They are a friendly down home place to get your car fixed. Honest service at the best price. I had tires put on and it was a couple hundred less than walmart.

Gilmore automotive has had my vehicle for 2 months and didn t repair it although he charged me $260. He never communicated with me about where we stand. I would have to get a ride to him and talk. I will never use Gilmore s again. Now I ve got to pay $200 to have it towed to a dealership!!!!

Extremely glad that my husband and I chose Gilmore Automotive to get our car fixed. Fast service, took about a week from drop off to pick up, professional staff, and amazing work done on our car. Had the wheel bearing and assembly fixed (not sure what that means but my husband says the car drives 100% better now) and it was pretty inexpensive.

I'm not usually one to write reviews. But I just got my car out of the shop, after a MONTH of them having it. I asked for my A/C to be fixed along with my windows, a single spark plug and then your basics like oil change and tires rotated. An entire month. Took an entire paycheck to pay for it all too!!! And my A/C is exactly the same as when I brought it in. Nothing was done to it. And then I show up to get the car...and the battery was dead. Which accidents happen and I'm not going to fault anyone for accidentally leaving a door open or something. But I've been in need of my vehicle for an entire freaking month now. And then it's not even completely fixed. I feel like I just got screwed over and robbed. So I wont be back. But good luck to anyone else. BTW they will NEVER answer the phone. So if your car matters to you and you get concerned when you don't hear anything for weeks? Better make the trip up there. Oh AND when you do? They'll just tell you they'll call you back about it. They won't if you were wondering. So you'll stay worrying about your vehicle. Some business.

First time here. Mike stopped what he was doing and walked out to my truck to address issue with my key area. His info on part that broke and that it wasn't essential part put me at ease. I will definitely return for future repairs.

I called mr. Gilmore and told him my F-150 was broken on the side of the road and it wouldn't turn on. He told me I'll be there in 15 minutes to tow your truck and he did. And about four hours him and his crew had my truck running again. The price was extremely cheap and the honest work that they did, I would recommend them to family and friends

Greg Gilmore provides great service. Replaced faulty radiator with a new one on the same day I brought the car there.
