The smallest dealer ship I've been in. People are nice and helpful. The hat selection I thought was very plan. I went to get a couple hats to show my loyalty to the IH Tractors. I'm still a fan and Love the Red Tractors. Just not real happy with this place. I did try to get a Tractor so they maybe good for that.

STIHL blowers, saws, weed eaters pressure washers. R&V Works grills & fryers. Inside Customer waiting area.

I bought a new 2021 Case 110C tractor from them and yes it s been a great tractor. But yesterday we were baling hay and it developed a massive hydraulic oil leak. I was stressed about my limited time (as always) to deal with broken equipment and trying to get work done before the rain. I knew they advertised 24/7 service but honestly I wasn t expecting much when I called the after hours emergency line. I figured I d be doing WELL to get it repaired next week. Wrong! They called me back about an hour after I left voicemail. A service tech then texted for details and then texted me the NEXT MORNING from my farm to tell me that the tractor was FIXED (bad O-ring on hyd pump). And that was 8:05AM. So from the time I called to the time my tractor was up and running: about 14 hours! I can t describe how impressed I am. Now I want to buy another tractor

Quality service and repairs. Nice folks. Prices seem reasonable for qualified technicians, but I don't have enough experience with other places to compare. Recommended.

Had to drive to Siberia up MS-25 via Canton (Hint: skip Gargle map s suggested Nissan Pkw bypass, getcha some Popeyes at the best one across from McD s and drive as a crow flies past the Courthouse.), but they had what I came for, and even better yet, the names (and URLs) of two other aftermarket Ford tractor ...we usually use... outfits I wasn t aware of after talking with two guys (1 older, 1 younger) in the service dept.

Great shopping experience for a tractor thanks to William Gray he went above and beyond to help me with questions and choosing a tractor. I would definitely go to H&R AGRI-POWER for any implements or supplies I need. Thank you again William for outstanding customer service that is getting hard to find anymore.

The had a hay tedder for almost a year. Told me it was fixed. I took it home and soon as I hooked it up it was out of time. They came and worked on it and said it was fixed. When I came home and hooked it to the tractor it was still out of time. They came and picked it up and told me it would cost $1200 more to fix it. Later they called said parts was unavailable but would try to find used parts. The following spring my tedder was still in the shop. I kept calling and finally it was "fixed" without replacing any parts and no charge. I haven't used it yet but won't take it back there. Also have a similar story on a tractor where they called and gave me a quote of $3000 to rebuild the transmission then the next day said that parts was unavailable so a replacement was $10000.

I purchased a Stihl FS111R ($370) from H&R Agri-Power on August 27, 2021 and a month and a half later the head came off the weed eater. I took it to H&R Agri-Power because I felt it was a defective unit. H&R Charged an hour labor to put the head back on a defective unit when it could have been a warranty repair. This was the second purchase from H&R Agri-Power within a year. I will not purchase from this company because the service lady did not display what call proper customer services. She had a choice to fix this as a warranty repair that only took 5 minutes but she chose to bill me for an hour labor on a unit that could have been assembled incorrectly. The money wasn't a problem but she was too happy to make this a billable repair.
