Excellent customer service and good quality work at a great price! I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs glass work done regardless of distance. I live 3 hours from the shop but schedule appointments when I know k will be passing through the Ellisville area.They did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my suv a few months ago and my husband s truck today.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

If you have shattered glass from a perfect rock ... allow me to introduce you to Jones County Glass...the sales clerk ordered the glass on a Thursday it was replaced on Friday...my wait time was 1 hour...awesome service...

I called around 4pm and placed an order for a window pane. The woman I spoke to said it would be ready first thing the next morning, she would call me when ready. I called at 11 since she hadn't called me back. I told her I needed to pick up by 3, she said no problem. I got there and it still wasn't ready and I had to wait for someone to come in and cut it. She overpromised and underdelivered.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. Took my brand new SUV to them to repair a cracked windshield and had it returned to me with major issues. The coverings to the panels that suspend the windshield on the interior of the vehicle are now bent and no longer fit flush and have major gaps and inconsistencies that were immediately noticeable. Bottom line, take your business elsewhere if you want guaranteed quality and care. No one wants to put their car in the shop and get it back with more problems than before. Do not make the same mistake that I did.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Destination Laurel, MS from Cincinnati. Rock to the window on the way, needed immediate attention. Locals recommended Johnson County Glass and one even guided us to it. Couldn't be more pleased with the service!! So reasonably priced and everyone was so nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Accidentally broke the neighbors passenger window when mowing the lawn and had to pay for it out of pocket. I called and made him an appointment, they got him in there quick and took very good care of him! He was satisfied and so was I! Thank you, Jones County Glass!

The upper pane to one of our storm doors was shattered. Replacing the door would cost ~$200 and require 2-4 weeks wait time for the manufacturer. I removed the frame and brought it to Jones County Glass. They had replacement plexiglass in it the next day for about a third of the cost of a new door. Nice people, too!
