Taylor and Aniyah along with T, Brandon, Olden, Austin, Jason, and Caleb were AMAZING. They were able to help me identify the problems my car was having, fix them with the quickness, and all at an affordable price! Very very thankful for this group, and I m blessed I came when I did. They went above and beyond for me!!!! Thank you guys so much! Been a customer for years and will continue to come back. Just had to brag about them!!!!

I took my car here because because it was making my check engine light came on. when starting and they advised that it would be a $45 fee to connect it to the machine to diagnose the issue . I said ok. They advised that a tune up was needed and that would fix my issue I agreed to the service and when. I got my car and drove it exactly 3 days before this issue happened again I took it back and they again advised there would be a service fee to connect it to the machine. I explained that I literally just brought my car here. The man said well do u have a receipt cause I can't find you in the system luckily I still had my invoice information ( first red flag) he says ok we'll put it on the big machine... so now I'm confused and ask didn't you put it on the big machine last time. He advised me they did not (second red flag) so that tells me they only guessed what my issue was pretty much and charged me for a tune up I didn't need. So they follow up and advised that I needed sensors and I ask will this fix the issue they explain it will. It takes them about a week or so to complete the work and when I go pick up my vehicle I can barely make it off the lot it's shaking soo bad and I can not go past 60 and the check engine turns back on!. I turn around and go back and as soon as they see me pull in they play ghost. I finally get someone attention the mechanic has the audacity to get an attitude with me. They said they'll have another look at it. I refused to give them anymore of my money to make best guesses and advised I would be writing the bbb. They are scammers n conartist not at all real mechanics.

These guys provide exceptional service everytime and are very nice and kind and friendly. They treat you with respect and so far have proven to be honest when telling me problems with my car and what I need and etc. I highly recommend Express Oil Change!

The guys that were there 10/14/23 was awesome. They checked everything good, showed me what I needed to see. They definitely have my service every time. I wish I knew the 2 guys name but I definitely know their face when I see them. They were very nice and fixed my car right up I just wish it was cheaper and wish they had coffee to keep me awake while waiting overall tho it didn t take very long

I mean, it's pretty good overall. Kinda of a run-down facility, but they do a good & quick job on my car. plus the customer service is pretty good. A new coat of paint and a new coffee machine inside would go a long way.

This team goes above and beyond to communicate and help with all needs. I felt more than taken care of when I called beforehand and while there. These guys seriously take such good care of you! Felt nice to not be sold to . They just told me what I needed and gave me options. It was no pressure and a wonderful experience compared to what I ve experienced before with any auto shop. This is the worst place to fix your car in the entire us, they changed my oil and used one that is not compatible with my vehicle. They will rip you off your last cent. 105$ for fileter and oil change

Michael helped me with my oil change/figuring out what the whirring noise coming from the undercarriage was. Turns out I needed new brake pads/rotors and a wheel bearing. The prices seem right and he even gave me a military discount since my bf is in the Air Force! I was in the shop for 7 hours, but I m glad he figured out what was wrong with my car before my wheel wobbled off. I m from Wisconsin and the salt on the roads had rusted out my undercarriage in just one winter!
