Great place to go for tire care and services. Unfortunately the price of a patch is nearly $40 now! A whole used tire cost that much. Anyway nice folks

I ve used Wilson Tire and Auto for years. I ve always found them to do quality and honest work and was surprised to see so many one star reviews largely from people complaining about the price of tire patches, a price which is clearly listed at the front counter. When Wilson s tells me that fix is more complicated and going to cost more I can rest easy knowing that s the truth and that they ll do good work.

Place is ran like Wormwood Motors on the movie Matilda. Wilson lied and sold my grandmother an alternator and windshield wipers which were both new and not needed years ago. Takes advantage of elderly folks. Rapid Tire across from Walmart are honest and fair. Have been using them for years. Noticed original review I did over a year ago was deleted.

Called this morning about a used tire. Showed up at the suggested time and they had me back on the road within half an hour for a very reasonable price. Staff was polite and efficient.

I just moved to Clinton for work along with a few colleagues of mine. After having a tire issue and in need of other maintenance done I was referred by my colleague to go to Wilson's. I went down there and sure enough the gentleman behind the desk were very kind, clear, and helpful. The gentleman in the back working on my truck mentioned I needed a special key for my tires which I didn't have. They gave me all the information I needed to go get one but managed to find one. They gave me valuable and honest information regarding my truck. I will be going back to Wilson's and referring all my friends. I travel nomadically for work and constantly try to build rapport with local businesses to seek that local small town quality that we all want and I do believe Wilson's will take care of you!

It is so refreshing to be able to take your car in for service and to have the owner provide you with that service without feeling that he over charged you. I highly recommend Wilson's Tire & Auto Care..affordable service is what you will receive.

I will NEVER EVER EVER go to WILSON TIRE in Clinton MS again!! He has ZERO customer service skills and is very very rude. He asked what I needed. I explained a sensor for my rear tire. He never spoke to me during repairs. He never quoted a price. The 45 minute wait he quoted was well over 2 hours. He then very rudely stated $144 ..for a sensor??? I asked why did he replace the sensor without first getting my approval for that amount. He rudely said well you TOLD me what you needed. Then to add insult to the situation he still very rudely stated AND I noted on receipt that ALL of your lugs are bent. My lugs were NOT bent prior to me having him service my vehicle. I WOULD NOT AND I REPEAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE .. ESPECIALLY NOT TO A WOMAN!!

Came here after an issue with walmart Tire, Owner of the shop was very sincere and had my tires put on quickly. He was a littly pricey on install but you get what you pay for and he had my taken care of

I have visited Wilson Tire and Auto Care several times for various reason in the last 6 months. I have always been treated with respect and each situation was handled with professionalism. In fact, they often went above and beyond what was expected.

NOT VERY FRIENDLY AND DO NOT EXPLAIN THE AMOUNT THAT'S CHARGE WHICH IS VERY EXPENSIVE JUST TO PATCH A TIRE. (RIDICULOUS $35)I definitely agree with all the one star ratings. I experienced the same thing most of the one star customers experienced.I was recommended to go there b/c I'm new to Clinton and ABSOLUTELY DID NOT have a great experience. I will NOT nor will I recommend anyone to go there.FYI: You don't have to tell me you are sorry about my experience b/c I know you don't.

I. I purchased a car from Wilson's almost 1.75 yrs ago. Since I've had the car all my service has been thru them. Very friendly, knowledgeable on the complete. Keeps you informed of progress. Will help in anyway they can. Plus it being a hometown business I want to support them. Good people. I highly recommend

Lived in Clinton for the most part of my life and never looked at this place but I'm glad my uncle reminded me about it. Despite a minor miscommunication overall I had a good experience. The owner was on site and was very generous, so was the guy who helped me out at the front counter. Went to get 2 new front tires and and alignment but had and unexpected repair. They called, told me exactly what it was, they had the part on hand and replaced it as well. I did have to leave it overnight but my car was ready the next morning. Fair price for the work and it needed to be done so I thank them and I will definitely be back for rear tires or any other front end work I need done on my vehicle.

Brought my car in for what I thought I needed a tire rotation. Fortunately, they noticed that my two rear tires had lumps in them and that s what was causing my problems. They replaced those tires and now my car drives smooth as silk! Their price was extremely reasonable, and their service was quick. I highly recommend Wilson s. AAA+++ WHO DAT!

Wilson's has great service and good prices. Locally owned, this small shop will give you an oil change and tire rotation pretty quick. There is a nice air conditioned waiting area to read, get some work finished, or watch whatever is on the TV. Over eight years, Wilson's has always been honest, and offered me options for my car repair. Their mechanics are talented and reasonable.

