Called while staying in town for an oil change and tire rotation. Said to stop by in about two hours for the appointment. Got there a little before and had me in and out in a short time.From what I noticed they were very pleasant and informative to the customers that were there while I was there.I like using Quick Lane services as the service shows up on my FordPass records.Thanks again for the quick and efficient service.

I have always had a great experience with this shop, but they made a hugh mistake by not putting my oil cap back on when my oil was changed last week. I am just so thankful that the cap was still laying under my hood, and no damage was done.

Wonderful experience! I had to replace my tires and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, professional, and efficient the staff was! One of my lug nuts was seized and the mechanics were able to remove it without breaking it off as well (after multiple attempts). It was apparent that everyone here truly took pride in their work. If you re looking for exceptional service, I highly recommend them! I will be coming here from now on for any future car services.

My daughter brought her car here and they were great!!! She purchased tires, had a tune-up, purchased a new battery amongst other things. It was a list of things she had done. This was the first time we have been here, and we will keep coming back! They were on top of it. Got it done, and done right! Tiffany was awesome along with the rest of the crew! Can't thank them enough !

Tony Hannah and his crew are great! I was so happy with his service and he took great care looking at my tires. Everyone I know that uses them has been pleased with the service and the prices. Go give them a try! You won t regret it.

On my way from Tuscaloosa to Memphis, the tire pressure light came on. Luckily, I was only a few miles from Columbus. Quick Lane had a parking lot full of cars! I didn t think they would have time to help me. They were so kind kind when I told them I was traveling. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem . I was back on the road within 30 minutes! Just can t say enough nice things about their staff! They were awesome!Service: Tires

Would not recommend at all! If you take your car there you will leave with worse problems. No ownership nor accountability. Dont believe the reviews as they only pertain to oil change. Typing this as I setting at Toyota place so that they can fix what quick lane did. Legal action will be taken is all im saying. Take heed and go at your own risk

I was in Columbus and needed to get home to Atlanta. When I got ready to leave my battery was dead. I took my car to Quick Lane and even though they we re really busy, the owner changed my battery quickly so I could get on the road. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend using this business.

Every time you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile. It may not be no 10 minute oil change but that s okay bc they carefully check everything on your car and let you know what needs to be done and what can wait. They don t push you to spend money on what doesn t need replacing like some. I ve been using them since I bought my car in 2016 and will continue to take my car there. Oh and there prices ain t that bad either.

Very good place to do business. A customer came in with a problem and they went out of there way to satisfy the customer and to fix the problem. I appreciate their quick service and doing the job right the first time. Thanks for a great job

i went here to go get my tires balanced due to some vibration in my car. However the issue was not an imbalance in my tires it was the tires themselves.but, instead of charging me for a balance, they showed me the warped tire and offered to replace the tires there. I decided not to change them there because i had to leave, but regardless, they didn't charge me a dime. most automotive repairs will still charge you of the service you asked for even if it is not needed. It is really refreshing to see people with honesty and integrity in the automotive repair industry i cannot recommend this place enough. It feels like you are partners working to fix your car rather than the business just trying to charge you for things. they kept me involved throughout the process so i could make assessments on what i needed and they didn't try to sell me stuff i didn't need.

My daughter cut a tire and needed an exact replacement. I am 3 hours away and use a local Quick Lane so I called the Columbus location. Debbie was on the spot getting a tire ordered for the next day.There was an issue with a tire sensor but instead of charging me for a new one they repaired the existing sensor. This may seem like a small thing but many places do not do business like that, especially when dealing with young women in college towns.My daughter called after she had the tire replaced and went on and on about how great the people were to her.I recommend Quick Lane in Columbus for all your tire and auto needs. They do a great job and they are trustworthy and super nice folks.

Pretty good place if only getting an oil change. Beyond that, they tell you other items you need fixed, but they don't have the parts available, have to order then pickup. Not truthful on how long it will take. Been sitting here for 2 hours, no one else was here when I arrived. My time is precious. Will have to find a new place. Would give zero stars!!

I'm a military guy and came in to have some work done on my truck before a long road trip with the family (moving with a heavy trailer). The staff was courteous and helpful (including the fact that I brought the wrong brake pads) and saved me literally hundreds of dollars versus going to the dealership plus recommended I not waste the money on work that didn't need to be done. Definitely worth a trip if you don't have the time or ability to do the work yourself.

