Well yesterday was like no other it was a nightmare they couldn't do the job that they needed what was was flush job for my transmission only one person knew how to do it and he was working on the card reader because they couldn't take a debit card or a credit card at the time cash only set there for an hour and a half before they told me that they could only take cash and they haven't even started to transmission so I ended up with an oil change but if I knew that I wouldn't even got the oil changed in the past it's been good so I guess it was just one of them days

I was stranded in a parking lot close to China Buffet and Harley from Jiffy Lube pulled up to offer her help. She had a jump box but I believe my problem was deeper than what she could repair in a parking lot. She was very friendly and wanted to help. Jiffy Lube should be proud to have this young lady. Thank you for your kindness Harley

First time I've ever used Jiffy Lube, and I will probably be going back. The young man who waited on me, took the time to ask me what type of oil I wanted to use, gave me a quick run-down of the different ones available. Also, when I asked about windshield wipers, he told me about the different types available. Vacuuming the floors is included, never had this before. All in all, I was well satisfied. And I was not treated as being stupid because I am a female (another place in Corinth does this).

Great service, friendly staff and very quick. This has become my new go to place for car maintenance and oil change. Plus side is they usually have a good coupon available online and even if you don t have one the sales rep is always willing to give you the additional discount

The guys who took care of my oil change were absolutely wonderful. I do not know their names. But they were all so sweet, and got the job done swiftly! They definitely deserve some recognition. I will always choose Jiffy Lube as long as they are there!

I stopped by Jiffy Lube at Corinth today to have the fluids checked in my car and Harley was the best. She was so helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you Harley for providing excellent customer service, I appreciate you.

The 2 guys that I spoke with before and after my car was getting serviced was very friendly and helpful that is why I always go there when I need anything done.

Fast friendly service. Would have gave 5 stars if you'd have given me my holiday discount...I mentioned it 3 times and still got charged full price...would have been nice to have saved $25

Manager is professional, people seemed honest, knowledgeable, fair and steady, but jiffy lube no longer seems like a place to go for a speedy oil change. My car was in the bay over an hour I think I was there over 2 hours with about 4 cars ahead of me and 3 bays. I guess that is fair but I'm looking for a place that focuses on oil changes and not other repairs and tires, oil.changes should be fast. For.this speed and price I am just as well amd maybe safer with an appointment with the dealer.Service: Oil change

Only took my car here because the place I usually take it could not get to me in the time I needed. Having bad vibration when driving. They replaced one tire and said there was a nail in another tire. Car still badly vibrating when driving after having these taken care of. Took it back to have another tire put on. Car driving worse after that tire was replaced. Called my usual mechanic and they got me in. Found out jiffy lube way over charged for the two tires they put on and they put me back out on the road with very worn tires. Very dangerous! The pictures show the state of the tires they sent me back on the road with. They also broke my tire sensor and left two of my valve caps off. These are not people I trust to keep me safe on the road.Services: Tires, Oil change

I dropped my car off because I heard of Mr. John, the mechanic. Anyways I needed a ton of stuff done which I get because I hit a curb pretty hard. Fast forward to getting my car out the shop.. as I was putting my card in the card reader. They decided to then tell me oh and btw you ll need another axel done on your drivers side. As I got into my vehicle over the slightest bump you can hear a noise that sounded like more than just needing another axel. I just got my car back in July so of course I wanted everything to go back to normal. I ended up having to buy another axel and let another shop put it on. Sorry, long story short the other shop came up with the conclusion that I needed struts as well on both sides which is one of the things jiffy lube was suppose to do. They charged me for it just for the problem not to be fixed and Jiffy Lube made me pay a ton for them not to really fix all the problems which I told them to. I wouldn t go back or recommend this place to anybody! Not even for an oil change!

There's a new manager, Chris,and he is whipping this location into shape. A few months ago, my oil filter screw on my BMW was stripped at this location and I wasn't told. Chris took responsibility even though he was not the manager when this occured and made it right. I appreciate and respect his honest!

Some of the most incompetent technicians. Vehicle carried in for tire rotation and oil change. It was stated that they wouldn t rotate tires because of wire showing it was a tack. Just because you see metal, use your brain. Then they managed to leave the oil plug loose and not put back up the undercarriage cover, so I had to go buy screws for that odd ball thread. Not to mention they charged for the tire rotation and once it was realized that this happened she had to go back and get it removed. Would not recommend. Just change it yourself or go to someone who takes pride in their work.

Wait time longer than expected however, service made up for it. No pushy sales men.
