This place doesn't earn one star, how the h3ll you put a wheel in the wrong hug hole when it's marked with a white marker, if not sure ask.

Came in to get two new tires put on , I watch them for about an hour customers coming in for oil changes in and out and I'm still sitting here waiting on two tires to be place on the rim..one more thing it's lik six workers in ship just doing nothing..Count me out never again

They repair on my daughter car was good , however it took just 4 minutes shy of 2 hours to get her tire patched. Because the person that was entering me in the computer did not enter me in correctly. So everyone else was moved ahead that came way after me.

Absolutely do not recommend using this Auto Care Center as they send you a nice confirmation email stating when you are to arrive at their business to receive the services you paid for with your credit card but they neglect to tell you that there is a 7 to 10 business day waiting period for a refund for those same services that they up and cancel because they suddenly (on the same day I place the order and received my appointment information) don't have the product in stock!! not to mention I never received a nice courtesy email stating that my items were out of stock and that my order had been canceled along with my scheduled appointment that I was already charged for!!!!!WOW WOW WOW charge you before your services are rendered and within 2 hours canceled that same 212.76 order via them for the items being out of stock!!!!

Needed a tire patched, dropped it off with them to fix. They called me later told me the equipment they have couldn t get my tire off the rim. 20 rim and 35 tire. Should have been a simple fix for anyone who does tires for a living.

Employees are more concerned with talking to one another than actually working. It took 4 hours to have a set of tires put on, and they were not busy AT ALL. I can sympathize with being short staffed, but not when im watching the same 3 people walk around and talk more than they actually work. There was also no communication on the front end that it would be such a long process. There was only one car in the bay when i got there with employees standing around talking- and 4 hours later, i was finally finished. Two other customers who came in after me also experienced the same issue. One guy just needed a tire plugged, his car was pulled in ahead of mine- put on the lift- and then not touched. He finally asked for his car back after 3 hours of waiting and left without getting the tire fixed.Service: Tires

Brought my vehicle in today at 7am to get a tired patched. First, they opened their doors 30 minutes late. Despite being the FIRST vehicle here, they did not get my car in until 1.5 hours later. Still here two hours deep, and still no hint of my vehicle being done anytime soon. Also, spoke to the lady at the counter, asked her if there was any way she could have them expedite their service. She said well it s in the shop now, so... and then she walked away, and never came back. Disgusting customer service overall, will NOT be returning here. Ever.

I brought my car into the tire center to have them look at a leak I had in one of my tires. I arrived right when they opened so I could get my car in right away. They opened 20 minutes later than their sign said, and when we tried to call they didn t answer their phones. Finally someone came to let us in. I told them the work I needed to get done and got a ticket and went to wait for my car to get worked on. Since I was the first one there, I figured it may take an hour or so for them to work on it. But no, when I went back to the shop an hour later, nobody had even started working on my car! They were working on other cars and mine was still parked even though I was the first one there that morning. When I went to talk to the lady behind the desk at the tire center she said there wasn t anything she could do. I asked her if there was any way to speed up the process since I had been waiting over an hour and they still hadn t done anything. She didn t answer and then she just walked away! Worst customer service I ve ever had. I ll be taking my future business elsewhere. This tire center is completely unprofessional and not willing to help their customers.

The atmosphere and people were good. They delayed getting tires when they said by ordering on line. I was leaving on a trip on a friday morning. I was notified they would be delivered after 6 PM on March 29. I ordered march 22.

Needed a 2min battery check to see if I needed to wait in a 2hr line for replacement. Ken, the manager at the time refused to test the batteries. Once I found someone to help us that is. Poor service, slow service, multiple people running around confused. Poor customer service. I will never work with these people again

My wife s tire went flat in the parking lot here. The auto care center said they could not even look at the tire until tomorrow , even though they were going to be open til 7pm. This was at 11:45am. This place is a joke. I gladly took my business to someone who actually cared and wanted to make some money.

Brought a set of Douglas tires from here and the tires were good. The mechanic who put the tires on though cross threaded at least three nuts on EVERY TIRE. Ended up having to buy a new set of lug nuts and take the rotor off to replace the wheel studs.

Have had two sets of tires put on there. Have been overall pleased with the courtesy and service given. Also buy some of my oil and filters there. Will definitely be back.

I got a battery for my truck and 3 weeks later i was back because i had literally been stranded because they sold me a bad battery. So if you get a battery feom here make sure that you get it checked to make sure it's not a dud. They did replace it but it was just aggravating that i had to go back. They could have at least put me first on the list since it was a dud and i was back so soon but no, i had to wait about an hour for the replacement.

Ot has been quite sometime since I have visited Walmart Automotive Shop for an oil change! This was rather a pleasant surprise from the cashier to the service manager. Boy, I am glad to say that for once!
