I had a very good experience with Mavis(Clinton MS) location..I stopped by for an oil change. Jay (Mgr) was very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. I really appreciate being informed of the senior citizen discount, as some businesses will not inform you of these perks. I was pleased with the price. I was very pleased with their great customer service experience!

Such wonderful and gracious service from Jay and other. Pulling a RV and got a nail in the tire and was losing air quickly. Called Mavis about an 1 1/2 hours before closing. We bought a new tire and ready to go before they closed. Thank you so much. Kuddos to this location.

The Clinton location was excellent. They were able to get me in for a much overdo oil change just 30 minutes before closing. Jay at the service counter was extremely helpful and highly personable. I also had a piece of my undercarriage that had loosened as a result of hitting debris on the interstate. The service technician took care of that too. I will absolutely be using this location again in the future.

My experience at Mavis in Clinton was by far the coolest for the work I got done The crew got me in & out & helped me out on the price once they seen I needed a good amount of work Def my #1 tire shop by far Will be back to see them as soon as necessary

My experience here was exceptional. It was such a nerve wrecking experience for me to have had a blow-out however, I m glad it happened about 30 feet from this location. The staff here made my day better. I got a reservation and was seen all within an hour. Tyriq was very attentive and worked to ensure I was getting the best deal and all of the services I needed. I will be returning to them for any maintenance in the future.

The customer service was awesome! When I first walked in, the associates were busy on the phone but they still acknowledged me. Went in for an oil change and it did not take long at all. Price was very reasonable as well. Overall satisfied with my visit and you all have gained a returning customer.Also thank you Melvin for taking care of me today.10/10.

Considering the turnover rate of management at this location, I feel they have the right manager now! Genna was very professional! I feel that a flat repair shouldn t take over an hour and half. Especially, since they are suppose to be subject matter experts in tires and brakes! Genna has the customer services skills to make this place once again great! There s nothing like the support of the staff she gets!

Traveling from Augusta to Texas and had a flat. Jay was able to help me out Likety split. Thanks Jay, you rock. Recommend bringing your tire issues to Mavis and ask for Jay. Bring all your other issues and ask for Ricky.

Jay met me at the counter with a positive personality. I was in a bad mood because I had a flat tire and it was late in the day. He asked a repair person come outside to look at the tire. Melvin took his time and reassured me he would do his best to get me back on the road. You should clone Jay and Melvin at every Mavis location!!!! Attitude is over the top!!

The service was awesome!! From calling to inquire about their services to actually going to the store! Their customer service exceeded my expectations and my services was done in a professionally and timely manner! The manager Gennia was aware about services that was offered and what my car would need and the technicians especially Mr. Ricky took good care of me all the way around! They have gained a regular customer!

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. I came in for a tire that was running flat. I thought I may need a new tire but in fact I actually had a crack in my rim. They took the time to tell me where to go to get the repair. Melvin and Gina were so nice throughout the entire experience

Called 8 mins before closing and they were willling to stay open for me willing to change my tire with no attitude at all! Customer service is a 100/10 helped me immediately took a great stress off my plate! Got me out within 30 minutes I also made it to work on time! Will be coming back for all tire & brake services!
