I don t recommend anyone to buy or do any business with King Kars!!! Last May I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima from them .four days later my transmission went out. RED FLAG I should ve let the car go back then, but I honestly loved the car and actually thought that by going to a dealership that I was getting a dependable car. A warranty repair was done and a USED transmission was put in. Now here we are August 2023 and I m having transmission problems again. I won t go all into detail on how ugly and unprofessional the owner and salesman were to me yesterday. I held my peace and stayed calm until they gave me the run around and basically said they weren t doing anything to fix the issue or keep my business. Their reply was if it s out of warranty then it s nothing we can do They argued up and down with me about a recall that was sent to my address and a certified Nissan Dealer fixed. After spending 3hrs there going back and forth with them I lost my cool because I m a hard working mother of three and I spent my hard earned money on something I thought was reliable No apologies, or anything..just a simple it is what it is If you ve had good luck with them good but I don t advise NOBODY to go down there. They have rebuilt cars on their lot and a bunch of lemons in disguise!! I m just trying to help the next person from getting screwed but based off the lack of sales..lol I should ve known better. Like honestly who actually buys cars from them??? The whole three hrs I spent down there NOBODY came looking for a car. They can take this down and I will repost .BAD BUSINESS!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY SALE CARS, BUT DON T STAND BEHIND THEM!! Ricky King and Darren Howell are the worst!!!

We had an excellent experience at King Kars! They have a great selection and variety of used vehicles that suit nearly every price point. We visited their website beforehand and knew which cars we wanted to see. We were met with a friendly, knowledgeable sales professional who did not pressure us or try to steer us toward more expensive vehicles. We chose our vehicle, talked numbers, and were out the door with our new-to-us car in very little time. It was very easy to do business with them! I highly recommend this dealership!

Side door on the 15-passenger van wouldn't open. No one showed me that the controls for the air in the back of the van were on the ceiling & I thought the air was broken the whole time. When all this was pointed out to them when I dropped it off, they said thanks! No offer for a discount or anything. All that and I had to wait an hour to pick it up when I had reserved it over 3 weeks before.

My experience here was terrible. I needed a car as my car was hit and totaled out. As a result, I went to King Kars. The man I dealt with seemed friendly at first. I did find a car I liked, so then we went inside to talk about financing. The guy became very unprofessional with the man on the phone that I would be getting my loan.. that was a red flag, but I really needed a car to get to work that next week. We waited FIVE HOURS for everything to be processed (red flag number two), but I really needed a car and waited patiently. When things were finalized, the guy came out and told us everything was good and we started doing paperwork. I was thankful and asked what my interest rate would be. He just looked at me and got snippy with me and said, "It's 8.9." Like I was an inconvenience? I have a right to know the interest rate on the car that I AM BUYING FROM YOU. I should've just walked out right then, but I had waited that long and just wanted to get my car... So we finalized paperwork and I could finally go home. Well that was just the beginning. Going back to when he was working on getting my car financed, he asked if my other car had been paid off, and I said it was in the process. HE LIED TO THE GUY ON THE PHONE AND SAID IT HAD BEEN PAID OFF!!!! So then, guy from King Kars hounded me for over a week multiple times a day to get documentation stating that the car had been paid off... Maybe you shouldn't have lied in the first place?? I'm sorry but I had a horrible experience and really it took all the fun out of getting a car. I will never be back and I almost listed the man's name on this review, but I did not think it would be right. It all boils down to this: if you want to keep your customers, treat them well. The bright side in all this is that the owner was very polite, and I am very happy with my car. Still, I will never do business here again.

I don t choose to do business with King Kars! The only reason I was there was meeting with my sister. Google wants me to review you when I ve done skipped you many times so maybe this review will make Google Maps happy and won t keep asking me to review your company.

If you buy a vehicle from this place like I did make sure if there is any lights on dash to make sure they fix what ever is wrong. They told me they would fix air pressure light, had me run it to 3 places, the 3rd one being dealer and it was gonna cost 549 dollars and they refused to get it fixed. Also our sales tax was short that they were suppose to pay in full and they did the same to my grand daughter hers was short when getting tags and she like me had to pay out of pocket.Also I didn't know but they sell vehicles with rebuilt titles.

