I am so thankful to have found this place. Jonathon Breckenridge was the best, he took the time to make sure we had everything we wanted and went over every feature to make sure we was comfortable before we left. Our overall experience is worth more than the 5 stars allowed. We drove 3 hours and felt right at home coming through the door. Check them out, you won t be disappointed.

Mark Ingram performed repairs on my truck. He went above and beyond to keep me informed on the problems found and remedies. He then ordered parts and made the necessary repairs in a very efficient manner. Mark called me to let me know when he was done and that I could come get my truck. I wish all technicians were as conscientious and diligent as he is. His work ethic is beyond compare these days.

I felt bad that I didn't leave any comment.The Dealership took care of my out of state work truck. The service manager went out of his way to make sure that all the hoops GSA makes you jump through were taken care of.The entire staff was friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour with no appointment!Great Service Department, they made my day.

Jonathan Breckinridge is the man to talk too at Carl Hogan!! He will work with you to get you in your vehicle!! We have bought 2 from him this year and he is trying to get my sister in a vehicle! Seriously! Between him and the finance manager we got a really good deal on my 2023 Chevrolet Blazer!! Just save yourself weeks of bartering and go on to Carl Hogan and ask for Jonathan!!

I love the dealership but, I truly hate Chevrolet s warranty policy. I gotten my truck brand spanking new. I have been having a glitch issues with the screens going in and out since I have gotten it as well as it not cranking with the push to start with he key. Now I am having issues with an engine misfire. I am literally only 1,000 miles over my warranty and have to pay $1.3k for something that been happening.

I would rate this experience a 0/5 but since I had to give it a rating I was left with 1/5. Try to follow me. I had an appointment scheduled on Monday 11/6 at 10a. However, my car died on me on Saturday 11/4. I got my car towed to Carl Hogan since we had an existing appointment on Monday. Easy. Cool. NO! I thought since it was towed there, that they'd see that it was my car that needed to be worked on for the Monday appt considering they took all my information and car details down. No one called and asked if I was coming to my appointment. However, I could work with that because it could have been an oversight. I called on Tuesday 11/7 since I had not heard anything. I spoke with a staff member that had to "look" for my car. She found it and stated that they would start working on it - so she said. I let that slide. I called back on Friday 11/11 thinking that I was giving them time to work on it. I was not trying to be a pest and call everyday but now I know - I should have. I called and no one had worked on my car nor could they tell me where my car was! I also knew it was there because the tow company took pictures and sent them to me. I waited a few hours and they called me back stating that they "found" it. It was in the employee parking lot. Tuesday 11/14 they gave me a diagnosis of my car and stated that it would be $100+. I was and am always willing to pay for any service that I request; however, they didn't offer any type of compensation, discount, or even say "I am sorry for all of this confusion. We've had your car in our possession since 11/4 and it's now 11/14. We'll give you x for all of this trouble." They said nothing and gave no type of accountability. The experience was so bad that I went through an extra expense to get my car towed elsewhere to get it worked on although there was a wait. This experience was absolutely horrible!

I followed the hours on the app that said you all open at 7:30x I arrived at 7:33, only to see that you all didn t open until 8:00, so I waited until then. Around 7:55 others started to arrive, I waited for Laquanda to go in the order in which people arrived. When she got to me, I told her I had been there since 7:30, she informed me that you all only accept appointments, but because I had waited patiently, she would fit me in. I am very grateful for that! I did not want to drive my truck around on a donut, since I had a flat tire while traveling.The customer service was great and I greatly appreciate making me an exception to the rule!But you might want to consider checking on those hours on the Chevy app!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and had done my research online prior to visiting the dealership. Living in a small town, there was not much selection as far as the dealership goes, but we decided to pay Carl Hogan (Columbus, MS) a visit because I've heard good reviews about them.We arrived at the dealership right when it opened and walked around the GMC area before making our way to the Jeep section. We were approached by Randy Silas, who was extremely kind and helpful. He asked a few questions and was trying to understand what I was looking for. He then offered different makes and model types that might fit my "wish list." Randy was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we had looked at on the lot. He wasn't your typical salesperson either, he wasn't just trying to make a sale. He was upfront and honest, which I was truly thankful for.I ended up purchasing a new 2024 GMC Terrain, that I had been eyeing on their website since it was "in transit." I am extremely happy with my purchase, all thanks to Randy and Joel for making this a seamless purchasing experience. Thank you both!! I would definitely recommend y'all to my family and friends.

