This crew over at Empire Truck Sales - Columbus, MS was absolutely fantastic !!! I had one of our trucks go down with a bad radiator. I reached out to them with the hopes getting checked out before they closed on Friday night. Not only did they get my truck in to verify concern but told me they were going to get the radiator replaced. The service department got the job done and my driver back on the road same night.... Fantastic service! I never would have expected that level of service on a Friday night as a drive in customer! Thank You....Paul G. WhiteFreehold Cartage Inc.

It s one thing when you re driving a company truck and you have a breakdown you are frustrated but you don t have to pay being an owner operator you break down it s double the headache.. but these guys help ease the pressure with their hospitality the service is A1 they will take you to and from the Hotel make sure you get food to eat plus I was out in less than 34 hours of a major breakdown I would recommend Empire Truck sales LLC at any given time

Stay away from this place they charged me $2,300 to change some parts that were not bad and told me I needed a new MCM but I left and brought it some where else they changed the DPF filters and they problem was fixed. These guys are parts changers they are fkn clueless find the problem and fix it stop rebuilding the truck one part at a time stay away from these crooks

I got charged 1800 hundred for labor that should be half what they charge me , technician will make sure to take his good time even though one hour job , worst dealer I have ever been .when I asked why I been charged for labor that many hours my truck was only was at sho for 6 hours , who ever I spoke to very rude unprofessional person, will not recommend this place , one star is too much . Will take my business some where else.

Got Motorhome services here. Left plug out of transmission. Got generator serviced and oil stick was halfway out as well as a serious diesel leak where they had changed fuel filter. Looked like they used pliers to undo brass fitting . We are on vacation and are having to wait for service truck in Gulfport to come fix it.

Open 7am to 5:30 noon on sat. Closed sun.parts only on saturday street name is wilkins-wise road.
