Absolutely the worst experience. Ever! We purchased an Explorer from them, not even 5 days into there were significant problems. We took it back they agreed to fix the issue at hand, but come to find out they only put a band-aid over it. We have literally only owned it for five months, and now it sits in a mechanic shop with a bill that is close to $4700 and a list of issue a mile long. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! No help from Jason either. He avoids phone calls and knows NOTHING! It truly is a shame that a place of business would take your money for a vehicle and allow someone to waste their hard earned money. This car lot needs to own up to their word!IF I COULD LEAVE THE STARS WITH NONE SELECTED, I WOULD!!!!

The team at Midsouth Truck Exchange are the best. Doug and Johnathan was exceptional. My experience with them while buying my F150 was very professional. The atmosphere is inviting, they really Catered to my desires all of my expectations was met. I will be referring everyone I know who's looking to purchase a nice vehicle (they have a very nice selection of inventory to choose from) Thank Midsouth Truck Exchange!

If you're looking for a new trailer these are the guys to go to super friendly. I just recently purchased the 7x24-ft heavy duty equipment trailer and these guys made it absolutely hassle-free. One of the only trailer dealers I know that offer 11 months same as cash financing. I was literally in and out in about 45 minutes and that's with them double check and everything over the trailer to make sure I was good to make a hundred mile drive back home. Also have a bunch of nice trucks there so you're looking for a truck also I would give these guys a call.

I found a truck I wanted and talked to Jonathan.The truck was everything they said it would be and we were able to make a deal. This is a 1st class dealer who did everything thing I asked. I had some issues w the police over a temp tag. Jonathan went above and beyond what any dealer I have dealt with before and made accommodations for me till I was able to get it tagged. Not only did they have a lot of nice trucks but Jonathan is a first class salesman who installed a part himself to get me on my way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truck!

Had a great buying experience here. Michael Mcquirter went well above and beyond with the sell. I bought a 6x12 SA enclosed trailer and he stayed late on his own time to ensure that I was familiar with and knew every detail about the trailer, it s maintenance upkeep and towing habits. This is what Customer Service is supposed to be! Will definitely buy again from him and will be referring all my friends his way!

Doug, Michael and Jonathan are excellent! We made the trip down there to check out a nice SUV. Unfortunately the size didn t work for us BUT these are good, honest folks who push no pressure and want to ensure you re happy, fairly treated and will come back. A rarity in today s cutthroat car business. I ll absolutely be back and would highly recommend Doug and his boys to anyone!

I got an amazing truck and trailer for an even more amazing price. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they made me feel like I was very welcome. I will definitely be going back there when I need to buy another truck

Mike and Doug were awesome in assisting us with our purchase of our 2005 Jeep Wrangler. We got a great deal,and you will too. I have been a customer of Midsouth Truck Exchange for years. Doug, Michael, & Johnny are always ready & willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I purchased my last vehicle from them in Dec 2012 & have no complaints. They got me in exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with the entire sales process; Doug even delievered it to my home on Friday night! Above & beyond! Thanks guys!! Keep it up!!

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Jonathan at MidSouth Truck Exchange, he went over and above to make sure I was accommodated even delivered the Jeep as I couldn't get down there to pick it up. The Jeep is exactly what was described to me and after doing due diligence to make sure it checked out they fixed anything that needed to be corrected. The price was good on the Jeep and he handled any concerns I had quickly with good communication throughout the entire buying process. I have purchased about 40 vehicles overall and this was one of the easiest deals I have done. Thank you.

I drove 4 hours to test drive and purchase a Chevy Colorado. They went above and beyond to answer questions before I made the long drive. Everything was exactly how they described with no surprises when I arrived. One of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle that I've ever had. I would not hesitate to make the long drive again and purchase another vehicle in the future.

I looked across 2 time zones, checked in 7 states, and drove about a thousand miles looking at trucks. Midsouth Truck Exchange had the best choice by far and by thousands with far less rust. When other dealers look like they are passing a stone when offering incentives, Michael McQuirter offered them without hesitation. He was a buyers dream.

Recently had the pleasure of finding a 2007 Chevy Avalanche here, meeting Michael and a couple of other folks here. Business was professional, overall easy to deal with and mostly I felt treated as a valued customer. If there was a 4.5, I would ding a bit regarding communications, but overall, I really had no issues they didn't address. We had two communication issues, but I addressed them to Michael and he really came across in the end.In the excellent customer service department, he arranged for a couple of hard to get inspections and repair trips, AND he collected me at the Memphis airport, earning the rating.I will likely get another vehicle or two, and if I ever need another truck, Mid South Truck Exchange would certainly be on my list for folks to consider!Clif Brunstetterpurchased 8/4/2015

Bought a truck. Paid cash. Truck lasted less than 30 days before motor completely needed rebuilding. Shoulda took it to a mechanic before buying. Will never step foot on the lot again and will never advise somebody to purchase from this place.

me and my girl just bought our jeep from Michael at Midsouth Truck Exchange, this is the second vehicle ive bought from them great people to work with and will do what it takes to get you taken care of. Good rides available and if they dont have it on the lot atleast give them a shot to find what your wanting.

Told me the gas cap was why the check engine light was on and turns out that really wasn't it. It wasn't nothing serious that was actually wrong with it but they lied for no reason it was just the tire sensors. But also they said the roaders what was wrong with the breaks but I got those redone and that wasn't the problem so I got the break pads looked at it and they were fine but turns out I'm going to have to get my hubs replaces which is 1,000 problem. It's a nice truck all together but it's just the dishonesty and the fact that they could have fixed it before selling it and not lie about it.

Terrible service. I do not recommend. Tried buying a truck from them but couldn't get sales man to call back. Kept having to call him. Finally gave up. Terrible customer service.

Although with mediocre credit the down payment was more than we could afford. However, they offered to keep working on things for us until they could get us in what we wanted or close to.
