I ordered the seat covers needed for my truck on a Monday and had them on a Wednesday. They had the ones i wanted on hand and i was really impressed with the shipping time. I like the added pad in the seat and back area. Got them installed and they fit and look great! Thanks for the great business and look forward to purchasing from you again in the future.

This company is absolutely amazing , i had the worst time trying to figure stuff out for a couple days and marley was excellent she helped me for two days and held the covers for me knowing they would be a gift. Definitely will purchase again and recommend to others!

I was a lil hesitant about ordering with them @ first solely based on their extended time of delivery. But after gross dissatisfaction with the quality from a different manufacturer, and high recommendations by someone whose opinion I hold in high regard, I conceded and placed my order. When my first order came in, and I got them installed, WOW! The fit was absolutely amazing. The quality of both, the materials used and the craftsmanship in which they were manufactured are second to none. The way they fit & look in my truck makes the wait very well worthy. And that is not to mention the quality of their customer service, every bit as good as their product & craftsmanship. Their was an issue with the cover for my console not fitting properly. I contacted them via email, and customer service (Ashley Cooper) was on top of it immediately. My new cover was @ my door in a matter of just a few days. Great product and great customer service. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for high quality seat covers.Great job guys! Keep up the good work.

Material is great. Patterns and color choices are great. Stitching is very important on seat covers and they seem to be rugged with very few insignificant minor imperfections when examined closely. Only time will tell in regards to longevity...but with the price tag on these bad boys they better outlast the truck I put them in. Well designed and they fit well... I was able to install myself without any instructions or videos. I purchased them for the type of fabric they use because I needed covers that do a job more than for the looks...but they do look very nice! I have two issues and it s not necessarily with the seat covers.1. The webpage states that they will message you an expected wait time which I never received until I emailed them 8 weeks later. Not a big deal...but from a professional perspective take it down or send the email.2. I waited 88 days for seat covers. That s 12.5 weeks...now like other have stated...they are custom fit from a quality material which I appreciate. With all the different fitment variations you encounter in this business a wait is understandable. But that seems excessive....it took like 3 days to receive them once they shipped so shipping is not the issue. I m certain it s a small operation but someone s gotta take charge of that and fix it or what seems like a great business with a quality product won t stand the test of time.These last two comments are more for Sportsman Camo Covers than the consumer. I wish you the best.Overall if you don t mind a potentially ridiculous wait time and you re gonna keep the vehicle they re going in for a while...send it. They re great covers that I believe will actually function and last.Service: Custom upholstery design

Was very hesitant to order due to the what seemed to be teenaged, why are you bothering me attitude on the phone from their staff. Then the order took 6weeks to get. Once the call came in that the covers were ready I get there to find that they made them for the incorrect vehicle! This goes back to the lack of give a sh$t attitude they have for customer service. Not an I m sorry or we made a mistake not once came out to the teenager s mouth once the error was found. What joke.

Ordered a full front/back camo set for my 2015 GMC crew cab. Called and was quoted 12/14 weeks, ordered online and got them in 6. Definitely worth the wait and the price, I couldn t be happier with them. The material is heavy duty yet very comfortable. They protect the entire seats, front back and sides, even the center console which is a big plus for me. They also threw in a koozie which happened to be my favorite color orange, so brownie points. Highly recommend and will purchase again.Service: Custom upholstery design

Ordered in November. It's late January and still haven't received product. Disclaimer should be that it takes them well over 2 months to process shipments.

Took 3 months to receive my order. I understand these are custom made covers and they take time to make from scratch but 3 months is a little extensive.

Covers are great quality they are comfortable and look great my only gripe is the buttons that recline and move my seats have no cut out the seat cover covers them
