I was having a really hard time keeping windshield wipers, they kept flying off and ive been twice in the last two weeks to different oriellys. today I went into the oriellys on 45 and a nice guy name Miller helped me, he went out of his way to make sure they wouldn't come off after I left. Took a minute to figure out what was going on but he wouldn't let me leave without them as it was raining!

Went in last week for some bulbs, went after work in uniform, was met with hostility and didn't get a discount.I used the wrong terminology when I asked for a "blinker bulb" and was met with mumbling, then "I'm just disappointed" and a correction that it's a "turn signal".Then the guy said, "figured" when I said I didn't have a number with them.I understand I don't know a lot about cars or specific terminology, but that's part of the reason I came here. Instead of help I was met with ridicule. Never going back.

They are always so nice here! This team is good at working together and every time I've had an issue with a vehicle or needed help figuring out what I needed, they made sure I was getting what I needed and not wasting my money. Great store and I won't buy from any other auto parts store in Columbus!

Ordered two hood supports Saturday, wrong ones came in Monday. Ordered the correct two Monday. Tuesday only one came in. Ordered 1 again for Wednesday delivery. Wednesday they have it! I go to pay and am told sorry we can't take credit cards!! Really?! Think I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. You folks can do what you wish but I'm done. Third strike and I'm out.

The staff was very helpful. Had no problem doing a diagnostic on my battery and alternator and then recommended a belt which is what I needed for my air conditioner making a whistling sound
