The two ladies who checked me in and out were outstanding. However, I had the windshield wipers replaced and it wasn t until it started pouring down rain that I found out the mechanic didn t even remove the hard plastic covers on the blades. So I had to get out and remove them just to be able to drive safely.

Offered the best price I had found between multiple dealers and was able to make a deal. Fast and friendly staff. Great overall experience and would recommend them to anyone! Drove almost 2 hours and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Please DO NOT use Toyota of Columbus MS as your rental service! I rented a vehicle from Toyota this past weekend on 1/14/24 with the expected return date of 1/15/24. I had plans to travel to Texas but noticed the tags were out on the vehicle Sunday morning which cancelled my trip. Unfortunately, the office was closed on Sunday to express my concerns. I returned the vehicle on Monday which the office closed early due to the local winter storm. On 1/16, I attempted to call but the office was closed. I called again on 1/17 of which I was advised no one was available in the rental department. As of today, I called to discuss the issue and spoke with the most disrespectful Manager by the name of Brooke. Before discussing my issue, she advised my rental was received and closed. Also, she advised that $30 would be deducted from my deposit due to the paper floor mates were removed and dirt being on the back flooring of the car. This was totally fine! However, I asked if the $30 fee could be accommodated due to the cancellation of plans with tags being expired on the car. This error was made on their end. She was beyond rude and advised that if I would ve called on Monday morning something could have been done! I informed her my goal was to speak with someone in person of which Monday was the return date. I was unaware of their closure early- so I left the car and key at the facility. I requested to speak with her Manager of which she placed me on hold and eventually hung up the call. I later received a call back from Allen Dillard (her Manager)- no resolution made. He basically said it s not his fault my plans were cancelled. IF I would ve received a TICKET, it would ve been compensated and I sound like an individual that doesn t want to pay for a rental! As a MANAGER or anyone in Customer Service, this was beyond unprofessional and on my end, the comment was received as RACISM. Allen Dillard, please specify- What is that SOUND that you reference? An African American Woman! ONE of the Most Racist Comments EVER. I wonder now, if I sounded like any other race, would there have been a resolution!

I rate them a 3 star for this visit because I came in because my vehicle said maintenance required meaning oil change or tire rotation. I asked which one did it need and they didn't tell me before they rotated my tires. I told them that I came a an oil change and if they were to do anything different I should have known first. I get my tires changed where I purchased them and it is free. So Carl Hogan charged me 30 dollars for something I didn't need them to do. I never receive a coupon from them and they are so high. They got to do better. I am a loyal customer. They are the only ones to service my vehicles for the past 11 or 12 years. The prices are to the roof.....Thank youVerna Dawson

Was looking for my dream 4Runner for months without any luck. 6-7 dealerships promised me they were gonna make it happen and that I'd come to the right place, yada yada. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I could pay for it. They couldn't even return my phone call. I left a message for Chris at Carl Hogan's Toyota and I got a call back about an hour later. They weren't gonna be have to put in an order for my 4Runner, because it was waiting for me out on the lot. He e-mailed me the spec. sheet, exactly what I wanted. Finance options were presented, and agreed upon. I went in after work to sign some paperwork. Chris and Max made it a breeze. Answered all the questions I had, and some I didn't think to ask. Chris made sure I knew all my options. Made sure I had all my ducks in a row. Signed the paperwork, paid my down-payment, and down the road I go. I've been aggravated at car salesmen several times in life, and Chris might be the first one I've met that actually was upfront and honest about everything. No problems or headaches getting my dream ride. Going to keep it for the rest of forever, but if something happens I'd probably go back to Chris for the next one just to save the aggravation.

Outstanding service! The most stress free car buying experience in my lifetime! My husband and I took a gamble and drove 4 hours to this dealership to check out a particular car we were wanting to buy. We had actually been to another dealer on the gulf coast, but were reluctant to buy on the coast because we were not convinced we were getting a good deal. After stumbling across the exact same car online from this dealership, we noted the price was lower, the mileage was lower; so we drove up and arrived an hour before closing time. We were immediately greeted by Theotric "Foot" Donald who quickly found the vehicle. We inspected and then test drove the vehicle in just minutes after arrivalThe car exceeded our expectations. Mr. Donald gave us an even sweeter deal when he lowered the price even further! The purchase took about an hour to complete! We drove off in our "new" car and are still amazed at how wonderful we were treated by this dealership! If you need a new (or used) car, and you live within driving distance, you will not regret going to Carl Hogan Toyota in Columbus, Mississippi. Be sure to ask for "Foot" .. he has been selling cars for 32 years and knows how to treat his customers!

My check engine light on Rav4 came on while on the way to Columbus to visit family. Nikki Yarbrough was wonderful! Helped me out with same day service, and now my Toyota is safe to drive home. Kudos to Nikki, who provided excellent customer service!

