I went to Walmart Clinton MS@1030am. Went inside MOD , Mr. Johnnie informed I need to check in outside ( I did what was asked) A young lady ( name unknown, name tag unavailable- short, glasses and penguin toed) very unpleasant no customer service skills at all. In the process of checking me in, she talking to another customer about a food order ; so I waited until she stopped then I proceeded. I wanted a oil change & 2 tires on front. Oil change was a negative Walmart only recommended a certain kind so I stated only 2 front tires. Gave her my key and left. 10 min later I received a phone from the young lady stating they couldn't put my car in reverse, so my husband went to go park it in the space across from the tunnel. At 1230pm I noticed my car is still.in the same spot I asked MOD. How much longer? He stated there was no ticket. Sir she took my info and keys. Took 5 minutes to find my key. MOD stated i need to check in so i left@ 1238pm

I don t usually leave reviews but I felt the need to warn other potential customers. I had my oil changed here in December of 2022. They didn t put my oil cap back on, and I had to buy a new one. The service was okay so I thought it was just a fluke. Then, in March of this year, my sister went to her oil changed here, and they did the same thing to her! Oil got everywhere, it was huge mess. Not only that, she was speaking to another girl while waiting for her car to be finished, and that girl said it happened to her too AND her friend. There st some sort miscommunication or lack of care happening on the mechanics end? It s unprofessional and lazy. I don t if it s intentional, but it s ridiculous. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.Service: Oil change

Went in to get a tire fixed but advised it had to be replaced. All 4 only had about 6000 miles on them but I didn't get the road hazzard.Then was told another tire needed replacement and couldn't be fixed due to placement of a nail. I was upset another gentleman nicely checked he told me I only owed for a patch. I thanked him for his honesty and knowledge of his work and job. I brought all new tires last year just because of issues like this but next time I will purchase the road hazzard warranty.

I ordered a tire on December 29, 2022 and was charged. My appointment to have the tire installed was canceled by Walmart because the tire had not been received. I have still not been notified as of January 11, 2023.

All was good until we realized we had been waiting a little longer then we should of apparently they we're finished putting the tire on but no one let us know until we went and inquired about it. I norice the same tning happened when I went to the one on 18. Maybe they need to have a better system when it come to customer service in that aspect..just saying

Had a good deal on some tires the team there are really nice people they just need a better station outside for people to check into because it was too hot to be standing under that small tent

While in Jackson, MS, I hit a pot hole and tore up my tire. They had to order the brand I needed, which delay my two and a half hour trip home. It was at closing before I could get the car back, but the guys stayed over, replaced the tire, checked everything out, and made sure I had a safe trip back. Thank you for your time, patience, and for going over and beyond your call of duty.

Horrible service. Don't recommend. Came to get a tire fixed was told wouldn't be long at all. Over hour and half later they hadn't even touched my car and then had to argue with them to get my keys back. Went to another place and they got me in within 20 minutes. Walmart auto service is a joke don't waste your time or money on them.

I paid $40 for an oil change and once over the guy just told me your fluids are low. Instead of topping off my fluids they just tell me about it. So, I go down to O Reilly and the very friendly staff helped me get what I need. Will not be going back to this Walmart for car maintenance.

After having my car serviced. The technician parked my car out in the rain with my passenger side window half way open. Then tried to say I had left it down when I first parked it to go insde to request for car to be serviced. It couldn't have been possible because it was raining when I arrived at Wal-Mart service area.

Just to test a battery was 45min. Then go test if good or bad was another 45 min only to buy a 26.00 battery for my lawn mower. This big an only 1 battery test is sorry.

This is for the one on Hwy 18. PLEASE DO NOT GO. There at 7 waited an hour car still outside. Watching 6 guys unload tires they disappeared. I yelled for my key. NO STAR!!! ZERO

I got tires here. Costed half as much as my usual place. They're not fast so expect a wait but they are as good as any other. Plus it's Wal-Mart so you can shop while you wait.

The worst customer service ever!! They have no organization and the tire guy Nick got smart about me wanting my tire rotated only if I was next. He stated that if I canceled it would be less work for him!! I will never patronize this business for an oil change or tire rotation ever again!!

The employees were very helpful and attentive. My wait time was very short. Plus, the mechanic working on my vehicle is a former customer of mine.

I thought I had a bad battery. Walmart told me the battery was fine and to take it elsewhere to get checked for alternator or starter. I took it to O'Reilly's, they tested it, and it was the battery after all.

Grade: C. 2 hour wait to get a flat tire serviced.No sense of urgency. Employees walking around like that had all day to service the vehicles.

They changed out a 6 month old tire instead of the thread bare tire i asked them to replace then damaged it when they put it back on. Watch your car while they work on it.

Had them plug my tire to fix a slow leak - it leaks at about 4x the rate now, I'm down to 15psi every day and have to refill.
