Got my tires put on, but a front end alignment my steering wheel should be straight. I was told to have Mechanic to unbolt and turn. That didn't work wrong still on otherside. Went back, and was told I got to pay again. No thank you. Sorry for wasting my time.

An oil change place told me that I needed a new oil pan. Turns out it was just a small aluminum part. The manager David Purvis really took care of me. There is a reason that place is super busy, they know what they're doing and treat people right. No hesitation going back there or to any of their oil or tire change branches.

Very knowledgeable staff. I went in for balance and rotation on my 28in rims, they found 2 bad tires, got me 2 more mounted and balance same day at a good price. The balance was by far the best in Mississippi.

Very thorough and knowledgeable about Brakes, struts, front end alignments and shocks. They fixed my 2007 Honda Van and I was able to take a 12 hour trip both ways last fall, last week 9 hour trip both ways. Smooth drive, no shaking, brakes very tight. Felt safe driving my van with over 184,000 miles. Visited today and they gave my free alignment. They worked me in after I left Rapid oil change. To make sure everything was correct, the manager and one of the guys stayed past quitting time. They are keeping this Granny Van running.

I don't know young man(Black American, I don't normally describe by race)at the counter with a beautiful smile and amazing customer service skills but he was amazing. He explain what you all did to to remove a nail from my tire and made sure I need the patch would last. He also heard me trying to manage a work call needing to see patients but couldn't because of the flat and tired to get me in and faster( I didn't asked, he simply offered but couldn't guarantee it) . I was so involved with my work that before I knew I was out and on the road again. Thank you sir!

This place is a scam. I recently bought tires from here (June 2020). Since that time, I have had flats and a blowout. The tire shredded, and they wanted me to purchase a new set of tires. The guy was rude. Never again. The tires here are not of good quality. After two months, I had to get a new set.

I had them to mount a tire that I purchased online. Big mistake. Not only did the technician scratch my paint but I just found out 4 of my lugs were stripped in the process.. The shop refused to take any responsibility.

Brakes were done. They will start squealing, emit so much dust, and not last very long. They claimed to use good pads. But it's questionable. Also, questionable if they were placed well. Does not seem like they were lubed up at all.

Did the Jackson potholes strike again? This is the best place to go for tires. In fact, this is the ONLY place I will go for tires in the Jackson area. They are friendly, reliable, honest, quick, and their prices are very fair. Highly recommended.

I have been using rapid tire since they opened. Great service and very honest. They never sell me something I don't need. I don't use anyone else. They always stand behind there products and service. Great to have a company like rapid tire in Clinton, Ms.

I came from Baton Rouge to visit my family. My car needed immediate wheel and tire service. This place had great customer service, excellent quality and quantity. I was in and out in a reasonable time!

Was flat out lied to. Was told one brake caliper had to be replaced, but could save the other one. His mechanic could 100% save and rebuild it. Ok, let them since leaving idots st tire engineers for here, these guys had done wonderful work. But. During week following caught few hints of burnibg. Figured was just old smell and go away. Sunday caught stronger order, and night even stronger fire smell. Took truck in, they spent few minutes, guy comes in oh no problem so fsr just updating you. Oh am also told we dont rebuild caliper here do install remanufactured. Finaly order tire put on takinkg elsewhere.Get truck and somehow alinginment JUST done is now off. Shop take to find NO WORK AT ALL done to driver side where smell coming from. They replace and redo alignment. Rapid tire just lost 3 vehicles. Bottom line DO NOT LIE TO CUSTOMERS.
