Had the full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Staff was very friendly and prompt..my appointment was at 10am... They began working on my car at 10am. No waiting . Will definitely get my car serviced there again

I went there to get my combination switch and my instrument cluster replaced . When I got the car back the steering wheel was not the in the right position ( too low to drive smoothly ) and loose going up and down and making very loud noise when turning . Called their new manager Jessica who told me she will call me back and never did . By the end of the business day I drove back to them and she told me she will speak to her manager ( I think his name is Kenny or Kayne and will call me back ) . She never called back for the second time either . So I drove the car back to them and found that manager Kenny or Kayne who gave me the worst customer service experience ever . He told me that the steering wheel was loose and going up and down when I brought it in which is NOT TRUE .I told him this is NOT TRUE and told him he could ask his mechanics who knew that the steering wheel was working fine and two of them drove the car in and out of the shop before and knew that very well but he did NOT even bother to ask them .This manager Kenny told me in the end in a careless manner that this is NOT the shop responsibility and told me in a defying manner to go do whatever I wanna do or complain wherever I want . They definitely lost my business and I will warn all my friends and coworkers against them . Now I have to spend some more money somewhere else to get it fixed from what they did. Do not use them! I took my vehicle in for a 29.99 oil change. Cost me 46 something?? Would have been 50 something if I hadn't paid cash. It was over a hour and half for a oil change. Then gave me a list of 400 worth of repairs needed. A battery? Nah. The old manager never gave me a problem or took that long. I will never go back there.

Brought a chevy Tracker for a muffler was quoted $400, no call about a change in price. Brought it in at 9 am went by at 9am the next day. Hadn't even started on it. Picked it up after 2pm the bill was $678.00! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!! They said they had to put in extra brackets, $278 worth of brackets? No way!!!!!! Total rip off.Additional the corporate office sent a link to explain what happened, the link doesn't work! Obviously they don't care. Do not use this store!@!!

The guys gave me an honest estimate and repaired my work truck in less than 48hrs after I asked them to make it a priority. Had trouble across the street and the owner himself came across to help me. We got it to the shop and had the problem fixed quickly. (Broken pulley and torn belt) I'll definitely be using them from here on out!

They re under new management. The guy at the counter that I assume was the manager was so friendly and honest. As a woman, it s hard to go into mechanic shops and feel comfortable. I told him I think I needed brakes and instead of charging me for them (even though I didn t need them) he told me that I was good to make it on my road trip. Love the honesty!!! He was a very sweet guy and loved talking to him! 10/10!Service: Oil change

Don't do business with them! The new owner is shady and money hungry. I wouldn't recommend them to no one. Went in the other day for a oil change. I usually go to express but wanted to give them a try and immediately regretted it. As soon as i walked in the door the manager at the desk looked annoyed then she had a horrible attitude the entire time we were getting my oil change ready just overall seemed annoyed that people came into the business? No wonder it s never busy. I would not trust some one with that bad of a attitude anywhere near my vehicle.

**EDIT** Management told me they would refund me for the heat shield I installed myself as long as I deleted my google review. I told them I would not delete my review until I received my check. It s been 3.5 weeks since I talked to them for the second time.Will not be going back. For my wife s last oil change they ripped the heat shield down and we noticed it half way to Atlanta as you could hear it dragging on the road (zip tied it up as a quick fix). Just yesterday, we brought her vehicle in for an oil change. The entire heat shield is almost ripped off at this point and the did not secure it (if this ripped off while she was driving and hit someone we would have a serious problem). She had scheduled an appointment days out and it took an hour and a half. During their multi-point check they only checked some of the things on their checklist. The woman at the desk told my wife she needed a new cabin air filter and air filter. I changed the cabin air filter 13 April of this year (15 days ago). I highly doubt this needed to be changed. Lastly, they told my wife her engine was leaking oil and she needed to replace a seal. She told them no it was not and she needed to go to work. They said it will only take 15 minutes to check. A half an hour later, nothing was wrong. The new management here is terrible. Will no longer recommend others to this place and will not be going myself.

I came in two weeks to get brake pads replace, the told me I need to replace all brake pads and rotors, to keep a warranty. I told them to do that, turns out they didn t do that d just replaced the pads and machined rotors, which is not what I asked and no what I authorized for them to do. Ever since the brakes and tires wobble, while I drive, now they want me to pay more to fix this problem.Service: Brakes