This is an awesome place to go if you want good service. They are so good at checking all that you have asked for. We usually go for oil change and tire rotation. We have always left with a feeling of satisfaction. Very friendly and caring employees.

The service and friendliness at this location is incomparable. Going in for simple oil change, the technicians found a serious problem with my motor cradle. These guys saved my life!Other than that little detail (totally sarcastic), the moment you walk in your greeted with a warm smile. Totally recommend anyone Quick Lane

I traveled over 40 miles to Columbus to Quick Lane for an oil change. It was at 4:58 pm. I was told that they could not complete the oil change because they have 2 vehicles that are getting service and it take at least an hour for their service to be completed. I was offered a complimentary car wash. I also was told that I can come back in the morning. I was actually disappointed. I am not sure if I will ever go back to Quick Lane.

They have been taking care of my oil changes for the last year or so. They keep me informed of other service items needed but are not high pressure sales like other places. Also a very affordable price for oil and filter changes

I've been coming to Quick Lane for a couple of years since I got my new car. My price for an oil change has fluctuated wildly without explanation since I've been going there usually between 40 and 90 dollars. I thought it was based on if got the tire rotation or not. Today I went in for an oil change, told them no rotation. Bill comes back: $102.00. Explanation: oh well we used full synthetic. That is going to be my last visit.

I purchased tires here and had an alignment a little over a month ago. Started having problems with right front tire. Called today and was told I could come in after 4:30 to have it looked at. I get there at around 4:45 and the employees are sitting in the lobby playing on there phones. I have to tell them that I came in to have my tire checked. They stated they new that I was coming but had let the tire alignment guy go home. One young man took my car back and checked the air. While waiting they said I could bring it back or they could come and get it. The lady told me I probably hit a pot hole. I feel as if the work wasn't completed properly the first time. I will not be returning. While there another man came in to get his oil changed and was told they were too busy and didn't have the staff to help him. Where is the staff if they do not close until 6 and what are these people doing in the lobby?

Not so happy. I have faithfully used this location since purchasing my car new car in 2013. I had an oil change and tire rotation 9/22/17. On 9/30/17 I checked my oil and found that I barely had any oil on the dipstick. My car is not using oil and there is no oil leak. This is the second time this has happened to me. I also believe they try to sell you services you do not really need. I need to make my car last but "service" like this won't cut it. I will not be going back.

Went to Premier Ford for "The Works" oil change service. They had a "rack down" and referred me to Quick Lane. Drove next door and folks said "about 15 minutes". During the next 40 minutes I noticed that they only had 2 techs working. One was on a full brake job and the other had a front end apart. I asked for my keys back and was told they were "probably in the car". Sure enough; window down and keys in ignition. Next time, I'll wait for Premier.

2 other vehicles came in after me wanting oil change also, they did theirs first. I was a loyal customer. Won't ever go back. Taking after Premier Ford's slow service.

Best place in town!!!! The service on car and the customer service is great!!! Don t feel like a simple customer but family . They tell you what s wrong with the car but they aren t overbearing. As a female, it s a place I can come without worrying about being taken advantage of.! #fivestar

If putting broken parts back into my car wasn't enough, or the damaging of my car, the manger yelling at me because of him and his employees incompetence was. Luckily for me I have worked on cars for years and know when horrible work has been done. If I had no auto know how I am positive that the work done would have caused a catastrophic failure leading to possible personal injury and certain auto damage. This shop may look new and nice (which it is), however the lack of integrity and competence is beyond criminal.Don't bring your vehicle here. BLAZE stay away.They will ruin your car and cost you money. This shop is a walking liability. They are lucky that I did not take them to court for negligence.Advice to the shop.... Masking tape is not the proper way to fix components of a car... When you break another component on someones car right in font of them don't try to hide it...

Tony and Deb are the absolute best! They make sure you are road-ready for the holidays. They keep you running for every day...tires, batteries, brakes, everything! And they backup everything they do with the best customer service ever!

Bought tires and had installed and the staff was unbelievably friendly. Was greeted when I first came in the door and thanked for my service to their store. Will return again. Reasonably priced.
