I experienced the best customer service at this Car Care Clinic. I needed a new battery for my car, and I was a bit in a bind with a work meeting fast approaching that I needed to get to. Shawn made sure the battery got put in my car quickly and efficiently while Elizabeth provided outstanding service even offering to drive me if needed to my meeting. I highly recommend this team!

Car Care Clinic in Flowood is the best! My experience was hands-down one of the best I ve ever received when needing a service. They took care of my problem quickly. The staff is so polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I will now recommend them to anyone for service, and I will be back to see them for anything I need in the future. Thank y all so much!

Pretty disappointed. Took half a day off work because I clearly had an oil leak. I explained to them that it was only leaking a little while the vehicle was running. But enough to smell burning oil through the vents and see white smoke. After 10 minutes they said there was nothing wrong. They said it was probably oil spilled from an oil change. I had my oil changed 1500 miles ago. I suspect they saw what was wrong but didn t want to/didn t have the staff to spend the remainder of their Friday replacing a gasket and valve cover before they were closed for the weekend. Luckily the County Line location was happy to help the following Saturday morning.

I'm really pleased with the service here. I had to tow my car to the shop early one morning and was unsure when/if they would be able to resolve the issue, especially because I have a VW and they can be particularly tricky. Sean and the whole team were very communicative about what they were doing, why, and any potential next steps. I ended up getting my car back the following day and in great condition! Thank you for making a stressful situation much less stressful!

Took truck for oil change and asked them to check tires they said my wheel bearings were bad and I wouldn't make it back home and my breaks were bad. They fixed it "supposedly" $500 later I got my truck and it didn't make it home the breaks caliber locked on both the driver and passenger side. They were the last to work putting break pads and fixing rotors. They sent a tow truck and chaged another $500 to fix breaks they messed up or over looked. Either way their point was to keep me off the side of the road and I ended up on the side of the road paying for their mistakes. Be careful if you are a woman because they will take advantage!!!! That 10 percent off on Wednesday for women is a scam because they make it back over ten fold when they mess up.Talk to others about them and they have left oil filters off and claimed serpentine belt was bad just for an oil change and the customer are all women. Be weary!! Truck is driving good now after paying for their mistakes. Almost set my truck on fire

Will never go there again. They changed my oil, broke a part on my car, lost my screws, lied and charged me $76. The staff and manager were very unprofessional and didn't handle the situation properly. They didn't care and was like oh well. Charles, the manager on duty that day even told me they mess up people cars all the time and put zip ties on people car parts to hold them together and patch them up. The whole place need to be shut down! They all a bunch of lying, low down dirty dogs! Stay far away from this place people if you want to keep your car in good shape! They all are shady!

Moved to MS a little over 7yrs ago... these guys are some of the most trustworthy and helpful mechanics I've ever met. I always get them to take a look at my cars. And I love that they are honest and not just trying to up-sell you. They tell you what you need and explain it all. Always super helpful! Highly recommend!

These guys are great! They are fair, honest, and kind and they don't talk down to you like other mechanics sometimes do. Instead, they will explain very informatively and conversationally what's going on with your vehicle and what services you are getting. Frank is in charge of the shop and seems to genuinely care about his customers and providing excellent customer service. I was a loyal customer while I lived in the area and the guys at the shop always seemed to find me discounts and even performed a diagnostic on my car for free. I know those are expensive! I recently moved to Boston and the free trip check Frank gave me helped me to arrive safely after my 26 hour journey. Thank you! I appreciate the top notch service =]

I went in to get my tire plugged and they do patchwork which is better than plugging. Frank was very helpful! I waited with my car and he was able to get my car taken care of within 20-30 minutes. They also evened the pressure in all of my tires as well. The service and atmosphere was great and I will be back! It was also ladies day so I received 10% off my purchase! Great place!

Phil Duncan and his staff are great and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure I had the right tires for my rat rod. Have a full confidence that my vehicle has been well serviced when I leave.

This place was a God send to me and my mother. We were traveling through Mississippi heading to Georgia when the engine light came on. We were towed to this shop and they went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. The Customer service Representative Charles and the mechanic who worked on our car Rick were both amazing and super helpful. I cannot thank them both enough for the job they did. This location is one that I highly recommend when you have car troubles.

If I could put 6/5 stars I would! I found myself in a pickle the day before a long road trip and these gentlemen were able to fix my car the same day! Randall at the front desk was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the day. They were friendly and answered all of my questions as well, which were many. If I were not moving, I would use them every time I needed anything for my car!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Takes them about 30 minutes for an oil change but they do a quality job. They do a lot of extra checkups on your car according to the receipt, and that is a great added service I think. I got a standard oil change and it was very reasonably priced.

Car Care Clinic took good care of us. We brought in our Subaru for an oil change just before closing. They had very reasonable prices for a high mileage synthetic change. They vacuumed the car as well. We asked them about a burning rubber smell when they changed the oil. They told us it was probably an oil leak. We brought it back the next morning and they looked at it, tightened a bolt, and had it back to us in short order. Great experience and honest and up front.

The best staff and service ever for my vehicle! I won't go anywhere else. Frank, Bonnie and Conrad made my most recent crisis a thing of the past with speed, professionalism, and more kindness than one would ever expect to find in a place as busy as this one is. I highly recommend them no matter what you need done on your vehicle.

Great experience. Was in town to meet my wife for dinner, and just decided to get an oil change while I was here. Very professional and friendly. Vacuumed out the car and topped off the air in my tires, as well.

After a 1 and 1/2 hour wait last Friday, I paid a total of $77 for an oil change w/a separate oil filter. I had to wait out the weekend to have my car RESERVICED due to a bad oil leak! The $32 filter did NOT fit my car and was overfilled!!!! Such a waste of two valuables: time and money!!! Wound up buying another filter $12 less than the former! I wish I would have taken my vehicle to the Rapid Oil Change in Clinton in the first place!!! The service I received there was IMPECCABLE compared to the unprofessional and incompetent staff at the Car Care Clinic! It is EVIDENT they NEED the business by ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!!

I accidentally made an oil change appointment at another location for Car Care Clinic, but the kind employees here happily accommodated me and worked me into the schedule.The entire staff was incredibly polite and helpful.

If you are wondering if integrity still exists in business......in the world, come to car clinic on Lakeland Dr. These gentlemen are honest, hospitable, and stand by their word and work.You won't find yourself bringing you car back .When they handover your keyes. The work is complete. You will never regret coming to this Car Clinic.

Call a few days in advance for appointment. I live a hour away.. got there before they opened. To be told they had cars already lined up and couldn't get to me. Spoke with the manager he stated they only have one mechanic. Didn't offer another time or appointment. Just directed me that I could go to another one.
