This business is sheisty and unconcerned about its quality of work. After being charged near 100 dollars for repairs and rotate (I was shocked also) the very next day I had a front tire go flat on my way to Jackson (my whole reason for getting repairs and rotate before the drive) when I called today to ask them to stand behind their work they refused and offered to charge me even more. Ya...noI DO NOT recommend this business to ANYONE. Stear clear unless you want to lose your hard earned money for nothing

I usually have a terrible experience anytime I have to take my car into any kind of shop. Usually, I am told I need x, y, and z to fix my vehicle and am treated like I have no knowledge pertaining to automobiles. Not these guys. They were so kind, talked to me like I was a person, and were super quick repairing my tire. If I EVER have an issue with a tire again this is where I ll be going. I was so impressed and I ll be referring them to everyone I know.

I got two tires repaired at Cooksey's yesterday. They took me in despite having to close up shop in five minutes and were friendly and professional. I got amazing vibes from the crew who suggested that repairing my tires would not only be effective but cheaper than buying new tires as well. I usually never take the time to review a place, but these professionals earned it. I STRONGLY recommend Cooksey's if you're in need of tires or repairs to your tires.
