I usually have a great experience here. The breakfast is always great and will always come back for it. But the older white lady behind the counter needs to get some manners. She also was on her phone the whole time. I asked her how she was doing. She never responded once to anything. Rude as hell. But as far as everyone else i have come across in the store, they are very nice and inviting. They need to get the one bad apple straight so it doesn't ruin the bunch.