Before King Kars in Corinth deletes my review, here is my review.Phil Collins2 reviews6 minutes agoThis dealership I would not recommend to anyone! Let me tell you a story. On September 15th of this year I bought a 2004 Mini Cooper from them, they told me it runs great and it will wa great car just make sure you use premium gas. So I trusted them I brought the car home that day. About a week later the car was acting funny so I took it to my local Mechanic and he told me, your engine is failing. So, around the 26th of September, I drove it back to the dealership and told them to look at it. They said they would. After a month of constantly texting and calling them, they finally got around to looking at my car and discovered that a piston got loose in the engine and destroyed the whole motor. So they were now wanting to charge me for the cost of the motor instead of paying for it themselves for selling me a horrible car. About three more weeks went by with me again calling and texting them constantly and even sending them a letter from my lawyer. They ignored all of my calls or texts. When someone did answer I was always told no matter what time of the day it was that they were on lunch or vacation. I even had my boss from work try to call them and they were very rude to him as well and told him the same excuses that they were on vacation. So I just stopped doing business with them completely! Mailed a Letter to nationwide by my lawyer telling them I am not going to pay off this car because it wa piece of junk. Left the car at the dealership and took my business elsewhere! I lost $1,500 but I don t care! I will never go back to them again! Nobody shop there! And yes I m aware that I bought the car as is. It s my fault for not knowing what I was buying or how to buy a car. But I don t think the way you treated me afterwards was good either. Also before I left the lot. Mike Doran told me after I bought the car, that it may be running funny and all I need to do is put premium gas in it. And not being educated, I believed him, not knowing my engine was going out. And after posting my review on their Facebook page, the owner accused me of tell half truths. I tell you now, I m not leaving anything out of this story. There reasonings for not getting back to me sooner was because their Mechanic got sick and was out for a week. Then Ricky was on vacation for another week. And the other times I called them while they were on lunch and they couldn t take me call. Do I believe them, no, but I can t prove they were lying, so take it how you want. Ricky did say maybe they would help pay for the motor, but would not give me a Definite Answer when I asked about it later.

I enjoyed my trip to king Kars. The gentlemen that handled my sale was very friendly & polite. Got me in the vehicle of my choice for the monthly payment I needed. I told them what i could do and they made it happened. Thanks King Kars!

Unbelievably terrible car dealer, the scumiest grimiest, people you will ever find. If you've ever heard about how untrustworthy used car dealers are, rest assured this place far surpasses even the most exaggerated of jokes. They operate on a level of corruption and deceit that would make Hillary Clinton faint.

One of the best dealerships I have ever done business with purchased a truck on Saturday 2/13/21 had some issues called that night after closing they showed up the next day 2/14/21 in the freezing rain and icy roads on Sunday and fixed the truck Ricky king and his mechanic I will be doing business with this dealership best car lot I have ever done business with

Very rude. Called and acted like I was approved but them when i called acted like I should know im not but didnt ask and had no idea that I have cash to pay for a car and a co-signer if needed. You couldnt pay me to buy a car here now. Ill take my 10k elsewhere. Need to learn some manors and southern hospitality!

My housemate attempted to buy a car from these people. Short version, if you're planning to shop here I recommended that you save yourself a drive and some money and just poke yourself in the eye for a similar experience.

My mom was in middle if buying vehicle. They faxed information to my bank in morning and check was getting overnighted but when I called to followup next morning they tell me tell me they sold truck previous night

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PPL AGAINthis guys have or had a location in tupelo ms i fell involve with this black corvette 1999 model i bought it gave them 10,000 dollars cash and financed 6,000 dollarsthe air conditioner quit working in less than a week, it started running hot, the belt kept coming out, the steering wheel kept locking and end up taking it to the Chevrolet place in tupelo they said it was a recall on the steering wheel they repaired for free the 1st time but it kept locking on me so i had to tow it every time it locked i was very stupid to believe that they even offered me an insurance coverage and they didn't give me no insurance they just stole my money i couldn't afford the repairs on this car and the payments all together definitely the worst experience ever buyers beware i saved my money just to buy a lil cheap car and let the finance company to take it back well they auction it out and didn't get the money that they wanted so they screwed me with an other 3,000 dollars i refused to pay it, a year later a sheriff showed at my work place demanding me to pay for 3 grand for something i didn't even had anymorebefore even bought that corvette i had a mustang and sold it to buy this junk from this ppl THEY ARE THE WORST THEY DEFINITELY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PPL