So grateful for Mr. Wilson's kindness, honesty, and expertise whenever we bring our cars in for service. He was an incredible resource for us as well when we were looking to buy a used vehicle a few months ago. He has been in the car business for close to 40 years! I live locally near this auto care place and been a loyal customer for years. but they keep getting away from quality service and knowledgeable technicians. I had new tires install and ever front end coponate replace and ask for a front in alignment and I got got nothing near that. My vehicle was return to me saying work was done properly but my vehicle after a left or right hand turn would try and turn again that same way.I took it back the next business day and they told me they would have to replace my brakes, rotors and rear struts to fix my alignment issue that was not as severe as it is now after they service it.You may want to ask what the small fees at the bottom of your ticket since they charge everyone disposel fee for any ticket work.I would no recommend them for service or there auction vehicle sales.

I will never use this place again. The guy that owns it is rude and untrustworthy . They put new tires on my wife's truck . The tires were the wrong size. They hit/rubbed on the inner fender well. Even after showing them the owner said they were the right size. I held my ground and made him put the right tires on. With that said this was a while ago but it still happened .

Called my work trash work because I came in with used tires at 2:30 on a Friday. I told the owner, Marc Wilson that he could ve told me no or to come back Monday if he felt that way. He gave a sorry a** apology because I heard him. He thought I couldn t hear his remarks since I had AirPods in. He was sorry for being heard and not what he said. He also made remarks while I was sitting there about a woman buying tires at 5pm on a Friday.. WELL! She and her husband were pulling an RV and were from out of state. They probably didn t plan to buy tires on a Friday at 5pm. He made these remarks with customers in the lobby. What kind of customer service is that?

Rude. I came in to have my tire checked due to the low tire pressure light continuously coming on after putting air in it. The man didn't explain to me what they did and just told me $29. Ok so I asked was the tire patched and he says yes mam aggressively like it was a problem and that was the only way they do it because of warranty. How was I supposed to know that? No worries because you won't get my business again.

Marc Wilson is the best mechanic! He is incredibly knowledgeable about cars and has always taken great care of any car problem I have had. We have been taking our cars to him for over 25 years. He helps us to keep up with regular maintenance and solve any other problems we have. We have also bought several cars from him and they have each been a success. I HIGHLY recommend Wilson Tire and Auto Care.

I was traveling from Missouri to Mobile when I discovered my tire was worn to a dangerous level. Mr. Wilson took one look and told me my car needed an alignment as well. He replaced my tire and completed the alignment in a timely fashion which allowed me to reach my destination on time. I highly recommend his service.

Had an alignment done. When the mechanic was finished working, he pulled it off the rack, parked it, and never test drove it. They added a fee to my bill without telling me.When I left the shop, I noticed my truck had a pull to the left. Of course I called the shop to tell them, to which they told me it was a mechanical problem I would have to get fixed. Long story short, the front end had all new parts on it, which is why it was getting an alignment. I informed him of this, he suggested I needed new tires. Tires on the truck were less than six months old Anyway, I took it to a mechanic, he looked over it and insisted it had a bad alignmentTook it back to Wilsons, told them what my mechanic said, THE OWNER came to me and suggested I need to have (you can't make this up) my tires rotated. He told me the camber was off on that wheel. I told him I would agree if he showed me the numbers the alignment machine said on paper. He agreed, but said he was too busy to do the work on the truck that day. Long story short, they never got around to checkingAnyways, I got tired of dealing with it, so I took the truck to Obie's, who spent a couple of hours looking at everything. Came to the same conclusion as my first mechanic : bad alignmentTo summerize, they did a bad alignment on my truck, and then blamed anything else they could think of rather than fix their mistake. The tires on that truck were brand new, now the front tires are worn wrong and I totally blame this shop. I'd give zero stars if I could

So 47.50 for a used tire. Are $90 hours for a new tire. I explained my situation and told them that I was riding around with steel belts sticking out of my front tire I have health issues so would they exchange over my spare tire which was laying in the back of my truck and put it on the front tire for me. I was told that they would but they would be a $20 charge for that. I will never darken their doorstep ever again.

They just sit there and let time go by. I watched as my car sat in one spot for a hour when they fixed one part of my car in 15 minutes. It shouldn t take a hour to get rest of the job done. Even if I was to wait for a spot to open, they did not communicate this with me. No communication and wasting a lot of time

Went there today because my car was leaking water on my floor board. It was do to a stopped up av drain valve. He charged me $75 dollars just to blow it out, and sent me on my way. When I made it home I found out he didn't correct the problem. I had to argue the fact that he didn't do the job. So he eventually had me come back a second time. And still did nothing. Told me to have the floor cleaned before they could check my drain which is located on the outside of the car. So I did just that. When I came back he looked at it and told me that they had to remove the dash. I had to show his mechanic where the drain was and when he cleaned it. About a half gallon of water run out. There mechanics suck. I will never go here for nothing again. I wouldn't eleven but a tire. Oh and when I left the didn't close my hood all the way. Glad I caught it before it was to late.