2 nails in one tire is what I was told after a tire rotation completed for a routine inspection.Backstory: for almost 4 months now my front left tire had a very slow leak in it. The leak was so slow that I would only put air in the tire after temperatures dropped outside and the air pressure would significantly change in that one tire. (I ve worked on airplanes for over 10 yrs so I understand the dynamics of how a tire should function and other mechanical aspects for that matter) with this being a thing I understood there was something causing the leak but for the amount of driving I was doing, I knew I could manage with it until my next routine inspection with Carl Hogan Toyota. The appointment: I get to Carl Hogan Toyota, I inform them that yes, it has been leaking, look at it and let me know where to go from there. After about an hour or so, they finally finish up the tire rotation and balance for my vehicle (the service department was pretty busy this day but that s the nature of the beast, right?) the service representative approaches me and let me know everything looks good and that the tire that I asked about has 2 nails in it. So now the serv rep throws me a sales pitch of 3 tires at full price and the 4th one for a penny NEXT MONTH. A BOGO sale would be more intriguing than a 3F4P. Anyway, based off my tone and I think they knew I wouldn t buy their expensive tires there. Paid my 26$ for the service that was rendered and got in my lil car and went on bout my way. Now, why am I dissatisfied? I left Carl Hogan, went to pick up my wife and we went to Tupelo to grab a bite to eat. While in Tupelo, my tire starts leaking faster than I ve ever seen. Inbetween stopping at Walmart for a few items and going to get some ramen(best ramen ever) my tire pressure light came on, went from 29 to 23 within 5 mins because those places are directly across the street from each other. Now this makes me upset but I know at this time there are no tire shops open and Carl Hogan Toyota service department won t be open on a Sunday, do I even want to return to be serviced by the same ppl who overlooked an issue that could ve possibly been fixed while they had my car the first time, how will I make it to church tomorrow (all of this is running through my mind as I try to analyze the situation) So for my understanding as long as the car is moving at a steady speed, the tire pressure will not drop. With that being said, I aired up my tire, got on the highway and headed back to where we were staying that night. Alright, so I tell myself, I ll give it till morning to see how low it gets. Next day tire is FLAT! I change it out and put a spare on it (still thinking about all my options and what would be BEST FOR ME). I examine the flat tire, give it some air and then I start running my own methods of inspection (soap and water test, dipping the tire in a tube of water to see any air pushing out of any other areas the bubbles missed or I missed by chance) what I did find was one nail lodged in the tread of the tire. There was also a small surface cut on the roadside wall of the tire but it had no leaks nor deep enough to take my attention away from the main issue. I asked my father n law and my brother how should I go about handling this situation, my father n law said to plug the tire, my brother recommended taking it to a tire shop and having them plug it so it can be plugged from the inside and outside and also have a fresh seal on the tire. Even tho I was angry at the fact that I just left a tire servicing shop that could have done all of that, I recognized that my brothers logic is my best choice. So we come home which is an hour and half away from the Golden Triangle Area, on a donut, Took the tire to a reliable source in town and plugged it for free. I love Carl Hogan Toyota, my only problem is why wasn t this patch done? Are times not hard enough that I have to spend hundreds of dollars to be serviced properly? I had my child with me, what if something happened before I had a chance to notice it? Are the employees being too rushed?

I bought a 23 camry here in 2,23. Had a good experience. Today I brought it in for service, walked up front, 3 salesmen were standing there. I said I'd like to trade the camry in, and started walking towards their vehicles.......nobody went with me. I guess they didn't want to work on Monday. Lol

The service department is bad. Went in for an oil change. It was done in a fairly good time. The problem I had was when it was finished they brought my vehicle back it just sat there the person helping me went to lunch. Asked the customer service about it and was told paperwork was not turned in. I sat for about an hour finally found something to help. The paperwork was on the lady s desk that was out to lunch. Never got an apology from anyone.

The service my car got was great. I had no issues with the mechanics. On the other hand, I felt like the workers at the front of the service department were very disorganized. I had to go up to the counter myself to get them to get my papers together even though my car had been sitting for 10 minutes ready to go. Additionally, the lady that helped me had to run back and forth between offices multiple times just to get all of my information. I felt like this was very unorganized and I will be sure to get my car serviced back home before getting it done again here

I went twice to pay for my car rental 200$ down 1st wk as well as receiving an oil change the service was great. 2nd week I paid for my car rental in full ask did I need to do any extra paperwork bc I planned to leave for my trip at 9am in order to get to my destination on time. Lo and behold the day of the trip the rental service manager as she claimed held me for one hour while joking & laughing w/coworkers. I picked up the car with half of a tank. On the turn in date I received a call at 9:23a.m. Explaining they closed at 6 to return the car before closing. Upon returning the car at 5:30 we were charged an extra 150$ for an extra day. Along with not having a full tank of gas but 3 4ths of a tank. So yeah Happy Thanksgiving it was a rip off & the claiming rental Manager was rude on top of us being late to the destination & turning the car in.

Horrible! Would never recommend and will warn others. I went in to have my car checked out as it was showing weird alerts, I had a diagnostic test that showed that I needed a new car battery. I had also asked that my tires be rotated and aligned. I don t believe they were aligned and they definitely didn t check the air pressure as one tire was really low. My car is making a very disturbing sound that they didn t seem to notice so now I have to go somewhere else to get an answer. I don t know how things work at this dealership as I usually go to the Lexus dealership but my car came back with dirty hand prints on my grey leather steering wheel and on my light grey console and they didn t even give me a quick vacuum- no surprise there!

Toney was nice and helpful. I was charged partial payment for an oil change when I shouldn t have been. Should have been covered by my Toyota care. Contacted Toyota and they said it should have been free as well as this is what the dealer I purchased the vehicle from said. Also I am missing 2 valve stem caps as they didn t put them back on the car after tire rotation. Small problems but still annoying.
