I had the most positive visit at this car wash. The place is clean and organized, the employees were helpful and even the manager power washed my rubber mats and offered a towel for me to wipe my car down when I was detailing. This car wash did the best job on my car and my car is so clean. Other car washes I've noticed a fine film of dirt after but Mach-1 got down to the shine. They have different levels of car washes and I got the 15.00. I plan on going back because the vacuums worked so well and I was able to get to the hard to reach spots. They even have a little blower to blow out your ac vents and get to the dust in your interior. Fantastic options, wonderful manager, great employees and now I have the beauty of my car back! 5 stars!

Went through and the first brushes knocked off my drivers side mirror.When talking to them about it they only offered $30 to replace the adjustable mirror.When talking to the the GM he told me that I had the oldest vehicle (2004) to go through the wash. And tried to make it my fault that it broke. Even though I keep my vehicle in good shape.When I wanted to talk to the corporate guy they would never return my phone call.Manager at the place was very nice.

I absolutely love these folks! We have been regular customers since the start of 2023. The customer service is outstanding. I always have everything I need. Firstly they spent more than 5 minutes pre washing my truck (I felt so bad..) to get the mud off. My Genesis is my pride and joy as well, and the vacuums are !! There's compressed air for hitting those dusty, tight spots, drying towels, windex, and towels for your rims. If I accidentally vacuum something I need, it's retrievable.

Took my Sequoia thru the wash and didn't get clean. Paid $25. 00. Monday my husband took his car and he spent 30 minutes cleaning the dort off it didn't get off plus the bugs. If I pay $25.00 I expect our cars to be clean ! When it first opened it was great, now highly disappointed

I went through the Mach 1 carwash, only to find the rotating wheel that drys and buffs was inoperable. After arriving at the vacuum area, we found that there were no drying towels. This car wash has went down hill since its opening.

Very impressed! Went the first time and pulled into the vacuum bays. The owner(?)/manager came up and offered for me to send my car through again since the front was still pretty bug-covered. I hadn't even looked yet myself! Excellent customer service!Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

Pleased with the car wash. Didn't vacuum but paid for 1 month unlimited today, I didn't get a receipt or anything. How do I go about getting another car was this week?

I went through the car wash and paid like 25 bucks and I thought I had felt something rub but wasn't sure and I was was right it was my rim it scratched or should I say scraped around 6 inches of paint off the side of my wheel it's gonna cost a fortune to get my rims replaced
