Cheaper than others . Bad employees my windshield still leaking after 2 trys I put headliner in now I gotta get someone replace winshield look all this money wasted

I went on 4 21 17. There was a man which i learned later was the owner. I told him I had a run in my windshield that needed repair. He said the guy whom does it was on lunch so i told him I would wait so he goes out side and looks at my windshield and said it couldn't be repaired I told him I had had them repaired in the past all you had to do was drill a hole at the top of the crack and put filler in it. He gets his drill and puts a hole in it and comes back inside and said there is your hole so leave. I asked if he put the stuff in it he said I said leave so i called glass doctor and drove over there. The guy from the other place had drilled a hole in between the crack not above it so glass doctor fixed it for me, they are very polite and professional I would recommend them any day. Please never take your car to auto glass on Gardner Blvd Columbus 2nd they are very rude

The heavy set owner with the big beard is a totall waste of a human speciment very rude and unprofessional i would spend my time and money else where with someone that respects the customer for being a human being rather than look at race gender ethnicity etc.

Quick Turn around and worked through my state farm agent to make a painless transaction. Had windshield installed the day after I called for an appointment!
