My daughter is away at college and these folks were so helpful. They replaced all four tires and took my payment over phone. They were very professional and friendly. Her car is fixed and working great now! I highly recommend using them!

I went to get my brake pedals replaced the other day and decided to go with Big 10 Tire Pros after my father told me he had a really good experience with them. I had the same as well. the staff were extremely friendly, let me know exactly the issues that I had, and they even let me know they d be able to rotate my rotors rather than charging me to get new ones! they were awesome and i ll definitely go back again if i have any issues.

Please don t do business here. There is some sketchy stuff going on. I went in for a new tire, was heavily pushed to get 2, but I opted to put the new one and other best one( only a few months old) on the front and then the other 2 still tread left on the back. I had to come back for the tire later which I did- live 2 miles down the road and then when I got back there was a nail in my other good tire suspiciously where it could not be patched. They were trying to sell me another one. I contacted the owners and they did not contact me back. Nail looks suspiciously pushed in perfectly. Then they refused to rotate any of my tires.

Great place and friendly staff! I wasn t paid for this review, and usually I don t do these, but I had a genuinely wonderful experience here! Just needed an alignment and they got me all fixed up! And when I had a problem and had to return, they helped no questions asked! Highly recommend!

Service was THE BEST. Toshia and Clint took good care of my wife's car by helping me understand what all needed to be done and making the best choice/value for parts to get fixed quickly and back on the road. Toshia and her team have consistently took good care of me and all of my vehicles are serviced here but this was probably the best service of all because of the amount of work that had to be done.I HIGHLY recommend this location for tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation, alignment and tires.Thank you Toshia and Team.

I can only speak on how my experience was here. My Brake sound so bad so I decided to take a chance on going here this was my first time going here I went ask question and Mrs Toshiba Knight got my information . Once they took my tries off Mrs Toshia brought me to the guy that was working on it he showed me the problem & what was causing it and they did what they said they would do& fix the problem. And I want to say thank Mr. Clinton that fixed my break you did great work. And thanks Mrs Toshia Knight. You have to give thanks when people do what they said they would do& again Thanks to you both.

New store so it s very clean. The staff was obviously not new. They were extremely knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with the ladies and less experienced tire buyers in a way that was not condescending and put everyone at ease about the process. I was a spectator to a few such transactions and it was impressive to watch the guys out the customers at ease. Buying tires can be a freighting task for anyone, including experienced mechanics and car enthusiast . They talked these customers through the process and made them feel at ease. Clinton, MS has a few really good tire stores and repair shops and Big 10 seams to be right there at the top.

I had a tire change and alignment with new rims. They got me in and out and did a good job. It was a black man in his thirties that did my service. Zero scratches on my rims and no buggered lug nuts. It s a clean shop with a nice waiting area.

Eric was awesome! It was closing time and he still provided 9 in the morning customer service lol. Still answering the phones and everything. Got me fixed right up and the brakes came with some awesome coupons. I definitely recommend.
