Bought a kioti tractor from Ellisville Auto Supply.It had problems 6 months in for 4 full years.It went to the shop 4 or 5 times...The dealer said they just couldn't find anything wrong with it.Even though a tech rode down with his computer to pick it up and had trouble loading the tractor for 30 minutes because it kept stalling.The dealer told me I could contact the kioti company for help even though it was his responsibility. Eventually it was found to be a problem with an in line fuel filter that kioti found in many of their models.I was never offered any apologies for my wasted time. No help with pick up fees. Nothing. The customer service is horrible and I never felt like anyone was actually trying to help me. The kioti company is horrible as well. 6 year old tractor only has 300 hours on it and now it needed a new ac condenser for $3000 that wasn't covered under warranty. Steer clear people. Good luck out there.

Bought a bad boy mower and Jacquelyn helped me with all my questions I had. She was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and more than helpful. Highly recommend

If your looking to buy a kioti tractor then this is definitely the place t9 go. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oh and service after the sale is best I've ever had anywhere

Local charm, knowledgeable staff, products in stock, and a price just as low as what I could find online. This place is great. They had exactly what I needed when I needed it and at half the price of the other stores that needed to order the part. Highly recommended. Great job, guys. Kudos.

Took dr brush mower electric wheelbarrow and big dog zero turn mower they were to be serviced. Got them all back paid 1300 dollars and none of them work and none of the things I asked to be fixed were. Called and asked for an itemized receipt and Ken the owner hung up on me.This is the worst service ever and would not reccomend them to anyone.

Great employees that will do their utmost to find what your searching for. Products that are worth the asking price as well as availability make this a go to parts and tractor supply for the entire area.

great experience ordering Dr brush mower. Stan was very helpful and saved me about 300 dollars just by asking DR rep on phone if item was on sale.

Bad experience with ken. On my new chainsaw i have bought there for 30 years. When this is resolved i will be shopping there no more reel bad experience do not recommend.

They had the same carb.gasket that Nathan's small engines that the guy said wasn't the right one even after I brought my machine in Nathan's and compared it to my carb an the guy at Nathan's argued with me an told I didn't know what I was talking about. The machine is made with a different carb at times . So I took my business elsewhere to Ellisville Auto. Thanks Ellisville Auto for saleing me the same gasket.

Bought a Husqvarna lawn mower from here. We have paid 7 notes on this thing and have not mowed but 1 yard. It has been in shop for the rest of the time. They have gotten rude with my wife and now are wanting to charge me 145 dollars for mower blades and belts. WHY. The thing is brand new. WHY would it need blades for a new mower? It's suppose to be under warranty. Since Jim and Wayne have died, this place has gone to hell and a hand basket. I DO NOT recommend this place to do business.

The best PLACE TO BUY YOUR AUTO PARTS IN THE AREA OF ELLISVILLE MS. THEY CARRY A LARGE SELECTION OF PARTS. THE PERSONAL ARE NOT THAT FRIENDLY,BUT THEY OFFER FAST SERVICE. THEY WILL ORDER ANY PART THEY DON'T HAVE IN STOCK. ALL IN ALL THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL PLACE HERE FOR AUTO PARTS.
