I was pleased with my experience at Mike's. They were honest and straight forward despite the fact that I was dealing with a costly repair. When it was all said and done the repair was cheaper than the estimate.

I will NOT LET NOBODY work on my car But MIKE they are very honest any will have your vehicle ready (if it s not to major)the same day I recommend them 1000 they have NOT let me DOWN YET!!

Mixed feelings about this place. They did fix my coolant pump the first time around but I also needed a new battery. They installed a defective battery and let me leave only to get stranded later in the day. Car ended up having to be towed back to the shop and I had to wait one more day to use my car again. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience either. For the amount of money spent I don't feel like it was worth it and won't ever use them again for ANY car problems.Service: Battery

Excellent place to have automotive work done. The entire staff are nice, friendly folks to work with and very knowledgeable on later model vehicles. Highly recommend them for your routine service or repair needs.

Fantastic experience!! Mike's not only did my difficult coil packs and 8 spark plugs in my Ford truck correctly but he did them all in less than two hours! This was a whole hour less than he told me it might take! Then Mike shaved $93.00 off the bill compared to his initial estimate. Now that is what I call customer care!! I highly recommend Mike's Auto Repair!!

OUTSTANDING!I'm not a mechanic, nor am I from MS, but when my car broke down in Columbia my cousin talked about Mike's Auto Shop. Because of what I told them, they thought the problem might be the catalytic converters, so we went to a local muffler shop, who determined it was not that. The owner directed me back to Mike's. He praised this man and his quality work. I asked if there other auto shops and he directed me to two. When I asked who he used he said I take all my personal and business vehicles to them. The owner of the company where my cousin works also takes all his personal/business work to Mike's. I was completely confident that these important business owners, as well as my cousin, were giving their approval of the work done by Mike's Auto.I go back to Mike's and they diligently checked out stuff. Then Mike decided at the last minute, before starting work, to check one more thing. I'm SO THANKFUL to Mike and his staff (especially Clyde) for their thorough, careful exam of a car they will likely never see again! It needed an engine, and Clyde researched and found 3. We got one with 102,000 miles, that was a few miles than my car had on the old engine.I'm am thrilled at their work ethic, honesty, thoroughness, continual status updates, explanations of needs, total costs, and time it would take. When you are away from your own mechanic, in an area for the first time, you often think your choices are hit-n-miss. I am pleased to tell you that in the Columbia and Foxworth, MS you have a great choice. I'd never go anywhere else.

No gimmicks or questionable charges. Honest mechanics are difficult to find these days. I compared their quotes on oil changes and parts replacements; Mike's offered competitive rates. One competitor was 3 times higher than Mike's....I'll be bringing all my car troubles to these guys going forward.

They do great work at a decent price. After taking my Prius to the dealership 3 times I finally found Mike's. Most places will not work on a Prius but Mike did and got the job done right the first time. Have brought my Prius to him from then own.

In all my times being here in Mississippi having my car fixed throughout the years, this is the only repair shop I have ever found who does it correctly. Seems like Mississippi doesnt know how to fix cars properly. Now I'm beginning to change my thinking dealing with Mike's Auto. Best service ever

The Go To Shop for my Family and I since early 2000. If they don t know the problem OR CANT FIND THE PROBLEM, they not taking your money. I ve even been known to have a FREE diagnostic Test I m a LIVING WITNESS ... and If they know the problem, they re going to try and help you solve the problem. Financially and Mentally. Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Somewhat more costly than other shops in the area, but they can usually diagnose and fix problems that would have other places stumped.

Mike s has repaired multiple cars in my family. Never any problems after the repairs. Very good about explaining what the problem is. I highly recommend this business!

I visit Mike Shop in Columbia Mississippi after working on my car for two weeks weeks for myself my car was still stalling Mike put it on the machine and they found it was a defective part that I replaced and then they ordered a new part and replaced it and now my car is running like new .
