Very pleased with the drive thru service and quality of food the last several times I ve eaten at this location. Food is hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. The lady in the drive thru is very friendly. Seems like they have a great team at this location! I wish every McDonald s had employees that do a great job like this one !

I was ready to finally give McDonalds a 5 star rating after 3 successful visits. The food is MUCH better than it used to be and the service has improved a LOT. The only reason for 4 stars is because it took longer at the drive through than I thought it should and my order had a minor mistake. I will say it again tho, they have made a huge improvement since the facility upgrade.

This place has really improved over the last few months. Used to I couldn't get a right order no matter how I tried, recently though every order has been spot on! I usually only do breakfast and it's always good. I've gotten a hard biscuit or some fatty bacon once or twice but other than that everything is good! People are super nice now and food is good.

I just had the worst experience ever! I went in to place a order and the lady with the braids had a complete attitude with me the entire time I attempted to place an order.I made a slight mistake when attempting to place an order and she looked at me why did I even place an order. She went to the back and started cursing about me changing my order. I walked out and I will never visit this place again!And here they want $15 minimum wage! Go figure!

This place has GREATLY improved over the last several months. Food is so much better than it used to be. There are still some little mishaps here and there, but nothing like how it used to be.

Stood in at register for 15 minutes. Employees walked past several times and didn't offer to wait on me so I left. Don't stop there. Trace Way restaurant in Mathison is only 5 minutes East on 82. Good food fast and cheap. Go there, I did!!!

Worst ever!!! They first gave me someone else's order. Then gave me mine made incorrectly. Then instead of making me a new one just scraped the pickles and mustard off. I had to stand there and request a freshly made burger. Aweful, I would rate them zero stars buy that is not possible! Save your time and just go down the road to sonic!!!

Recently was in town for a funeral decided to get lunch here, tried to use a coupon code and they couldn t figure out how it worked. Ordered a sweet tea with my burger meal, took one drink of the tea and Nearly vomited. Tasted like I had French kissedAn ashtray. Disgusting!!! Burger was burnt and fries tasted old this is whereYou go if ya wanna catch food poisoning or poisoning in general. Yuck this place shouldBe ashamed and closed down

I'm not from here & my experience was horrible. Window registrar not working had to go in & order. Customers complaining who actually live here. Casher touching her face & hair ( no gloves ) then handing lids out to customers who had drinks ( fingers touching inside of lids )... Will NOT stop @ this location next time passing through....

I was treated rudely by the manager when my car broke down in the drivethru lane at the speaker. After I moved the car, she kept coming out to tell me I had to pay for my order. I was in the middle of fixing it and did not want the order. She said I had to pay for it anyway even if I didn't want the food. I had a child and a dog in the car and it was very hot and not once did she offer us water. It's fortunate that I was able to fix it or we would have had an emergency on our hands.

Eh... Order is 7/10 times going to be wrong. (Its fast food, thats pretty usual anyways) Hasbrowns are burnt and old. Could be better, but I do have to applaud them for the precautions they are taking to stop the spread of the virus. Seems like they are really trying.

Absolutely the worse McDonalds store I ve frequented of late. NO ICE and No notice of no ice when drinks were ordered. Just received the drinks less the ice. No notice that drinks had no ice when handed through the drive through window. Discovered the Milk was spoiled when opened down the road. Biscuits doughy - not completely cooked. Order received missing items.

Food is always old. Last night I got this raw hamburger. Bought this along with a frappe. I returned the sandwich after taking a bite and asked about my frappe... they said they were out. They could ve atleast valued my time and told me they were out after I paid and waited 10 mins for it. 80% of time I have a bad experience here. They re usually out of something. Service is hit or miss. Can be good one day but be bad 2...

Ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich meal... Fries are terrible and look awful.. Which I could upload a pic.. I'd show everyone. The chicken sandwich is very bland.. Absolutely not worth what I paid.. You can tell it is the only fast food restaurant in town.. They couldn't care less about the quality of the food they are selling.. Yuck! I will not go back! I will drive to Starkville for McDonalds.. Or eat at Sonic from now on..

Some of the servers are rude. The ice cream machine and frappe machine are always down. There's one lady we call Luv that works there and she's always such a sweetheart

Very bad. Ordered food and pie was old. When I paid with cash they had NO CHANGE. Lady wanted to give me all pennies and I said no way. DON'T GO AT NIGHT FOR FOOD. THEY ARE RUDE AND THE FOOD ISN'T AS GOOD AS LUNCH TIME

Never get your order right. The frappe machine is always down and the drinks are normally flat! Still not sure how one place can have so many problems!

I was very upset by the terrible service I recieved at Eupora McDonald's. 1st the place was disgusting, nothing was stocked and just filthy. Cashier was so rude, I was ordering, noticed she missed one of my orders after calling attention to it she was like " oh yeah I didn't get that last order". REALLY if you knew what I was talking Bout why did I have to get behind the next guy and order! Done with McDonald's after this. Get someone who cares about your brand and takes pride on work ethic before you get sued! Just saying worst experience ever!

The toy display is broken and It's very sharp.. and it's perfect height for a toddler or kid to get cut on.. I talked to the manager and was informed that her boss knew and that it's been broken for a long time and that display was to costly to replace.. on other note.. store was clean.. staff was very helpful and food was great and manager was very professional..

It s a McDonalds in a gas station. Service was somewhere between friendly and indifferent. Food was ready quick and was hot and fresh. Everything was made correctly. Seats had some damage - holes in the upholstery. A few too many house flies. Mostly clean.

I went to the McDonalds in Mathiston, MS. I ordered a Big Mac meal. My hamburger bun was so old that it crumbled when I bit into it. My patties were dried and burned. There was a dot of special sauce. This is the second time going there and both times, my food was horrible. I won't go back. The one in Houston, Ms is always fresh and hot.

Employees needs to show improvement in proper sanitation the tray in drink machine is nasty at least looks nasty should I say but appearance gives impressions. Customer service with several members needs to understand customers service

When i placed my order i specifically said i wanted the dollar tea with my meal..when i got to the window my order was ready and the girl was terying to give me the med drink i stated to her i specifically order the dollar tea and that i was charged for it..she had an attitude about it and said well this is what comes with it..i understand that but i paid for and wanted what i ordered

They need to train their personnel the lady on the register didn t even know that they serve breakfast all day and when I did get two egg McMuffin they were cold and the cheese was not even melted then the lady didn t know how to use the register she consulted with coworkers no fewer than six times on my order I will never stop again

Great customer service!! The employees are very nice!!One of the best Mcdonalds I eaten at. Some of the best burgers and fries I had from McDonald's in a long time.I would definitely go back!
