I was sold one car that didn't make home. (1 mile) It Broke downNext car was fine for the first week, then began to make noises i complained multiple times i wanted my money back and did not wish to do business with them. (Kelsey) Who was rude to me on the phone, told I'm not getting a dollar and to take to the shop. While in route to the shop, the car malfunctioned and caused me to slide on a patch of ice. Ive been injured.

I will not recommend this car dealership to no one the cooperate office are rude and will not do any business with them for one I had got a jeep from them knowing the tire was low and I have been having trouble with the jeep since I bought it and only thing they tell me is it is not cover in the warranty and they had told me to take it to a place and they still didn't fix it. They didn't even try to work with me or do a swap

My wife stopped by to pick out a SUV that she liked. The associates were all very nice and helpful. She was able to start the paperwork for me, because I was away on military duty. I took my lunch break to come and sign some papers. They had me in and out within 45 mins. They even scheduled a repair for the SUV. I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from Action Auto!!!

My experience with Omar was the best experience i had with a car salesman he made me and my family feel welcomed through the whole process and he worked his tale off with assisting me and others at the same time he ran that office by himself one day i would love to see Omar as the Manger he runs the show there every time i have been there to look at a car way before purchasing a car..Thanks again Omar for my purchase of my suv.. The manager never congrats us nor greeted us to see if we needed anything or made us feel welcomed she stayed on her phone or outside the whole time on her phone. If anyone is looking for a vehicle go to Action Auto and speak with Omar only he will get you in something and help you with the best car that u want and looking for.

:) I don t understand why people are lying about this place ? everybody there is awesome and very helpful. Omar and Trevor are the sweetest and they helped me find the best deal. the process was also very quick and easy. if your trying to find a decent car with a decent down payment I would 100% recommend here. all you have to do is pay your monthly dues and you ll be good. also there is a warranty on your car so if anything happens within that year they will help you out !

Action Auto WILL CHEAT YOU AT THE FIRST TURN!! Do not shop at action auto. There is a reason all their locations are closing. These people are rude, hateful, and horrible to deal with. The lady, Rebecca in account services or legal lol is such a horrible person. I d hate to be her family. considering the way she treats people, I can t even imagine what she puts her poor children through. Her behavior and conduct is less than professional and it will not be forgotten. I will post this to every action auto still open. I m warning y all ahead of time. Do not use these people. They are going out of business for a reason!!!

My overpriced car with the wrong size tires was needed when I didn t have credit, but along with COVID19 this dealership made it very clear that they only cared about their interest- not their customers. When I got laid off I let them know immediately. An poor attitude from the accounting line made it clear that there was little to nothing they could do for me. My weekly note got pushed back by one week. They called me that week and the two following weeks asking for money before I told them to just turn the payments back on and I d figure something out. Meanwhile my unemployment file was lost in translation and I had no work. Luckily I was able to find ways to make this automatic payment a possibility. It is bad enough that they were unhelpful, but the fact that it seemed like an inconvenience to them is what was most upsetting. There were other options set up for them to act on as a company, but no they left the stress for their customers with zero effort. If you want to overpay for a car definitely go here!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PERIOD!! THEY ARE HEARTLESS! The month wasn t even over before they shut my car off. I lost my job but had gotten a new one. POOR SERVICE! MORE POOR CAR SELECTION

Don't come here is you want a vehicle these people over charge you for worthless cars and then after over paying for you vehicle they will come get it and still sue for reminder ... Paid almost 17,000 out on a car over 3 to 4 years for a car not even worth 5000.. at this point the car has long been repoed and garnishment have started ...who do a citizen fight in court with a already prepared scheme (this business)

Over price & not worth it , and will try to sue you . I had a 2018 Altima only had it 2 mth transmission went out . Then they try to sue me for the rest of the balance .. Do not go there . It s not worth it

This place is a SCAM!! Please stay away from this place. A total rip off!!! Car broke down in two weeks and they will not fix it. I would give a 0 if I could. Over charge you for cars they get at the auction. Buyers beware!

I got a chevy cruze from them in 2017..a couple months in found out I bought a lemon..been repairing the car ever since..just trying to get the payment down so I can trade this piece of junk..looks good on the outside but under the hood is nothing but a lie...will never recommend this place to my worst enemy
