for repairs with Synchrony bank. Location is good and walking distance to food if your waiting over lunch hour.

I recently broke down and my car would not hold water any more and started running hot. I took my car over to the shop and they had it fixed within an hour and a half! I'm so happy with the friendly atmosphere and the speedy and effective care that they provided to both me and my car. So blessed for such great service from these wonderful people!

This place service has really went down, the lady thats a manager is rude to certain customers. When the guy (PHIL)was there I love going there because he was genuine this lady only try to make money and rips you off never want to honor discounts. I HATE THIS LOCATION...Im NEVER GOING BACK ME , MY FAMILY, AND FRIENDS we're taking our business elsewhere since the new lady don't know how to treat LOYAL CUSTOMERS IVE BEEN GOING THERE 10 YEARS. Bring the guy back....he's the best not like the lady with her rude self

The Michelen tire store told me that I needed breaks at 30,000 miles but I went to Car Care and was told my tires looked almost new. 4 years later I was getting my oil changed at Gray Daniel Nissan and they told me my breaks were worn out. I dropped back by Car Care and they again told me that my tires were 50 and 75%. I trust them to the limit.

I came in stressed and in absolute disbelief when I found out my car wasn't properly taken care of from my now past car mechanic. I didn't catch the mechanic's name. But he made sure I left an extremely satisfied and happy customer. I am so happy I have finally, out of all the years I've first became a driver, found a trusted and reliable place to have my car fixed and oil changes properly made to my car. I recommend this place to everyone!!!

Car Care Clinic was amazing. They brought me in and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. The mechanic was honest and I had my breaks and timing belt done at an extremely fair price! I have referred multiple people to Car Care Clinic and will def go back again. They are wonderful!

I came to Car Care Clinic in need of a wheel bearing hub assembly. The manager was super nice and very courteous. He ordered the part, (overnight shipping) and it was installed very quickly the following day. These guys are very exceptional at what they do...I highly recommend them!

Over the past 10 years tried 8 mechanics in the Jackson area, and Mike was the best by far. He got my car running more quietly and smoothly than ever before, told me that I didn't need a ton of expensive repairs that others were proposing, and was a fun friendly guy to deal with. Then, they got rid of him. Under the new management, they broke my radio knob, gear shift knob, and electrical connections to airbag, horn, and charger port when removing the dash. New manager was at the beach for week. Asst manager left in charge was not empowered to do anything. The owner said he would make it right, but four visits and months later the radio knob is still broken. They dragged their heels on the other items, and it took repeated prompting from me to get them fixed.

I didn't use them because when I drove up they ignored me & then were rude when speaking to me. After I was rudely instructed to go to the correct bay, they ignored me AGAIN while the technician was on his phone!! Why would I spend money at a place that doesn't respect customers!!!

Tried to take advantage of me. Tech said I had 3 leaks in my tire and said they had to sell me a new tire. Took my car to Gleason tire and they said there were only 2 leaks, patched them both for $10. 10 days later, tire pressure is still the exact same. Go here if you enjoy the stereotypical "mechanic taking advantage over those with less knowledge than him" scenario.

Tried to charge me $750 to replace a water pump that I got fixed for $440 somewhere else. Also attempted to charge $100 for an engine diagnostic fee, instead of the appropriate $30 for a leak diagnostic fee. I recommend finding a local, trustworthy mechanic, rather than a chain.

Gave them two tries and opinion was formed after that. First time I went to get brakes and rotors replaced and a month later the rotors they gave me were worn and one of the brake pads broke. Luckily they replaced for free due to still under parts warranty. Second time I went due to low freon and vehicle was blowing hotter than normal. Due to having an out of town emergency i had to leave for that day I return to them and I asked them to fill up the freon for which they charged 100 for and evac and fill. The mechanic told me I had a freon leak and and broken part that would cost $1000 to replace and on top of that an hour after leaving the air started blowing hotter. I went to a more reliable mechanic when able and was told I had no freon leak and he isnt sure what they put in there but it was not freon. After undoing whatever Car care did and performing his own evac, for which he charged less that half of what they did, my vehicle has been blowing cold since. So in essence they charged me to potentially destroy my AC system and try to con me out of 1000. I would give them 0 out of 5 if I could. Avoid at all costs.

This is my new local car care center. Great service, friendly management. The mechanics work hard and are very detailed. I have been trying local shops to find one since I moved to Mississippi and after my visits here, I've stopped looking

Wife had her oil changed and later noticed an oil spot in the driveway. I crawled under her car and found the oil drain plug was loose. I did a little more investigation and found the air filter cover had been removed but not reattached. Called the manager to report the poor service and pretty much got indifference. Won't ever use them again.

Mr. Phil and staff are absolute professionals. They keep my 05 silverado on the road, without any unnecessary expenses. It can be a nightmare trying to find a trustworthy shop, well this is it.

Unfortunately they didn't inform me that they were going to use synthetic oil for my oil change until after they had already done so as opposed to a basic oil change. I ended up paying 65$ for my oil change. Would not recommend.

Great always pleased with the service here. Pass many quick oil lubes shops just to go to Car Clinic Clinic in Flowood. They are in front of Walmart, very convenient station.
