I had a terrible phone call with Mr. Lee Wednesday morning. I friend recommended I talk to him to get his opinion about my car and he had a nasty attitude with me and his coworker while on the phone. He wasn t being understanding and he wouldn t let me explain my situation properly. I refuse to let this location fix on my car if that s how they re allowing their employees to treat customers both old and new!!

Joseph White was so helpful with my Fiat 500. The guys at express on hwy 45 always complain about my vehicle and how frustrating it is to get the air filter out. Joseph never complained and actually seemed like he was looking forward to the challenge. He found a more efficient way of removing the filter and was kind enough to explain what was going with my vehicle.

Joseph White at Express Oil Change in Columbus, MS was awesome. He gave me knowledgeable information about my truck while I waited. He was nice, kind and was even able to get me a little discount. If you need a quick oil change or any service stop by and ask for Joseph.

I am not a Karen and please only read this from a factual perspective. I am not implying a sarcastic tone with my typing. The visit was very quick. I m not sure if I was there 10 minutes. I asked for full service and an oil change. My hood tech was eating chips. He spent more time yelling back and forth with his coworkers in a joking manner than he did going over any specifics on my car. He did show me the oil level was very low and he showed me after the change the new level which I appreciated. I did not see him inspect the battery, belts, hoses, air filter or any other fluid levels. He was only under the hood to aid with the refill of the oil. He was about to close my hood as he was already notifying his team of this when I asked specifically about my coolant level in my reservoir and why my washer fluid light was still flashing. His response was he hadn t gotten to that yet. He did add washer fluid after I asked. I fully believe he did not intend to. On my ticket I see he chose he had already said he added the washer fluid. He also recommended service for Check coolant reservoir and he noted several things ok that he did not touch. I do understand visual inspection for glances of fluid levels and top of motor belts and hoses but I m unsure how you can check an air filter without removing it or see the full length of a dark belt without following it with a light. He was friendly and talkative even to me at times until I questioned him about the washer fluid. My hood was closed and I was released quickly after without any other words other than is it off now. As a female, I did not want to bring the car for service because of past experiences like this. I actual do have a good deal of mechanical knowledge. I was fully aware of what he was doing or in this case not doing and I was more than willing to pay for the complete service. I would have loved if he would have given me an opportunity to say yes to some of the recommendations that I m sure the car really needed. Other than I m happy I was able to get the oil changed. It is unfortunate that I still feel like I need to take it somewhere else to finish the service. It won t be this location.Service: Oil change

The service was great. The lady was very nice and respectful. But the prices are ridiculous. They use the 3000 miles oil in my car. I usually get the 5000 miles. And the 3000 mile oil cost more

Got my oil changed here recently. Brought my own oil and filter. Fast, friendly service. A little pricey for something I normally do myself in under 30 minutes. Cost me nearly $40. Would have given 4 stars if it was $30 dollars for the oil change or 5 if $25 which I feel is a more fair price for the service fee.
