Great customer service. The owner and his 14 year old son are excellent representative of what customer service and hospitality is. Very nice and down to earth family owned business. And they also do great work in a timely manner. A+++++++ all the way

Excellent quality for great price. Very good customer service too. But they stay busy, so will need to plan ahead with appointment to have work done

When calling the business to inquire about tint, an individual answered the phone and was being rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with Stacy, the owner, about the matter, and Stacy was very rude and unprofessional when I told him that the individual answering the phone was rude and unprofessional. Stacy told me that the individual was his 14 year old son, and he has to learn and start somewhere. As I was responding to Stacy's comments, he decided to hang up on me. Although Stacy was upset and hung up on me about being told that his son was being rude and unprofessional when answering the business phone, I was actually unbothered about being hung up on because I don't do business with unprofessional individuals or businesses. I got my tint done by a certified tint dealer in Tupelo, MS. Columbus, MS is a small city, but people don't have to spend money with Stacy or any other disrespectful and unprofessional business owner. I highly recommend taking your money to other business owners in Columbus or another city who appreciate your business and shows it by providing great customer service and respect!!!!!

Fair prices but too booked up to get an appointment for 3 weeks, but I've seen their work, which is very good so call a month ahead of time.

Got to say, 5 stars aren't enough to describe how pleased I was with the crew at Acme Window Tinting. Very professional, very courteous, quality of work second to none. Will be using them for future tint needs home and car.

Can't speak about quality of work, they never got to It. Told me to bring car in at 9 and would be done by end of day. Called at 4 p.m. and was told they couldn't get to it for 3 days. Drove 30 miles one way to carry it and again to pick it up. All for nothing. They didn't seem to care. Won't go back and don't recommend.

Stacy, the owner is great. The guys doing the actual tint, not so much. They forgot to have my car connected to the charger so my car wouldn't start when trying to leave after paying. Also, noticed that my front driver window (rolled up) now has a scratch on the glass in bottom left corner from them applying the tint. Same with back passenger window. Back driver window has what appears to be a white piece of paper towel or something stuck between the glass and the tint in bottom right corner (window rolled up), creating an air pocket that I can only predict will cause the entire window tint to eventually bubble. Initially, I would have recommended them but after shelling out $$$ and noticing quality issues, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Went in Friday with my jeep to have it tinted jus four windows. Took all day and the rear quarter Windows have bubbles. They said it would look worse if they tried to redo. Will not be back.

Amazing craftsmanship to the point you wouldn t never be able to tell there tint isn t factory! Very awesome customer service definitely will be doing a lot of work with them in the future!

This place sucks i got HID's from them with a warranty and its taken a month to get them replaced and they still havent done it yet they're always short handed so i will never shop here again and would tell my freiends the same
