The customer service is excellent but need to improve service in getting your oil changed. I waited for 20 to 30 minutes before I was checked in. I got out about another hour.

I went in for an oil change and after I left the front of the skid plate on my car started dragging the ground! I went back, and it turns out they forgot to put the bolts back in! After them "fixing it" it's been a couple weeks, and the skid plate just fell down again! Now with the damage from it dragging the highway, the skid plate can't be fixed! And my car can't be driven until I can get the skid plate completely removed! I recommend finding somewhere else to get your car worked on.

Columbia Walmart was a nice retreat from the other Walmart we visit.Very friendly, very clean and mostly for me it was not crowded.I had 2 tires with the works and an oil change. The guys in the auto department were professional and did great work.

They were slow and there isn't any direction for people who have never come there before. The employees all seemed like they were having a bad day. I dont mind waiting as long as I know I have to but no one wanted to volunteer any info. Also it didn't seem like they were busy because several times all the bays were completely empty yet it still too 2 hours to put some tires on my car.

Got an oil change because I put too much oil in my car. I know that s a big problem that I caused on accident so I took my car Walmart. The person who changed my oil was very rude to me and told me I was stupid for what I accidentally did to my car. Everything else was alright, took a long time for them to do the oil change. Won t go back again. #worstcustomerservice

Went for an oil change and I was next in line so I went do my shopping and took my time of course but later came out too I was still next ....unreal come on Walmart so I asked them to just give me my car back I will bring it somewhere else .....Slow Slow Slow ....
