We came to this hotel traveling with our school s basketball team, with me and another person being team managers. For one, when we first walked in, we immediately noticed how our tv was crooked. I was too scared to try and fix it because I didn t want break it. Secondly, when we settled down into our beds, I noticed some weird-looking splotches on one of my pillows. Not sure if the pillow fabric is just old or if it s a stain, but it s still off-putting regardless. Thirdly, when we walked into the bathroom, we noticed right away that there was some rust in the tub. There were also a few hairs left behind from the previous customer, but I didn t get those pictured. The main thing that bothered us the most was that their washer and dryer weren t working properly. And, as team managers, we had to at least get the teams towels washed. We ended up having the hand wash them in our own bathroom tub, then we hung them up, hoping that they would dry in time for the basketball game. If it weren t for our coach getting involved so that we could use the staff dryer, those towels would still be damp. Our experience could ve been better, and our window view of the uncovered, green hotel pool didn t help with it.

I travel a lot for work and stay mainly at Hilton brands, been Diamond for years. Wife and I are here for a week for daughters swim meet.This has to be the worst Hampton Inn I ve stayed at, should have went with an Air B&B but wanted to be closer to our daughter s hotel. In our room the TV doesn t work correctly, have to plug and unplug to turn on and off, our coffee maker doesn t work, guy downstairs said I should have told someone last night but we checked in last night, shower has stains and won t stop running and the room cleanliness overall could be vastly improved. Went downstairs to get coffee and they were out, told the guy at the front desk his reply Yeah, they drank it all up after another patron said something he went to get more. I explored the breakfast bar while waiting for coffee, pretty pitiful not even any fresh fruit which I normally see at every breakfast bar.Overall I will never stay here again would take my chances on another brand or Air B&B, this place is definitely not up to par with the Hilton hotels I normally stay at.

If you are traveling through Cleveland, AVOID this hotel at all costs! I cannot stress this enough.Hands down this is the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at; I cannot believe Hilton had not paused operations to address concerns.The hotel is disgusting; it feels like a motel in comparison. The wallpaper is peeling, the carpet is dirty, and my shower was so disgusting I washed my hair and showered my next destination.Additionally, something else seems to be going on at this location. Cars simply on in the parking lot late night, people in and out throughout the night (slamming hotel doors). I seriously suspect dangerous if not illegal activity there, and it was very concerning.Rooms: Are disgusting and look like they have not been cleaned in 20 years.Safety: There are numerous concerns during my stay, including people coming in and out of the exit doors on the right side of the building at 2-3am. It was continuous until 6am.Noteworthy details: If it was not just me on a solo trip, or if I would have gotten there earlier, I would have not stayed at this property. Please, I mean this, avoid this hotel.

This has to be the worst Hampton Inn have ever stayed at, the rooms were filty, wall paper peeling from the walls, carpet was so soiled I would not walk bare foot. The bath tub looked like some one bleeding in it the lamps by the bed didn't work , deftly wouldn't stay here againRooms: The worst ever

Room service could use a major improvement. I was there on a work assignment for 4 days, and the room service only provided the room with fresh towels twice. I had to track down and ask the house cleaning woman for clean towels twice. The breakfast is decent.Walkability: With in walking distance to several stores and restaurants.

The bathtub was filthy. Found out most of the tubs in the rooms were the same. We were not able to shower. It was very unsanitary. We didn t realize it when we checked in at midnight. Only saw it the next morning. The service was great. Warm, friendly and helpful.Rooms: Everything appeared clean except the tub and trash canSafety: Seemed like a pretty safe area on a main highwayWalkability: Walmart and several food places were in walking distanceFood & drinks: Breakfast was good. Had a good variety.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, but the most recent stay left a lot to be desired. The accommodations were good, ,but the breakfast was pitiful. No milk, no juice, and the only coffee they had was decaf and it tasted like it was left over from the day before. Cheese omelets and turkey link sausage were fair. The lady in charge of the breakfast visited with another employee the whole time we ate, never checked on anything. I doubt if we stay at this Hampton Inn again.

Customer service in the evening is very low. The lady putting out the breakfast, when I said good morning just looked at me and kept walking. Not even a smile. The hotel is very rundown and dirty. The back of the hotel had sketchy people outside and was covered in trash. The AC unit was extremely loud. There were broken floor tiles in one elevator and the fire switch in the other elevator was pushed back into the panel. This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have been at in the last 5 years. We will not ever stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit inspite of the circumstances that brought me to Cleveland Ms.Hampton Inn's have been 1 of my preferences for sometime now. Omaha Ne spoiled me ( ) .The beds are comfortable the rooms are cozy the decor is warm the staff is professional , cordial , welcoming , and warm. The breakfasts were delectable - delicious. The amenities were exceptional.This location is not in a scenic area...so I had no expectations of having a room with a view...you know picturesque inspiring for writers or poets or artists. But nevertheless , a location I'd gladly revisit and recommend to family and friends.

