I brought my truck in to get a B & W hitch put in. They cleaned up and painted all holes . It looks good with no rattling. I would recommend them to everyone.

I m very particular on who touches my car and do most everything myself, but I trust these guys whole heartedly with my car if the need ever arises. They helped me with my car when I was super sick and couldn t work on it myself during that time. They quickly took care of me, didn t screw me over like some shops like to do with female customers, and were very professional! They re also car enthusiasts so I love dropping by now and then to talk cars and check in with the progress on their builds. I recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking for a reputable shop!

Top notch family run Small business!!As a small business performing home repairs, my schedule changes constantly. Tim and Destin go out of their way to work me into their schedule without delay and finish the work quickly with excellent results.All of the technicians at the shop are good solid friendly guys and everyone strives to keep the shop clean and organized.I use a special type of oil in my diesel engine and they have no problems with me bringing my own specific supplies.I had an oil leak on the truck that other local mechanics were saying it would cost $1500-2000 and couldn t get me in for repairs much less and inspection for 2 weeks. Northside Auto understood my situation and fit me in to diagnose the leak to find a much simpler remedy and got me in a few days later on a Saturday morning for a $500 repair that solved the problem.They also have a heavy duty lift that is suitable for my heavy tool laden 2016 F250 crew cab truck.They enjoy working on modern as well as classic cars.DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!

North side automotive was great to work with! They got the parts we needed and we were in and out so quick we couldn t believe it!! Great customer service and quick turn around, definitely will be going back for future services!

I brought in my Stinger to have some parts put on and they were more than willing to do it for me! No other shop around was willing. Staff was very nice and easy to work with. I will definitely be going back !

Staff is always friendly and helpful.My Vehicle was brought in for oil change and a diagnostic test. Service and repairs was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop for any or all of your repair needs.

This is the worst shop in Clinton ms they will damage you car damaged my car twice they damaged the buttons to make my seat slide. Then argued with me for pictures they left wires hanging unplugged dragging the ground. They over tightened a bolt that goes to my abc causing hydraulic fluid to leak and wouldn't fix it even though I paid them to fix this abc problem to start with this company is a rip off and they lie over charge and are very manipulative and rude.

I wish they had an option for a negative star. This is the worst vehicle repair place we have EVER been to. My mother and I brought in her Avalanche to get brakes fixed, emergency brake fixed, etc. They charged my mother $984 for basically replacing a U joint and that's all I can tell they did, besides admitting they could not fix the emergency brake. No, they instead took it apart and left the loose pieces to bang around and damage the brake drum. We went to another repair place since Northside Auto did more damage than repair and found out Northside did not fix our regular brakes, either. My mom tried to get a reimbursement for some of what they charged her and they said they'd reimburse some, but now they are saying they "don't feel obligated to refund anything cause they offered to bring truck back and she refused and took truck somewhere else." They took advantage of my 78 year old mother! Shame on you. God will take care of it, I have no doubt. When the Greens owned Firestone, it used to be a reputable place, but now Northside Auto has turned it into a bunch of amateurs that take advantage of people's trust. And since I paid half of this bill, and you took advantage of my mother, I feel obligated to let others know y'all are posers.

The shop was very knowledgable and found issues on my vehicle that another shop missed and was able to repair. Fair pricing and good turnaround time.

Nice and honest folks that run the shop. Very knowledgeable on a wide array of vehicles and especially older vehicles. Wouldn t take mine anywhere else.

Northside Auto has been excellent. They have worked on both my wife's and my vehicles and the service has been excellent. They replaced the clutch on my Jeep and are in the process of replacing the engine. They have been very thorough and their work has been exceptional. They made a diagnosis that turned out to be wrong with a second opinion, I don't think they were trying to fool me but I think it's a matter of incompetence

This was purchased by my Daughter Ashley and Husband Tim and doing extremely well with reasonable prices stop in and get a quote on repairs.
