So my son had a problem with his car and we called Eddie's to see about getting it looked at. They got us in the next day, had parts ordered and car repaired very quickly and did not gouge us on prices. They are super friendly, very knowledgeable and Very well priced on their services. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing any work done on your car or truck!

I took my car to this shop upon a recommendation. After reading all the good reviews I thought well it seems to be a good place to go, so I had my car towed there to get some work done on it. My car didn't have anything much wrong with it except for it hadn't been driven in about 2 years so it needed the minor things done to it that comes along with a car not being driven for so long. The obvious things I knew of where tires and a new battery needed to be put in, but other than that just basic things where required. Upon calling and speaking to the receptionist whom happens to be the owners Wife, and she was the absolute rudest person I have encountered in a while, her attitude was horrible. I let her know that I just wanted to make sure that nothing else was wrong with the car other than needing to be driven and I did want him to fix the basic things required to get my car back up and running, however no one ever even called me to let me know what was going on with my car or what needed to be done to it or anything. Not even how much it would be to get the work done, I was called and told your car is ready. My reply was okay was anything wrong with it. Response...nothing, okay what all did he do to it? Replaced windshield wipers, oil change, octane boost, belt, spark plugs and put in a battery your total is $623.50 I was shocked needless to say. All those things as anybody knows is just basic stuff the total for all the supplies came out to be $287, the rest he charged for labor. After discussing it with him and him knowing that I was displeased to say the least he called me the next day saying that he apologized that my ticket was put in wrong and I was charged for some work he didn't do, so my total went down to $468 which I was happier with, but I still felt like I was overcharged as a get over. It was my first time ever going to him and I'm sure it will be my last. First impression are everything and they didn't make a good one with me. When I went to get my car and pay for it because I used my debit card they charged me another $18 just for using it. I don't know if his work is good or bad, but I do know that they will take you for a ride if your not careful, especially if they think you don't know what's going on. This is for anyone trying to undermind a person when your a business...You never get a second chance to make a first impression. After giving that shop almost $500 of my money the Wife didn't even say thank you or anything just took my card completed the transaction, handed the card back to me and walked away. Let that sink in.

Eddie is good people and between him and the people that work for him are great mechanics and seems like there is no question that they can't answer and nothing that they can't fix, I will not take my automobile any where else.

They helped me compare prices on parts and labor needed to repair some inner wheel bearings vs a new wheel and tire assembly and found the new assembly was cheaper. They had everything in stock

Worst service ever!! Needed a tire and towing. Called in my service over a week ago because my vehicle put me down at a business. I found out today after SEVERAL CALLS to get my tow in for service, my car was towed by another company. My charges are $150 thanks to horrible service by this business!! It's bad enough the incident happen but the additional charges plus still getting tires is just heart-wrenching. I will NEVER return my business or recommend to anyone!!

Eddie has been working on my families automobile's for well over 20 years (before he even owned his own shop, back when he worked for James Fry's place).You cannot find a more fair and upstanding mechanic. I drive 35 miles from the town over for him to work on my vehicles because I know he's going to do the job right.Eddie's one of the few good ones left out there.

When I was new in Columbus I needed work done on my car, I was refered by a person at work to Eddie's I have been going here for all of my vehicle maintinence ever since, I have teen drivers so he gets alot of work, I have found him to be Honest and Fair in all Work , Prices, and Quotes.Thank You Eddie, Just a small sugestion, you need to get a bigger garage.

Called in a day earlier, made reservations and there was a 2hour delay for the party of 25.. food was hot.. but several members had to leave due to the extreme wait..

Very good with car electricals especially the problematic GM saturn and pontiac fuse boxes that lead to a crank but no start conditions