Hubby and I enjoyed our stay for one night. Great service experience. Kia at the front desk gave us an awesome recommendation for a local pizza place (Lost Pizza Co.), which we really enjoyed! We didn't have any shampoo in our room so I went and asked at the front desk. He told me they were all out. But a nice cleaning woman heard my astonished "oh no!" and said she would find me one. Thank goodness! The room was clean and comfortable. The shower is old fashioned, inside a tub, and decor is out dated, but these things don't bother us when the price is right. I would recommend this hotel.

Company paid room. We weren't greeted when we walked in even though the night clerk was standing right there as we came in the door (not a big deal to me). Had to use the restroom immediately after entering the room and noticed dirty footprints on the floor. Didn't think much of it as it's sometimes just stains. the same prints were in the shower.i noticed after my shower the prints were gone, and the prints on the floor were wiped up easily with a wet towel. If the floor in the bathroom is dirty then the shower probably is too. The beds seemed clean and the carpet didn't have much dirt on it... maybe they just missed the bathroom... fairly quiet at night and ac blows cold... so I'm not unhappy but it could've been better...

I stayed on Tuesday,Non busy days, paid a busy day amount, stayed in 406.Was tired. Wanted to relax. Bathroom flush made sound every minute.Bathroom was not at all clean.No soap in bathroom. It is a non smoking facility but there were cigarette marks everywhere. Toilet seat was dirty as anything. Worst Hampton experience. Maybe just this location but will never recommend this location to anyone

I stayed here so I could accompany my father on a medical procedure. Called twice to confirm the pool was available before bringing my family along so they would have something to do while I was with him. However, the pool was closed, and my wife was continually told they would have it open after some short time, so she waited around all day. Pool never opened, so she and the kids ended just waiting around the hotel room all day. I shared this issue with the manager and all she could say was "I'm sorry". No other efforts to make it right. That does not show enough care for your customer...not even close.

I was absolutely satisfied with the overall service and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, extra fluffy towels were already there and I didn't have to call for anything. I was very pleased with the welcoming and the checkout. The young lady was very courteous.

Nice rooms and staff, however their website said they have laundry facilities available. Their guest laundry was out of order according to a sign. No alternatives for washing clothes was provided by the front desk outside of going to a local laundromat. When traveling for business I need to be able to wash clothes. This is my second stay without a functional laundry. I won t be staying here again due to this issue even though I frequently travel to the area. Coworkers have stayed at the holiday inn down the street and they seem to always have a functional laundry.

This place had terrible service the morning of checkout. They did not have enough food for guests as well as being out of eating utensils, and plates. When guests complained, the staff gave them attitude and told them they needed to go to another hotel to have breakfast served. Also, the bathtub was disgusting, backed up drain with all kinds of brown funk while trying to shower. Only one family member out of seven of us was able to shower. Definitely would NOT recommend.

The hotel is in dire need of maintenance and quality control. The rooms were dirty and the lights did not work in my room. My toilet was leaking around the base. The tub was stained and pretty ugly looking. The front staff was friendly enough. The hotel really needs a update.

First off at 215 am you wake up again for a second night feeling like you been beat down the bed in 321 is so hard feels like you on a slab. Second off you walk into bathroom thinking the tub is not clean but realize the enamel has peeled out of tub. The Hampton was once considered to be a nice upscale hotel but now you might as well stay at the Rodeway Inn down the street for what we got here for this price.

The rooms are a little older, but the staff makes up for the lack of updates decor. The beds are always comfortable. Also, they always feel clean. I enjoy their complimentary breakfast and WiFi. Finally, they have a guest mixer around 6 pm that includes drinks and food.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was nicely cleaned, the bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome. The staff was also very friendly. All I can say is awesome.

The entire staff was nothing short of amazing. The love my family and I felt from the moment we began making reservations until checking out on our final day was remarkable. The manager Veronica Beamon is clearly leading by example because every single staff member we came in contact with treated us like we were their family. Special thanks to Deontya Webb for remaining cool, calm and collective regardless of how many times we called prior to arriving or came to the front desk during his shifts. I will never forget this entire experience because this staff set the bar extremely high for all other industries where customer service can make or break your business.
