Rude I hv been stranded here for a few days with my truck broke down I asked if they could look at it to see if maybe they could fix it . They told me sure for 90.00 so being Im in a pinch I agreed until I was told it would be the next day before they would even take the time to look at it . There attitude was as if they really didn't want to be bothered with it at all .

Went by Marty's 2 weeks ago asking about transmission service was told by Marty himself that the service would be 225.00 and take 2 hours to do . I took my truck in to have the service done and when I picked up the bill was over 550.00 . After speaking to Chuck and listening to him say an estimate is an estimate and I said it shouldn't be over double the price I left after paying 499.00 which is double the estimate. I will not ever return and advise everyone I know to bewareService: Transmission

This was the absolute worst place you could go. I took my car in to have it looked at because i knew my radiator was leaking and needed to know if that was what was wrong or was there something else. The manager himself told me that the would look at it and call me. He calls me 2 hours later to tell me that it is the radiator and that it would cost me $967 to replace it. Now mind you that the radiator it self is only is only $150 ... so that means they are going to charge $700 in LABOR. How insane is that. I called another place and was quoted $425. Then i go to pick it up and the charge me $99 to just tell me what i already knew. This place is a ripoff and they will stick it to you as much as they can. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could give 0starts but it wont allow me to.Service: A/C installation & repair

Avoid this business for your automotive needs. Brought my truck in for low oil pressure. Had already changed oil sending switch myself. They called me said they had replaced it again and oil pressure was some better but really needed a new oil pump for $1200 cost. I told them I d pick it up and get back with them. After doing some investigation on YouTube I decided to check my oil filter. Even tho it wasn t due an oil change I pulled it off and guess what. That s all it was. Pressure jumped right up to normal. You d think a professional repair shop would ve checked this. So after a few months as I was leaving church I noticed a pool of oil under my truck. Found leak coming from you guessed it. The oil sending switch they put it was never tightened down snugly. Was able to turn it by hand. This in my opinion is why people lose trust in shops. Over $250 wasted on this simple fix.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Sadly can t give 0 stars. Really some low life people working at Marty s. Hundred dollars to tell you a radiator is leaking (Which we told them before hand and they took a look at it anyways and charge 100 bucks for the 2 minutes that takes) And then want almost a thousand dollars to replace it. No thanks. Got quoted 425 total right down the road and didn t have to pay 100 dollars for them to tell us the sky is blue.

I took my car to Marty's last Monday for a warranty claim to fix what was suppose to be battery/alternator replacement. They replaced the alternator but not the battery. A week later and the check engine light is on again. PLUS.... one of those people drove my car all around Columbus and even drove it home after work and back to work the next day. I know this because I have GS Connect on my car from the dealership and it told me everywhere my car was driven including the address and that they were driving more than 75 mph in my car. Never will they ever touch my car again!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Called for advice, regarding a problem I had with my car. Thinking this people are Christians as one of them told me. I though I would get some results, well the mechanic I talked to was rude and arrogant. I did not get any good answers, when our conversation was over he started to cuz me out to Mr. Dictric and say how trouble I was and compared. Me to another customer, I heard all of this before the line closed. So very sad that I upset this person without no intend .

Very horrible and disrespectful. They told me computer was bad in my vehicle and my whole wiring harness was corroded. Wanted over $2,200 to fix and they would have to get wiring harness out of junk yard. Went to go get my vehicle and it wouldn't start when I mentioned about a tow truck coming to get it an employee came out Crunk it up and told us to get it off their lot in a hollering and very rude tone. Guess it was because we wasn't going to pay to have it fix. Plus he was mad cause they had to move 5 cars just to get ours out of fenced area and he had to put them all back. So I took it to someone else and nothing was wrong with my wiring harness. Rip off and very rude. I personally do not recommend taking your vehicle here for nothing.

MARTY'S charged me over $440 for the same AtuoZone diagnosis I got for "FREE". MARTY'S overcharged me without getting any work done "the parts on back order from China. It'll be $3k". I'll never go there again. Anyway, Barker next door has far better prices & they workin'.

I took my 2006 Focus there for a output transmission sensor replacement. They took care of it quickly and now I'm back on the road. Definitely will be back when future repairs are needed!

Chuck the service manager stated, I have enough problem cars. It will be almost 2 weeks before we get to your car. Lesson learned! I will only use the dealership to service my vehicles. Also our company was using this center for company vehicles. You lost that business also!

Insurance company had them to tow a car and the service man stole my tools out of the trunk. They recker driver name Billy hit a friend of mine PICKUP truck at the car wash on hwy 69 south and lied like he did not do it. Billy as the man to take it to a friend of his body shop and he will pay for fixing it. The body shop owner said that he didn't do work for Billy. My friend called Marty's service center and reported it they called Billy and he denied hitting my friend PICKUP truck at the car wash. I paid for some auto repairs and later on found out that I didn't get what I had paid for so sad .

We were in Columbus due to my brother being involved in a car accident on Sunday, March 31, 2019. I was called by someone who witnessed the accident and was informed that my brother was being transported to the hospital by ambulance. I drove over to Columbus from Tuscaloosa to make sure my brother was ok. Once we got there I got all the specifics about the accident and was told that the car was totaled. He had no idea who towed the car, but due to my job I have knowledge of how to locate the who towed the vehicle. I contacted the State Highway patrol station in Starkville and was given the information as to who towed the vehicle. I called the number that I was given and explained to the on call person the situation and asked if I could come over with my brother and retrieve important items he had in the car. We live in Tuscaloosa which is not far, but is far and would require us to take a day off work to drive back over the next day during business hours to get these items. He needed his keys which also had his house keys, his glasses, cell phone, and steel toed shoes for work. All the airbags deployed and the vehicle was not driveable so it wasn't like we were going to drive off with the vehicle. Also due to the car being totaled the service Center was going to be compensated by the insurance company so adding another hour of wages wouldn't have hurt. All we were asking was a little compassion in a tough situation.

We put in a Honda on nov 16 with a locked tram switch. Honda wanted 600 to repair and Chuck at Marty's said 85. They still have the car to this day, no one calls with updates or info. If you want to know anything then you have to track them down. He claimed he was unable to program the switch bc we bought in a used one. Meanwhile he stated we need a new starter which made no since if the switch was out how would he know the starter was too. Then he says 300 for the new switch, plus 200 to program, 200 for TRYING to program the used switch and 300 for the new starter with installation. Someone wrote that they will jack up prices and do unnecessary work for extra cash and I ignored the rating. Now my gma has been out of a car for almost two months and we have to find someone new to fix it. The one star is only bc I couldn't rate with a 0. Going tmrw to get the car and take it to ttown where they will prob say the starter was fine. Gonna ask for the old one but I bet my big toe they say we can get it back or he threw it away. The lady receptionist will answer and put you on hold then bad mouth you. Saw it done while in the waiting area one of the numerous times I visited to check on the car. They say Cory Herring is expensive but I bet there is better service there. I refuse to pay over 1k for crappy service. Gonna pay for the bum starter job and get the heck away from them.
