Me and my son traded in his car for him a truck. Their service was the worse from the begging. It to way longer then normal for him to get his licenses plate, because they was not sending over the right paper work. They told us they was gonna turn his car tag in and now I have a fine on my license's. Every time I call they are in a meeting and will call me right back and they never do. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not to get into any details but just wanted to commend the service department at Walt Massey in Columbia (Derrick and Chad). My son had an issue with his truck and they worked tirelessly to fix the problem and deal with the warranty. I work with many companies with my job and after hearing how he was treated, wish they all had the willingness to help that this service department offered him. Good job guys. I hope this review gets to the right guys.

Brought my 2018 Dodge Challenger car in running hot. Paid them over $1000 just to leave with my car and it runs hot before i make it home.Brought it back to them paid more money, still no change. Not to mention had my car over 2 months and didn t reach out to me not once.

Highly recommend going to see Cole for all vehicle purchases! I was very indecisive, but he was patient and attentive which made the whole buying process so much easier. Also, Colby in the service department! He does his best to get the parts your vehicle needs in a timely manner!

Recently bought a Nissan Titan. Had a great experience with my Salesperson Jack and General Manager Jamie for making the entire process smooth and easy. Jamie made it a great deal and worked with me all the way around. If you re looking at a vehicle on the Walt Massey Columbia lot don t hesitate they ll work with you best possible. I will do business with them again.

Went in to get my GMC looked at and decided it was time to trade and Spencer Romero was the first one out the door to help me find something different. It was a great experience and he was very helpful finding the vehicle I wanted. Thank you to him and Walt Massey!

Trying to get info from this dealership is aggravating. Asking simple questions and notgetting them answered and instead get questions in return that have nothing to do with my initial question. Dealer fees should not be a secret. Received an email from Jeremiah Haynes and he seems to not know or will not discuss dealer fees with me. Called and spoke to a salesman and he did not know the dealer fees and refused to transfer me to their finance department. Obviously not worth my time to deal with this dealership.

Super easy and they know their stuff. Fastest purchase experience I ve ever had. Spencer Romero did everything for me, including a FaceTime video walk round of the truck for me and coordinating the delivery over to Texas. Best prices too. You don t need to look anywhere else.

What an awesome experience with Walt Massey in Columbia Ms . It just started this morning with a phone call I received from Greg Ogden ! I saw a vehicle on there site I had liked on Sunday night. Well here I am today getting a new vehicle from these two very sweet men. Mr. Greg showed up early we've rode around checking everything out (which all is good.) Now just fixing to sign the papers and never had to leave my house. Thanks to Otis Smith for bringing the papers for me to sign.

Greg Ogden was a pleasure to work with and did a great job communicating with the sales manager and finance manager all the concerns and questions we had. Both managers also came out to introduce themselves and made us not only feel welcome but they treated us like family. If you are looking for a very laid back atmosphere without all the high pressure tactics of having to buy today or it may not be there tomorrow, go see the friendly folks at Walt Massey of Columbia. Ask for Greg Ogden and tell him I sent ya!

Greg was absolutely unbelievable from the first time we called for info on a Grand Cherokee Overland the Jeep site showed they had in stock. He answered all our questions quickly and was the definition of friendly and professional. To make our experience even more amazing he delivered our new Jeep to our home, over two hours away. It doesn t get any better than Greg Ogden!! Thank you Greg!!

After shopping around for 2 months, my husband and I found the perfect vehicle at Walt Massey in Columbia. Our salesman was Billy Waltman. He was very patient and attentive. We never once felt pressured. After deciding to make the purchase, Mr. Dennon in the finance department helped us seal the deal. He was also patient and attentive. I purchased a new 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie from Cole Bourne, Sales Consultant at Walt Massey Columbia. Cole is a pleasure to work with, is very customer oriented, friendly and professional. Walt Massey Auto stocks the best looking Ram Trucks that are loaded with features at reasonable prices. I live in Florida and lost all my previous vehicles due to storm surge from Hurricane Ian. Cole had my new Ram 2500 delivered to my home in Florida which was a great help to me.

I have spent a great deal of money here. Only to be lied to about tax, title, and registration. When I went to pick up my tag I had to pay an additional fee. My understanding was all fees were includedThis was not the case. When I called, I was told they did not pay for registration. I would purchase a toy car from them.

I had a very good experience with Beth. Very knowledgeable about the Ram policies. The only negative would be no outside benches and smoking area around the Service department. Especially during this Covid stuff.
