OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICIAN GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH SERVICING AND OIL CHANGE MY VECHILE PROMPTLY ! ALSO THEY DETAILED VECHILE ASWELL! THE SERVICE LADY THAT HANDLE TICKET INVOICE WAS SUPER NICE AND FOUND AND GAVE ME EVER DISCOUNT SAVING SHE COULD FIND!

I have used their service department for 20 years or more. This past week, I had a new windshield put in my 2022 Toyota Highlander. My insurance company had received a quote from them and sent the insurance check. They wanted to charge me more than the quote. I was treated with total disrespect. The service manager was very ugly on the phone to my State Farm insurance personnel, too. I was ask not to come back because I refused to pay what started out almost $150.00 more than the claim, and the price kept dropping to under $50.00. As stated, I have been a loyal customer and have sent many customers their way because of convenience, but never again. I would never buy a automobile from this place because of the service department. I have no clue how this department has gotten so bad, when in times past was an excellent place to go. I feel as a woman, some of the men in charge thought they could walk over me. I never raised my voice or disrespected anyone, but I did not agree with the amount that was given and refused to pay it. My insurance company agreed with me. I believe they would have never treated a man this way. I buy all my vehicles and get them serviced. From now on, my husband has a new found position. Please go any where, but here. I went to the top owners, so far nothing has been done. You can tell Mr. Hogan has retired by the way this business is now being operated. My advice, don't do business here!

Very professional about their service. Very quick response and service. Gave me an overall idea about the service. I went for tire rotation and they gave a multi point inspection with a free car wash. Ms. Kristina helps me to understand the service and prices.I must recommend this for good toyota service.

Service department is under-staffed and takes on too many repairs/scheduled maintenance. They are very accommodating to schedule you in, but beware... once your car is on the lot you better be ready not to get it back the day they tell you. You will also be unable to get anyone on the phone when you call.After this week's encounter (and it's not our first), they have lost our future business.

Was told car would be ready in two hours. It took six. I had an appointment. When car was repaired they lost the location of the car and it took a while to find it. Repair itself was fine and of good quality. I noticed a lot of sales personnel setting around in the front of the dealers in folding chairs. These people needed more of a professional look. It was not the look of a quality dealership.

I have been going to Carl Hogan for years. Ever since I purchased my car there. They do all of my maintenance on my car. I have never once had any issues with them. They are always polite and helpful. Hey always have done great .

I went to have the oil change in New car I bought there with 5000 miles on it and one of the tires had a slow leak in it. They checked it and couldn't find anything. It still has slow lick. Also had a bad wiper blade and had to show it to them twice before they replaced it. The person out front made a joke about the tire being low on air like I don't know what I was saying. Not a good way to keep a customer

We dropped a Prius off for a break booster repair. We were quoted $750 and a 3 day turn around time. We did not hear back from them during that time. We then called for a week, sometimes multiple times a day, and were told we would be called back every time, and were never called back. At one point the Controller called and said he would call us back, but that didn't happen either. Finally after waiting for 3 weeks on the car they called us to tell us they wouldn't be able to fix it. When I asked to speak to someone other than the receptionist I was told that everyone was out and no one could talk to me other than her.Service: Brake service & repair

My 2008 Sienna started overheating. I took it in and was told that I had a blown head gasket. But instead of quoting me a repair for that, they told me I would need a new engine, for the low, low price of $6700. I'm a bit of a shade-tree mechanic myself, and I know that a blown head gasket and overheating can lead to a warped head, but all of that can easily be replaced for way less than a new engine, even if you let the dealership do the work. I took it to another mechanic, and they replaced the thermostat and radiator cap to fix the problem (which I even told the Toyota customer service representative that I thought it was a thermostat issue). These guys are either liars who are trying to gouge you, or are completely incompetent, which will end up gouging you. These people are supposed to be Toyota experts. And they charged me $90 for the privilege of being lied to. NOT RECOMMENDED!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I'm 1 unhappy customer. I went to go get my car seen about and service boom now another problem. That's more money to give away and later on it may be another problem. I'm still hearing the same noise they claim they couldn't hear.

Went in for a oil change, ended up needing tires rotated, and Brakes, (According to the Commission Personnel)..the wait time was extremely long, with no information thru out the 4hrs I was there as to Why, or "sir.. were be finished shortly or...) The Atmosphere is a unpleasant appearance.. maybe uniforms would be more appealing, Other than the look of young men pulling their pants up every 3 feet.. I presented a second star merely because the service was complete Tire, Brakes.and Oil Change.. Contemplating other options at this point..

Took my car here, they kept it for a week. The problems it had, ironically I left with the same issues and still had to pay. This place is a scam.
