Ms. Kenya & Mr. Toby helped me get myself a nice vehicle. Long process but the wait turned out to be great! The other employees were nice as well. I think I may stop by sometime just to get some popcorn It was delicious!

Toby and KC and the whole staff there were very friendly and extremely helpful.. I cannot remember everyone's names but the lady's at the front desk were kind and helpful as well. They were able to get us in a vehicle we wanted and made the process easy. I walked away with a piece of mind and a really nice Vehicle. They worked with us and every other customer there to get us what we needed. I will definitely be returning when I need another vehicle and will recommend them to anyone I know looking.

They were very professional. I came here after leaving another location, In another state, one I had done business with twice before, who really didn't seem to want to even try to sell me a car. I want to tell Kenya thank you for being kind, approachable, and helpful. An thank you to Terry and Matt for getting me into a car for me and my family. I will definitely come back to the Columbus car mart to give my return business!

Just wanted to get on here and give a shout out to the car-mart crew in Columbus MS. area. They are willing to always go the extra mile, to get you and your family in a great vehicle and keep yall in one as well. They have always been so nice and easy to communicate with to get my business taken care of. Wanted to give a specail shout out to Mrs. Kenya, you are always super nice and I can always reach out and get you on the phone to take care of business which you make that much easier!

After careful consideration i found the vehicle i wanted. The staff was friendly and the place was warm & relaxing as the process begun. So Go ahead put in that online application save yourself some time. I would recommend Cart-Mart in your search for any vehicle of your choosing.Hard work must be challenged by great decisions and this was absolutely that experience.

My experience was terrible the first day of driving my vehicle home from car mart. The check engine cut before I could make it to home. I call them and was told to bring the vehicle back. The vehicle stayed with them for two days, just for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it. Currently experiencing the same problem and was told that I would have to leave the vehicle again with no way to get to work. This service is very terrible.. Especially when I reported not a week or month later but the very first 1-2 hours of having the vehicle

Magnificent care and PROFESSIONAL to the Max!!!! Everyone A1 especially KENYA my salesperson! She had me in and out! LOVING my 2012 JEEP LIBERTY! LOW MILES, Interior like NEW! I skipped my hometown Car-mart, Tuscaloosa (ROLL TIDE) BUT COLUMBUS, MS ILU!

I had a really great experience. The wonderful associate Kenya called me and gathered my information. She was extremely helpful! I had no plans on buying the car that day but she worked well with me and got me into a vehicle I really wanted.

If you need someone who s understanding and caring KC Everett is the man to ask for. Recently I was in between jobs and I was making payments late .Due to KC s diligence I was able to get my account on the right track with his help. I appreciate him for that!

Very unprofessional. Motor went out and was replaced under warranty but transmission went out a month later and they refused to fix it. Even though they were charging almost $600 a month. I would not recommend car mart to my worst enemy. They are selling lemons ( bad cars) for way too much.

I was kind of angry walking in and talked with a girl at the front desk that seemed kind of new. This short blonde girl came over (I think her name was Addie??) from the offices and helped out and got my payment sorted out. I thought I was late on it but I ended up being just on time. I was so thankful that she got me all squared away, great experience all around!

Kenya was my salesman. I really enjoyed working with her and the team. When I seemed to loose hope she step in and just help eased the process. If I had to do it over again I would choose her every time. I enjoyed her.

Where to begin I ve had three cars with them in two months. None of the staff is helpful once you tell them your car is having problems . The first car cut off in the middle of the road then they traded me out the second car had multiple oil leaks and was in the shop four times due to a burning smell the claimed they replaced multiple parts but the car still had the same problems and the same burning smell so they traded me out again this car needed a new converter which they claimed they replaced but didn t bc the converter is brown and covered in rust they kept my car for three weeks they didn t replace anything the converter is still bad on it and the car is throwing 11 different codes this is the worst dealership I ve ever been to and they still require you to keep up your payments so I ve been paying for cars that have been in the shop this whole time at this point I don t even know what I m paying for anymore.

Freddie went over and beyond to help us get the right truck(Jeep) and payment. He worked with me on my down payment and got the payments where we needed them. I would give them 10 out of 10 and highly recommend Freddie for all of your auto needs!

Ms. Kenya was DEFINITELY amazing!! She did everything possible to help me get in a ride. She took very good care of me and help me find the perfect ride for me. Also got to shout out to Mr Toby. He made sure that I was placed in best possible position to succeed in this deal. Y all go see them bc this is the place to be!!!
