I use this location because it s close to where I live and work.Staff is friendly and helpful.Went to church and had a dead battery after service. Called and staff helped me find the battery I needed, and handled the replacement. Cory was AWESOME. Super sharp, hard worker, knowledgeable, and attentive. Highly recommend, and big thanks to Cory.

Great experience. I did not catch the guys name but he knew exActly what I needed and collected it all for me while staying professional and polite as I wondered through the store distracted by all the cool inventory. This is my favorite auto store in the area. Make sure to sign up for speed perks.

Got everything I needed to get my rear brakes replaced, the young lady was very helpful, she said it was her first week but she got everything I needed all rounded up and I even saved some money with some sale items!! She has excellent customer service skills!!

I had just left auto zone in flowood with an awful experience from a very angry person. So thank you guys at Advance Auto for all that you do. I am your new customer and will tell others.

Great place, very helpful staff, the speed perks program still does not work well, but this has nothing to do with the local staff, corporate should take care of this problem!

Today I made many frustrating phone calls to many auto parts stores looking for a starter for my wife's Honda and could only get overpricing or just plain bad service. Then by chance I called Advance in Flowood Ms. and talked to a wonderful Lady named Beth and to say she is a real pro is an understatement. She not only found the starter in stock she also found us savings that none of the other people I talked to would even try to find. THANK YOU SO MUCH BETH !!!

They were very helpful with my car problems. They even suggested to go to somewhere else to make sure I was getting the best for my dollars. They were willing to send me away if it ment a better result for the customer. I really appreciated that!

This particular location used to be great. Outstanding even. However, over the last 2 years, they ve continually gotten less helpful with every changing personnel that knows next to nothing about what a car is or what parts are needed for any given job. Management is just as bad. Moreover, when looking for anything other than oil and filters, unless you have a 1987 Chevy Suburban or older (this is almost no joke), good luck with them having anything you need. It s like they ve purposely tried to get down to only the most universal parts (e.g. headlights, oil, filters, etc). For a 2007 Ford F-150, 2015 Ford Explorer and a 2014Toyota Tundra, this location and its staff is utterly useless. I m somewhat ashamed to say that I was once an Advance employee.

The people take time to understand your issue and help to find real solutions that won't break your bank. Not much traffic here means the clerks are available without waiting very long.

Over priced on some things. Better than auto zone.ordered a mower battery and when I went to pick it up was out of stock? Took 3 visit to get it!!!Don't buy online for store pick up!!!

I ve lived in Castlewoods for years and this is easily the best auto parts place in the area. The AutoZone on Lakeland has told me a particular part was only available from the dealership. I the check with Advance Auto and they ll have the part in stock.

Found my parts my self.... Waited for 10 minutes to check out and was completely ignored. First time I was treated that way at this store. Unfortunately it made an impression, and not a good one.