The Extended Warranty on the Power Tran on the Motor was not Satisfied.. When I purchased the Vehicle the motor started to act up within 10 days of the purchase.. I return the vehicle and you all replace the motor but it took about four months to install. After I received the vehicle it ran fine, but when it came time to change the oil, the oil alert light came on saying add oil . I add about two quarters and return for a oil chang, I told the oil technician but when he change it he gave back with know answer. So went on and didn't think about it.. about six months of so it time for another oil change.. before the required five thousand miles oil change 4500 are so the oil light and the bell was goin off .. I stop and check the oil know oil was on the oil stick, so I add about three quarters and took it back to the Dealership and told The Service Manager... He said we will do a oil assumption test.. The test included when I reach a Thousand miles to come back for a check and l did.. it was low a quart, he said we will have to do it three times and we did and each time it was low a quart... So he said it needed to be replace.. so I kept the Truck until they told me to bring it back for the other motor to be installed.. so I did and the next motor did the same thing..They told me take the Vehicle and it was know more they can do and my Warranty had expired.. I pay 22 Thousand dollars cash still stuck with a Lemon.. very very Upset

The service representative greeted me by name, which I thought was a very good attention to detail. The service work was completed in a timely fashion. An issue I thought I had turned out to be no issue at all and I was advised of that. An issue I didn't know I had turned out to be something that needed attention. It was brought to my attention and was resolved for my benefit with my permission. Definitely customer-oriented service. I will be utilizing Carl Hogan Chevrolet for my future vehicle maintenance needs.

I got my first car here when I was in high school. I recently went back to replace a car that was totaled because they had a car that I really liked and was trying to make a deal with. The dealer tried really hard to buddy up to me and find common ground thinking that maybe it would just make me buy from him without negotiating price. When it came time to negotiate price he would not come down at all on the price. So we left and I found the same car for much cheaper somewhere else. Actually it's the newer model of the car and it's still cheaper.

I was really impressed with the service staff at this dealership. I typically work on my own vehicles and avoid getting any work done ESPECIALLY from a dealership but I got in over my head last week. I had my car towed here before the Labor Day weekend and explained to Erin what was wrong. She relayed the info and the service manager called me on Tuesday to make sure he understood what I needed done. He didn t try to push for more work and simply listened to my request. Both the service manager and Erin provided excellent customer service by asking if I was available to take their phone call every time I received a call from them.This was a night and day difference from this spring when I tried to use this dealership for some work that needed to be done. In that visit the lady at the service desk was completely rude and suggested inappropriate fixes to try and make more money. I didn t see her at the service desk during my recent experience, so hopefully she is not part of their team any longer and the most recent experience that I described above will be more common.

Horrible! As I was getting into my vehicle, after the oil change, my white leather seats and floor was black where someone got in to move it. The door panel was black from where they used their foot, on my speaker, to open the door! No precautions, paper, were used to prevent this from happening! Although the inside of my vehicle was filthy, the dealership letting something like that happen and not clean it up until I said something was the worse. After three times sending it back, they finally got it clean on the forth try!

My husband and I had a great experience at Carl Hogan. Jim Stafford was great! He started working with us 5 months ago to find the perfect vehicle. Communication was great through the entire process of ordering and patiently waiting for it to arrive. If I had any questions, he was quick to respond to my email or text. We appreciate Jim helping make our new purchase go smoothly!

Service department is very friendly, always have a top notch experience with them. Mechanics seem very thorough with my vehicle. They actually noticed my air filters were very dirty. I even looked myself they were. They are honest also. My vehicle was dropped off the night before, my appoint was scheduled 9 AM next morning they called me at 10 AM saying it was ready for pick-up. It was serviced with oil and fuel filter, tire rotation, and air filters. I appreciate their time, quality, and quickness.The only con I do have is two services back they mentioned my rear brakes needing to be replaced because of a notice sent out for my model truck. The brakes were put on back order I haven't heard anything else on them for months. I have called an inquired still on back order.

I Ordered A Cover Kit On October, 02, 2023, For My Escalade SUV. Oct., 3rd,2023 I was Asked To Bring The Truck So It Could Be Checked, For Correct Part And Paint. October, 5th, 2023 At 8:A.M. I Was Told By A Scheduler In The Service Dept. I Could Put 135961 Cover Kit 16.330 On The Driver Side Of The Door Handle Myself. Later The Same Scheduler Told Me The Cover Hadn't Been Painted And The Panel Had To Be Taken Off, So I Had To Reschedule. From 8:A.M.-10A.M.Sitting Around To Get This Information!

We were very pleased with the customer service. Steve worked with us when we needed the payments lowered some and we were able to drive away in our new vehicle. I feel like we can return with any questions ane get those answered. We also purchased the 7 year/70,000 mile coverage plan so now we can drive worry free until the year 2030!Thank you to all the team that helped us. We will be return customers.
