THE BEST! Was from out of town and got a flat tire when I was headed home. Millers got me in and out within 45 minutes with a new tire. Extremely friendly and efficient.

Best tire/wheel repair center (period)Best customer service. Best trained staff. Veris is probably one of the best front end specialist around. You ll never leave after service and return next day because something was not done correctly plus best pricing. Have known this business for 30 years never a bad experience.

Owner was out and fella behind the desk running it was rude! Seems he was on a power high! I was going to leave but the mechanic doing my brakes was extremely nice and told me I didn't need to leave with brakes that bad. I didn't know where else to go so I stayed! Fella from front came back there and told me I was going to still have to pay full price after I brought my own parts! Mechanic shook his head and said that isn't right. I paid but shame on me if I go back. 1st time I used them was on my wife's tires.I thought paying that much I would get the quality. Nope, last 2years I have had all kinda trouble. They don t like black people with money. Went in and bought 4 brand new Toyo tires and needed a front end alignment the charged me over 900 dollars, but didn t straighten up my steering wheel. The old guy that does the front end alignment told me he doesn t do that. That was last year around June. But back in 2018 he did it for me without me asking when I barely could afford to do a front and back alignment. So make it make sense. If someone comes to my place of business black or white I m giving them the best customer service possible. Especially if they spending close to A THOUSAND DOLLARS. It s all good though. Won t go there ever again and highly don t recommend to anyone black that s financially stable. Tire workers are excellent, but the front desk and that old guy that does the alignment judgmental and racist.

Miller s made a repair to my exhaust system that was quick, efficient and at a very reasonable cost. They recommended my next step in replacement of the system when that time comes.

Best service and integrity I've ever seen! I was in a hit-and-run car accident in front of their shop last week. Mr. James came out and helped me fix the car so I could drive home! Didn't charge me a dime. They will certainly have my future business. Thank you Miller's OK Tire Store!

I have always done my own auto mechanic work to my own vehicles. But I recently bought a newer used vehicle that had a warranty from the dealership and this was they shop the used for warranty repairs. Well let me tell you that these people are awesome and very honest and not out to take your money they tell you what needs to be changed and what can wait and they have definitely earned my business in the future. I used to work on cars at a shop for a few years so I know my way around cars and trucks. So I know they weren't trying to scam me or anyone else. Awsome workers and manager

Good experience today at OK Tire. Same day service, 1.5 hour turnaround to get 4 new tires and fix an alignment issue on my truck. Nice selection of tires at a fair price. Good customer service as well, I would definitely recommend this place.

Traveling through and stopped to get a tire repair for a nail in my tire. Knew I needed new tires and alignment but procrastinated because I never have the time. Apparently I stopped at the right place, after talking with the guys they said it wouldn't take more that an HR to HR and half to do everything. Well back home in lazy NOLA that would be half a day to get it done. These guys already had a ton of vehicles getting repaired and still got me 4 new tires, an alignment and replaced a pressure sensor under 2hrs for only around $850 on a F-150. Back home that would of been $1100 and take 6 hrs. This is the best stop for any tire service I've ever needed.

Caveat:- I've only taken one tire to be repaired here.They accepted me ten minute prior to closing while another 3 tire shops denied me either because it was too close to closing or the nail in my tire was in too dangerous of a location.I worked in a tire shop and the nail was in no such place. They repaired my tire for a very fair price and I've put another 5,000 miles on it.Thanks guys!

I had a balance and rotate done on my 4 wheel drive Toyota ...I honestly think it rides smoother than it did when it was new!!! Great job guys! I highly recommend Miller's....and ask for Johnny.

I know Glenn Miller for over 30 years him and his employees are wonderful especially his brother-in-law Ken I recommend this tire shop to anybody in the Golden Triangle and he has one of the best front end alignment men in the business George thanks guys for getting that flat fixed so fast

They found me exactly what I needed in the time frame and all the staff was completely nice and they got right to my vehicle and I thought it was going to be a 45 to an hour wait and boy was I wrong I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and they have the best deals right now

Needed a specialty tire (tractor) and they had to order the tire, not something I would expect them to have on the floor. Took them 24hrs to receive the tire. Their price out the door BLEW away the local big farm stores and Ebay (even the free shipping options). Strongly urge our farming community to give them a look and check their prices before going with other options.

Idk know about the quality of the work these people have but as far customer service they have none . I was down here visiting from NC and my tire was leaking air . Granit they do close at 5:30 and I understand that people like to leave work and get home but my tire was going flat which it literally only takes maybe 5 mins to put on a used tire or they could have plugged it for me ..it was me and my 4 year old daughter in the car and mind you I m not from here so I have no clue about my surroundings so I asked them if they could please help me and they wouldn t even come outside and even attempt to look at my tire they said they were closing up it was 5:15 . If you close at 5:30 then that s when you close up . I even asked them if they good just add air in my tire so I could make it somewhere else but nope couldn t even help me that . They have no customer service at all . I wouldn t go back there .

They suck, tried to get a flat fixed 20 minutes before closing, no can do that running out time for the day! With that said there were about 6 or 8 workers sitting the Bay Area with their finger in their ears! This place sucks, I'll push my truck with four flat tires before I would do business with them!

Mr.glenn wasn't there they had a drunk guy trying to pull my car in he couldn't even do it.i made him get out and pulled it in myself..good place for tires but I suggest you pull your own car in..

I ll never buy tires here again. Ever since Mr Johnny left, the customer service has gone completely down hill. Very disappointed. I have been buying tires here for 15 years.

Went In to fix 2 exhaust flanges. Very quick and good quality work. Cheaper than everywhere else I checked.
