This was the best treatment, so far, that my vehicle has experienced. I was explained about everything that was going on as they fixed the problems with my vehicle. Very trustworthy mechanics. I will go again for sure.:)

Started coming here b/c I was low on funds & they had the cheapest oil change in town. Now I trust Precision for pretty much all my car needs. If something is wrong, they work to make it right.

I came here because Walmart couldn t get my hood open for an oil change! I come into precision and it didn t even take a minute to get it open so I trusted them to do an oil change too! Totally worth it and the atmosphere is very chill.

Beware ppl please beware I dropped my truck off here they tried to tell me they spent 7 hours working on it when in reality they done nothing they said they changed the oil and fixed a tire and charged me for this I dont understand why or how they thought I would know my tire was still leaking air or my oil filter had dirt on it they tried to say they worked on my ac for 7 hours ppl please beware check out all my reviews before doing any business here they will rip you off go else where i have proof

I brought my vehicle in for a tune up and some much needed maintenance in preparation of a lot of upcoming driving. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me decide what was important to take care of, and I didn't once feel that they were trying to upsell me on something unnecessary. Let me start off by saying my mom is on disability and we told them that so any way that they could please make sure it wasn't something minor or small before paying $600 for a brand new alternator and labor would be greatly appreciated. But they insisted it was the alternator. And that an alternator would cost $400 and labor $200. But alternators for our vehicle average around $200 to $250 and the alternator is right on top so only four bolts needed to have been taken out to replace the alternator. But we found out today that we didn't need a new alternator. Our friend checked it out and it was just the wiring from the alternator that was corroded so it just needed to be sanded off. Now our vehicle drives brand new again and we only paid 1/6th of what we would have been charged by Precision. I hate to write bad reviews or to be negative but honesty matters. And to diagnose something as a larger problem most likely to sell the alternator and profit off someone that is struggling financially..especially an older woman just because you think you can...just to make an extra couple hundred bucks is pretty messed up. I can't go without saying something if someone hasn't done my mom right and this was far from right.

Brought my car in because the fan blower motor was intermittent. I had checked the fuses they were good. I believed it was the blower motor itself. I brought it to Precision Auto Tune and spoke with Mr. Robert. He and I went to my car, ran a quick operational check and we both agreed that the problem was the blower motor. A new motor was ordered and changed but the problem was still present, so the original motor was reinstalled. Mr. Robert diligently worked on my car for several days and diagnosed what he believed was a blower motor relay but since my car was adapted with two relays because of the dual auto climate control it was difficult to pinpoint. Mr. Robert produced a detailed report on all parts checked by him because I would now have to go to Lincoln/Ford for an advance computer diagnostic. Well Lincoln/Ford was able to identify it, and yes it was one of the two blower motor relays that status was intermittent, and changed it with little charge, of course explaining the before checks helped in not being over charged for additional labor fees. By the way, Precision Auto Tune did not charge me one cent. Mr. Robert explained he didn t feel right taking my money and not resolving my problem, even though he had hours of labor tied up in troubleshooting. If you are looking for a hard working and extremely honest mechanic/owner than look no further. Mr. Robert and his team are professionals and knowledgeable. They will stop at nothing to resolve your issues the first time and at a very fair price. If they cannot resolve it, they can lead you in the right direction on other possibilities. I guarantee you I have found my forever automotive facility, whether it s an oil change or a/c work Mr. Robert at Precision Auto Tune will have my business.Service: A/C installation & repair

These guys are the BEST! We had an emergency yesterday, and pulled in 50 mins before they closed. My wheel bearing had suddenly gone out while picking up groceries, and I didn t think we would even be able to make it home. We got there thinking they would turn us away, but Ronald had us go ahead and come in and they fixed it up and had us ready to go in an hour. They close at 6, and they ended up staying a bit late to make sure it was done properly. I would give them a million stars if I could. There is nothing worse than being stuck on the side of the road with 3 kids, and these guys made sure that didn t happen to us. Thank you so much! I've been going to Precision faithfully for years and they've always been kind, informed, and understanding. They always get my car right, and on the hard stuff they work at it until it's fixed. When I have questions, they take the time to explain things to me. They're straight forward, they always give me good prices, they've gladly helped me on numerous occasions for little things when I needed it, and all the guys are very pleasant to be around. Robert from Precision Auto helped me tremendously when I pulled up with a potential engine issue. He took his time to inspect my engine and he was honest with the feedback. In fact, the potential damage could have been extremely expensive yet he gave me advice that saved me money. These guys are the best. I went in thinking I needed struts in my charger but once the owner look at it he said the control arms needed changing. Got me in that day. They are all very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for taking care of me

I went to this location for an oil change and exited the vehicle on the passenger side door because my door handle on the drivers side was broken. The manager asked why was I exiting this way? I explained the situation. He said that we can fix this for you. I was shocked and said really! I happened to have tge parts in the vehicle. I was well pleased and satisfied with work that was done. I was so pleased that I brought a second vehicle and the air wasn t working. The manager diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. It took only a few hours to fix and I was riding cool again. Precision Tune is the only place I ll go for car repair and maintenance. I had an issue with my brake sensor today and they were used their own shop materials to get it fixed in under an hour and for under $50. This is so valuable to me because I needed to get back to work and the shop manager, Robert, who s been here for 9 years, personally helped me out. They are always honest and do right by me. That s very hard to find as a young woman who doesn t know much about cars! I ve taken my car to precision tune for 4 years or so, for routine tune ups and for more concerning issues. They have the friendliness staff and best prices in Columbus. I only get my car serviced here. I have been coming here for a while and they always make me feel welcome.This is a great place to get any car services. I took my truck to Precision for brake work. They replaced my pads and told me my rotors were ok and did not need to be replaced. I left for a trip and both front wheels locked up, stranding me in Prattville. The rims were so hot that their mechanic burned his arm when removing them. A mechanic there told me Precision kinked the brake lines, which caused the brakes to lock up and as a result ruined the pads and warped the rotors.Precision replaced the pads, but would not replace the rotors because 'they are expensive' and insist the other shop was lying, standing firm that the rotors could not warp. When I brake, my truck vibrates, so something happened. Precision would not refund my fees at the other shop. The manager literally told me they screwed up, but 'mistakes happen and I need to accept it'Service: Brake service & repair
