Walmart Corporate Management needs to take more of an active interest in this store. The Auto Department check out is closed more often than it's open, and getting someone to help you is sometimes impossible.

Did a good job. Only complaint was they were a little slow and in my opinion high on their price too but got it done

I had a Oil change in January and last week end I went to Jiffy lube to get another oil change and they asked where did I get my last oil change I said Walmart in Cleveland and they said that whoever worked on my car didn't put any oil in my car and was very low on antifreeze and I have to put in antifreeze every day because they messed my car up. I will never get any car service there anymoreService: Oil change

Consistently slow. Once gave me the wrong oil and said they were out of the Castrol GTX that I normally use. They could ve told me they were out before they put the wrong oil in. It will always take 2hrs or more to get your oil changed, a task that should take 30mins or less. Only one person that works there is good and reliable.

They never answer the phone in ANY department besides electronics. They will ignore your call and/or hang the phone up without helping. Very unprofessional and frustrating in an emergency type situationService: TiresService: Tires

I had some keys made had to return once didn't fit and now have to return the second set don't fit.This is the second time tried to have keys duplicated.Walmart it's time to buy a new key cutting machine or STOP.

If you don't have to, by all means don't come. Slow for no reason. Charged extra "mistakenly".
